We contracted with Vitaliy for a complete yard relevel and overhaul, which was completed this past week. He came with ideas, expertise, and insight. He and his team worked diligently and extensively for 3 days and were meticulous and detailed. Our neighbors have been praising our lawn ever since, and we are now proud of our home. One neighbor who knows about such things told us that he thought the design was perfect! Vitaliy and his team were wonderful to work with. Throughout the entire process, Vitaliy was responsive, patient, honest, and flexible. Honestly, I believe that Landlord owned by Vitaliy is a gem of a company and a wonderful small business and we recommend Vitaliy and the company highly!
Could not say enough good. These guys are the best! They Were extremely professional, punctual, educational and way better than the last guy we used. They put much pride in their work. They are very careful not to cause damage to anything. Earlier this year, we used another company to do our front yard, and they literally did more damage with their tractor than good. They promised us to make the front yard look good and put new topsoil. All they did was pour topsoil in sparadic areas and throw grass seeds on it and they were done within two hours. We spent a month trying ourselves to grade and fix what they did manually and grow new grass where they did all the damage and it was unsuccessful. We decided to put the front yard on hold for now since we already spent money on it, and we turned our attention to our backyard which had water issues and was in bad shape, high low spots and holes. We also recently had a tree removed, and it left a big mess where the people took the tree out. Landlord LLC, Vitalie And his crew worked very hard for 3 days on our backyard And we are beyond satisfied! When he finished, he educated us on everything as far as how to take care of the grass how to water it how to fertilize it to have a nice lawn. Thry just finished yesterday however we could not wait to leave them a review. We know everything is going to turn out great! We would highly recommend to anyone needing landscape or lawn work.
We got a prompt response and plan from Vitale. He worked very hard to get the right mix of plants and shrubs. There have been many compliments from neighbors. Very happy with the work. He left the site in immaculate condition.

Vitaliy and team did an excellent job on a massive project that included a full backyard cleanup / new lawn installation as well as cleanup of all the beds around our house, adding mulch and making our home look great. Excellent communication and follow up from the initial quote to the completion of the project. Would definitely recommend and will use them again for future landscaping needs.
Vitaliy is an artist! He and his co-worker did a fantastic job creating new landscaping across the entire back of my villa. They were quick, hard-working and dedicated. They offered many different options with varying price ranges and did it all in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend their services.
Last year they were one of the few firms to have the courtesy to return my call. They tore up my back yard (a good thing) to remove the bulk of my bamboo nightmare as well as pull out some overgrown landscaping. It did take all summer to kill off the runners from the bamboo and I had them back to put the yard back in order and clean up my landscape this spring. Professional, prompt and I certainly will call them next time I'm in over my head. 05.01.24. only people I call when I need something done. I'm moving, short close, moving in 6 days and wanted to have the existing landscape freshened and a HUGE dead bush removed before listing the house. Sadly, due to parking challenges, they won't work in Lakewood. I've had them back 3 springs. I have no reservations in recommending them for big or small jobs you just want done and can't/won't get to. You have no idea how much of a relief it is to have people you can count on. I never heard of a closing being this fast and having people you can trust to delegate work to is invaluable.

Vitaly was extremely professional, he came to my home the same day I reached out to do the estimate. He was able to get me on the schedule the same week. Landlord LLC did an amazing job with helping us redo our landscape (literally took out all our huge bushes, mulch, and dirt so we could start afresh)! They were neat and were thorough at cleaning up the yard after done with the project! Landlord LLC was fantastic! They returned my call and worked with my tricky work schedule to meet. I recently moved to a new home and needed some nicer more manageable landscaping and help with drainage issues. They removed several large bushes, a ton of white rocks, built up dirt in the backyard, installed window wells, and planted grass seed. They were even kind enough to take some of the rocks over to a couple of my neighbors yards that wanted them. Vitaliy walked me through all my options. He was very informative and not pushy at all. The end result looks so nice. They were professional and quick. I will definately call Landlord for future projects.
I cant thank Mr Vitaliy and his crew enough.....Being disabled and alone, my yard was overgrown very badly, now thanks to them, everything has been cleaned up, and they did an outstanding job! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody who wants a new landscape :-) Mine is now low to no maintenance for me, and in my condition, that is a blessing in itself! If you want someone who is honest, trustworthy and does great work when it comes to landscaping, property grading and tree removal, Landlord LLC is the only company my wife and I will use. Vitaly has the customers best interests at heart when it comes to his advice and opinions on the work you need done. My wife and I had Vitaly remove trees from our yard to expand it and is doing our grass installation as well as regrading our property. Can t recommend them enough.
LandLord, LLC was very professional and answered the phone the first time I called. We made an appointment for an estimate, and he came when he said he would. We were also given an estimate the same day. I am so happy with the results of making an area of our lawn flat (where a tree used to be), removal of overgrown weeds and trees, and drainage and covering an old pond that we had. Landlord, LLC did an amazing job applying mulch to our property. The owner demonstrated consistent and prompt communication throughout the process of providing an estimate and booking their service. Their pricing for the amount of labor was very fair. On the day of their service they were prompt, worked very efficiently, and did a great job including cleaning up after their work was done. They are highly recommended and I will definitely continue to utilize their services going forward.
Vitaliy and crew are the most meticulous landscapers Ive ever contracted, Ive been using them for 4 years and everything is always exceptional. He just did my mulch because Im selling my house and in the drone real estate photos people asked if Id photoshopped the mulch because it was so perfect, I responded no - my landscaper is just amazing! He is beyond reliable and dependable, he works harder than any person Ive ever met, I just cant say enough about this company. Everything is always meticulous, I have never seen a work ethic like this before in my life and I deal with vendors daily. Since then, Ive hired him to do work for my familys company, relatives and myself - there is no one I would recommend more highly, I have the drone photos to prove it!
