S&D did *everything* well. Quick quote, responsive comms, good pricing, showed up when expected, frequent enough updates on comms that I knew where things were in the process...and most importantly, they did a quick and thorough job getting all the leaves removed from my pretty wooded 1/3 acre yard. Very fair pricing - it's a 5-6 hour job for me, and the crew of three cranked it out in an hour. $225 well spent, would both recommend them and use them again.

I have used this company for lawn care services. But there were several times I did not not need my grass cut. I was advised by Art that if I did not my grass to make sure I would send a text saying that each week which I did. The problem came when the workers kept coming each week (for a month in a half ) and I informed them that I did not schedule a service and had sent Art messages and tried to call and no response and that if he would respond this could be prevented. No communication at all. The interesting thing is when I did finally schedule another service through the online booking, they did not show up. After all the other times when I didn't schedule and they show up. This is what happens when there is no communication. I would not recommend S&D Outdoor Solutions for any lawn care services.

We made a change to Lawn Care Inc this summer for weekly mowing and have been very pleased. Art was prompt in getting a quote to us and setting a fair price. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lawn Care INC's new manager/foreman, Art, the other day on my street. I have noticed for the past year or so Lawn Care INC landscaping crews working at some neighbors' residences. I have been very impressed with their work, and I pointed this out to Art. Art shared with me his vision for this company, and the work ethic he is instilling in his crews. I could tell by talking with him his number one priority is understanding his customers' desires and ensuring his crews meet those expectations. Art is very detail-oriented, and I'm sure this transfers over to his crews. I mostly handle my own yard work, but I will definitely call this company whenever I need landscaping assistance. UPDATE 10/8/24: I had S&D aerate my yard today. In the past, landscape companies had utilized walk behind/push aerators and had simply run over the yard as fast as possible, thrown out seed, and departed. Today, when Nick, the technician from S&D arrived to aerate my yard, we walked my property and I explained the peculiar areas and all of the flags denoting sprinkler heads and the underground dog fence. I noticed he used a Toro ride-on aerator. In my opinion, this machine is far superior to any walk behind unit. It's easier for the operator, but more importantly, the tines go deeper into the ground to pull out approximately 3" plugs. Nick did an outstanding job, he was very attentive to detail, even taking time to properly position the aerator on several awkward areas. I could not have been more pleased with this aeration job, it was by far the best job I've had at this property in my 12 years here. Also, it was super easy scheduling the service, Nick arrived on time (actually he was early). As I mentioned in my previous review, and today's aeration proved the point, that S&D is detail-oriented, and I'm very impressed and will consider them for any future landscape needs.
