Employees need to be taught how to drive, mainly the ones pulling trailers. Wa state law is 60 mph max speed while pulling a trailer and stay out of left lane. Multiple times now Ive seen them going 75 to 80, camping in the left lane, weaving dangerously through traffic and on their phones.

Alan Trevino and team were great to work with. The project had its challenges with incoming winter weather but everything turned out better than I had Hoped. Great job Huesitos and Alan

Did a great job installing our yard at a good price. Alan was easy to communicate with and had helpful insights to share during the planning process. There were two smaller items the team didn t communicate to us until after they had made the changes to the yard plan, but they explained the reasoning after and the yard turned out great in the end.

Eddie is very professional and made the entire process seamless. Everything from first contact, to providing options, to the install went really well.

Received a great design for my new front yard. It involved ripping out and hauling away the mature trees, positioning sprinklers, adding new sprinklers, planting, and additional rock. I received great suggestions on what plants would work well. They were timely and if they were going to be even five minutes late, I received a phone call. Whenever we ran into hiccups (there always hiccups) they responded quickly efficiently and very professionally. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I can t believe how quickly Huesitos was able to put up my vinyl fence! And it looks great! I called Eddie on a Tuesday and his team had it up and looking great by the following Wednesday! We always have Huesitos get our sprinklers going on the spring and blown out in the winter. They are great about getting to us and making sure our sprinklers are all working well.

I can attest to Huesitos being one of the best landscaping companies around TriCity area. The crew were so polite and professional. Worked fast, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Eddie came up with a great design for placement of shrubs Trees and rock. Moving the retaining wall was of big concern to us but they completed it in no time and now looks great! We are so pleased with the project, smooth and painless! Huesitos is very dependable and I highly recommend them.

Best customer service I ve experienced! The whole process went very well. Good communication, patient with my questions , easy to reach, and sales rep Javi was amazing. Always punctual and aimed for customer satisfaction in regards to selection & location for femce. I work at the hospital, 12hrs & nights which can be difficult to schedule appts in but Javi made the process stress less by being flexible with his time- ; really appreciate it. Called Huesitos for a fence quote and they had Francisco contact me to get details. Francisco was able to come over, find out what I wanted, measured, and had a very reasonable quote emailed. Huesitos was able to get us scheduled for the following week. Huesitos team arrived, as scheduled, and did a fantastic job. I am impressed with their customer service, responsiveness, and how quickly they can get a great job done. Franciscos friendly smile is also a huge plus. Two thumbs up!

Had vinyl fencing installed by them, which our HOA requires. Fence is bowing and discolored. Tried to call and get zero follow up. Second issue, they did all of the landscaping and trenching for the development that I live in. This is the second year in a row that the neighbors above us wash out a portion of our yard because the trenching is an adequate. When I called to receive some help, it took many attempts to get anybody to speak to and then I was told that I would need to pay $150 an hour for them to figure out where the issue is with their shoddy workmanship. Would not recommend this company, even if they were the only landscaping company in Tri Cities. Poor customer service, and they do not back their work.

Called to get a quote for some landscaping work. The estimator never called me. Its unfortunate.

They did a great job when they installed my brick fence several years ago, but I am certainly less satisfied with their service lately. I called them to get a quote on them doing some modifications to a gate on my property. They sent the person out within a few days and he arrived on August 3rd. I explained to him what I wanted and he said he would get back to me in a few days with the quote. I waited a little over a week and called them back and they told me he would get me the quote now it is August 28th and I still dont have a quote.

Called this company for a bid for lawn services, trimming and whatever else they could possibly provide. Receptionist told me they would call me back the next day, never received a call must be as busy as they want to be.

Quick, friendly service. I had them thatch and aerate my lawn. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely. Priced very fair!

They Didn t show up for estimate appointment, and didn t call or answer after I called 3 times to figure out what was going on.

Had a stone fence installed a few months ago. They did a decent job, but I started seeing erosion issues on one side where it is sloped. My rep basically said it is not covered by warranty and that if I dont add some sort of drainage asap it will get worse and collapse. It seems like something they should have been aware of and suggested when installing the fence seeing how they are the experts. Regardelss, I asked for quotes on drains and was told there are 2 options that would work. I was only quoted for one option, which wasnt the one I wanted to go with and when I asked for a quote on the other option I never heard back again despite calls and emails. Very frustrating company to work with.

We called Huesitos over two weeks ago and explained that we need about thirty feet of curbing and rock done for our landscaping. It took them five days to call back for someone to come out to our house. Then, we finally got the guy to come out to take the official measurements. He told me he would send the information on to his manager who would then email us the final cost of this job. It took 5 days and four calls for us to finally get an answer for our estimate. After speaking to the same lady on the phone four different times, the guy who came to do measurements finally reached out to me to let me know that they do not offer curbing for less than 100 feet. Soooo, now we are back to where we started. Huesitos has now lost of business. This was incredibly frustrating and should not be this difficult to communicate with a landscaper. And no job should be too small for a company that promotes themselves as landscapers.

They do a nice job. The workmanship is good. There were communication problems. The curbs were done very well, but with miscommunication, only half of the drip-line was installed. After several calls requesting it, they did come back and finish the job, even if it did take a long time. Be very specific in what you expect, ask for the details of the job to be in writing, and be present during the job to make sure it is what you expect.

Huesitos installed a fence for us which we were initially very pleased with. Very soon after, the color from the fence began to bleed out run down (its tan vinyl as required by our area). We reached out and they said it was a known issue and replaced most of the fence. Soon after, it began bleeding again and now looks terrible. They keep promising to call or come out, but have not despite numerous attempts to get them to assist.

The customer service of this company is HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I called at the beginning of the season to get my sprinkler system turned on that they installed at the end of last year. After three broken promises/missed dates (which they never called to tell me they we not coming) they finally came to turn them on/finalize the install. The only reason why they came was because I was also asking to get a quote for a fence. A month later, I start having issues with one of my sprinkler zones not shutting off and flooding my flower bed, so I give them a call for help. The lady I spoke with said she would call her project manager and call me right back....no call back. So I called the next morning and was told that someone would be calling me to schedule a service call, guess what.... no call. This company is the last company to call for your landscaping needs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

These guys are so busy (which is a sign they do good work) that it takes a while for them to get back to you. It took 3 phone calls and a week of no response until we finally got an appointment and someone to come out. But in the end, I m happy with their service. Jesus was great when he came to help with my sprinkler system. I can t speak for the rest of the employees though.

Day one they didn t show up for appointment.. one week later scheduled appointment didn t show up again . Sod machine broke down .. Next day it was done poorly and for months I complained on how bad it looked and that the sod was dying , I was told to wait and give it a chance .. 10 months later it s completely dead and will not cover it since warranty is expired . Even though months prior I kept being told someone would come out and bring new sod . Will not recommend and took their name off my fence since my new home was advertisement for them no thanks . 10 months later my back yard looks terrible!!! Very unsatisfied !

I have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship in the care of my sprinkler system repairs. It has been a pleasure having the high quality service that Huesitos provides. From the office staff to the technicians all of my needs have met in a professional way.

Had these guys build a fence for us. They did a high quality job on the block wall but the concrete thresholds where the gate is going was a struggle. We reached out multiple times and it was hard to get anyone to follow up with our concerns. They had drove a wheelbarrow through the fresh concrete and left the tire tracks without smoothing it back outlWhen they try to do a patch job it was already falling apart the next day. We would not pay the final amount until the issue was resolved and they refused to come out and rather try and send it to collections. After finally getting them to come out and fix it correctly, they demanded payment on the spot, which we did pay but the way they made us wait for months for them to come back and not have them return our calls makes me feel like I shouldn t have been rushed to pay but whatever.. that s their style of customer service. The ladies in the office were always polite and would relay messages but the supervisors in the field had poor follow through. We will call someone else next time for our other properties.

I was looking at different companies to have a fence put in. My husband found a plaque on some fences while driving around and took down the information. we called and talked to a secretary to set up a estimate, she said they would call us back. After a few days we called back as we still hadnt heard anything. we again talked to a secretary who saids they would call us back. we waited a few more days and still didnt hear anything. we called again and explained our situation and our frustration to the secretary, she said they would get us scheduled and would call us back. we received a call and were scheduled in the next day or two. we gave detailed directions to our home and provided our address. the guy showed up 25 minutes late to the appts, and ended up having to call us as they ended up in Richland, when we gave them a pasco address. when he arrived there we no introduction. just what did you guys need done..... only because the truck had the logo did I know it was them to do the quote. while here we told him we were wanting a fence, where we wanted it and the gates. he measured, and wrote stuff done and that was it. we asked specific questions such as the wind rating and the thickness of the fencing, and he didnt really know what we were asking. his response was oh you mean like how much wind can it handle.....umm yes.. he also said that the fence is pre-built panels from over seas. we asked what type of vinyl fences they have and he was like well you can look at it on our website. we said oh well we found your info from a fence down the road, we didnt know you had a website. he just looked at us and continued to write his notes. after that we ended the estimate, and he said he would email it to us either that same day or tomorrow. we never received a business card, or their website information. we did get a quote but we were still not sure if that reflected exactly what we were wanting. we tried to call a week ago to talk to a supervisor or manager about these issues and have yet to return a call back. unfortunately we didnt feel comfortable going through a company who cant return a phone call, are unprofessional, and cant be bothered to sell their product to me. if you cant bother to sell product to me, then I will take my business else where.

Would not recommend they are very unprofessional and not reliable. They never returned my calls and when I did set up an appointment for a quote they never showed up or called to tell me they were not coming. I gave them a second chance the following day I was told between 8am-9am I waited until 9:15 I had prior arrangements so I had to leave and couldn t wait anymore and is also why I had scheduled the day before. I get call at 9:45 saying they at my house i ask for them to wait for me for 15 mins and the person told me he couldn t he was with the boss and had a emergency and couldn t wait but was also the reason the were late! I felt that was very unprofessional and will not be contacting them again.

My girlfriend and I were outside trying to shovel out way out of the driveway with a bucket and a dust pan because we just moved in to our new house in Richland and we were NOT prepared for the weather, we were stuck at home and had ran out of food and water so we needed to get to the store...as we were sttrustrug to get anywhere with the snow these wonderful people drove up and jumped out of the truck started shoveling snow and plowing with the truck..they cleared our driveway so that we were easily able to drive in and out which Im guessing would have taken us hours, they would not take money and also insisted that they leave us with a snow shovel.. I dont know how to thank them for helping us so much I would just like everyone to know what kind of people they are,I dont know what we would have done had they not drove by in our time of need..Thank You Huesitos, I will call for any help and recommend to everyone I know these are just good hearted people we cant thank u enough!

Trying to get them to come out and fix a sinkhole for the 3rd time! If I could give them no stars I would.

I honestly hate to leave bad reviews, and maybe they did a sloppy job because thats what the contractor for our house paid them to do, but I am constantly annoyed by the holes in my lawn where they put in a sprinkler system, laid sod, and put in rock borders. Im also amazed at the weeds that are growing in the rock areas after less than a month. And the placement of the sprinkler heads relative to the lawn and the rock borders has us scratching our heads. It really has no rhyme or reason to it. We considered doing our own back yard landscaping, but for time and convenience we opted to have the same company that the contractor has do the front lawns go ahead and do the back. Wish I hadnt.

My husband & I worked with Huesitos on 3 different occasions over the last 10 months. Huesitos did irrigation, sod, & fencing with stairs. They were pleasant, hard working & if result wasnt correct they fixed, explained the problem & worked with us. Office was pleasant & professional. Bids were clear & professional. Workers wore logos shirts. Trucks were marked with logos. Each experience we had with Huesitos was better than the previous & none were bad! We plan to have Huesitos help us with future jobs. I was puzzled regarding the negative reviews all written in the last 10 months mixed with many very good reviews. That same 10 month period was crazy with late snowfall (hampered work), early hot weather (lawn grew very fast) & a huge housing development (involved landscaping & new inexperienced homeowners). That mix of conditions was difficult for many companies & generated delays. I forgot to mention my husband shoveled some of that late snowfall & Huesitos, working next door used their plow to help him! Only took them a few minutes but the kindness meant a lot! They even called to check on us when we were injured in a MVA. Kindness is part of their business.

They did the front part of the house for the builder, so we contacted them to finish the landscaping. Guy came out... he objected to everything we wanted that wasnt sod and sprinklers, made faces and shook his head... and then never got back to us with a quote. If hed just said he wasnt going to bother to work with us, I wouldnt have bothered to write a review. Save your time, go somewhere else.

I scheduled to have someone come out and take care of my lawn, receptionist said they would be there between 8 and 10am. It is now 6pm and no one showed. I called the office three times with no answer. Definitely not using Huesitos Landscaping for my lawn care needs ever again.

Luis and the gang at Huesitos were amazing to work with. In addition to the quality of their work and the pride they took in performing it, they were a fantastic crew and incredibly approachable and professional. In no time, they created a beautiful yard for my family and I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend Huesitos to anyone and everyone!

Crappy customer service. They re not dependable at all, we scheduled for them to come for about a week but they never showed up. Highly do NOT recommend. Our grass is now brown compared to those in our neighborhood.

I hate giving 1-star reviews, I really do try to work with people. I would not recommend Huesitos. They are completely unresponsive. I called the main office for a quote on a project, they said theyd email one and never got back to me. I tried again, no quote. Then the lady gave me Luiss cell, I texted twice with no response. Im sure theyre just too busy for new business. I have never had to beg to give my money to anyone and wont start now. Moving on to someone else!

Terrible company to work with of you want services completed. First we had them schedule a walkthrough of our system that they installed. After not showing up they said that we were never on the schedule and that they had to reschedule with us. We gave them a second chance and tried to schedule a service for mowing and trimming to be done. After scheduling this since we would be out of town and confirming it three times with 2 different people, we came home from a week and a half to find out it was not done at all. Seems like they have no management because everytime you call they are not in the office, and a secretary will take your name and number and say they will get it to them and they will call you back....still waiting on that!!!

Three stars for quality of work and 1 star for customer service and communication. Sales rep has to be continuously contacted to get any quote done. Very frustrating and shouldnt be my job to beg for your business. Thank goodness for competition in my area. Was able to get a quote in one day by another company.
