Not only is it not even close to level it comes with a fence that wasn’t put back up not keeping your schedule and daily lies for only wait for it……. 4K. This was done at my 74 yr old fathers house. Please take this serious share this till your fingers fall off. Don’t let this happen to someone you know!!
We hired Hastings Landscaping to remove several 60 plus foot high Chinese cherry trees that were a hazard to our house. They took the trees down in a safe manner and stacked the wood for use. While they were doing this my neighbor hired them to remove a few trees from his property. We also had them build a deck that would be accessible to my handicapped wife. Everyone that has seen the deck loves how it was constructed.
They came out after a tree fell on our house within hours of our call. They were out here when they said they would be and kept us up to date on progress. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service! Absolutely would recommend them for routine and emergency needs without a second thought! Absolutely amazing service!
STAY AWAY! Guy is a scam artist. His employees got caught on camera stealing from my grandparents yard then never got a call or text back from him since. I should have known something was wrong when the employee asked me how much I was paying Elliot because he hasn’t been paid in over 2 weeks.. Shady company.
Elliot and his crew performed a tremendous amount of rigorous work on my property and in my creek bed. Hard workers indeed. When weather has an impact on the work they do, delays should be expected. I want to thank Elliott and his team for the work they performed here! Thank you!
We use Hastings Landscaping, LLC for our grass cutting and snow plowing. Snow plowing was important because my brother had dialysis three times a week. Hastings made it possible for us to get him there by clearing the snow on the driveway in time. I'm not saying g they are perfect. They are human after all. But what little issue we had with them, was solved quickly and without arguments or hurt feelings on either side. They also do a great job with cutting our grass. They edge it and clean up afterwards. Not any complaints from our neighbors about grass clippings on their property. Because the clean up is done well. We are happy with the service.
Do not use this company!! He uses EVERY excuse in the book and does not keep his word in text or verbally . I highly suggest only communicating through text or emails for a paper trail. My saving grace!! He added things to invoice that were not done. No spraying and killing of weeds and added stone that we never used. His crew damaged our brand new siding. Multiple spots..His texts of saying he ordered replacement and would be out to fix. Nothing. I have six plants/shrubs that they poorly planted last year that are dead. Part of a stone wall he built fell over during winter. They were supposed to take out and remove a stone wall and plant grass. Lots of rocks still there that landscapers can’t properly cut grass. Poor labor. He took a huge pallet of thick flagstone from our yard without permission and kept promising to bring it back. Have texts from him with pictures saying he’ll drop off. Never did. So now I am taking him to small claims court.. more time and inconvenience on my part. Your reply is for ME to call YOU? Get your guys over here and make all this right! Clock is ticking! I have the claims court papers filled out. Just need to get a price on all the flagstone you stole. I’m DONE with your excuses! You had ZERO intentions of doing anything! Takes a Google review for you to reply. You should have been over here the next day. BBB is next and Yelp. People need to be aware of how you run a business,
Please do not use this company! These are not valid reviews. Elliot’s is completely unprofessional, his workers are unprofessional. When and if they show up they are not prepared. It took him over 4 months to do a job that may have required 3 weeks. He was full of excuses constantly. When he did show up, he rarely spent more than a few hours at most. We had to micromanage him and have our professional landscaper give him direction. We wanted to give a smaller business a chance and unfortunately, we are beyond disappointed. The positive reviews are probably from his friends. Feel free to message me do any further information. He will not be in business in another year.

Not answering my call. Paid for spring cleaning, power washing, mulch, weekly cutting, fall clean up. They removed all my Do Not use this company. Never showed up, Didn t put enough mulch down, stole my hard wired landscaping lights, ruined my grass in back yard now just dirt, ripped out my bushes that were perfectly fine, power washing blew out the wood, power wash driveway .mower made it black!
AWESOME landscaping company. They did a patio, updated landscaping, and some fence work for me. Everything turned out great. I would use them again. Highly recommend.
Do not trust this person! He is unreliable, unprofessional, has a excuse for everything and he still owes me $1500.00 since May! He has said to my face that hes sending the money and he doesnt. He tells my husband hes going to give it to him and he doesnt. He is a LIAR. Negative
For the last 2 years they gave managed our flower beds and yard maintenance. They also power washed our patios, front and back as well as the entire driveway. They take pride in what they do.
Hastings Landscaping has taken care of my yard for 2years now and I couldnt be more pleased with the work that Hastings has done and still does The workers do a fantastic job and the owners are very understanding and caring about their business!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS :)
Ive been waiting since mid-April for him to send someone, ANYONE, over here to cut my grass. No response to texts or returned phone calls from voicemail message.
In the beginning of my job (4/23), Elliott did a fantastic job of communicating and following through on his promises. Professional! Organized! A business leader! Then he and his business habits changed. In the middle of the job, I called/texted countless times. Empty promises were made...then...no response. He is intentional. If he wants to communicate, he will. If not, he will not. Silence. Crickets. Right now, I have plenty of muddy spaces and hardly any grass in my back yard. I expected Elliott to keep his word and communicate and follow through on the job he accepted until it was completed. He also installed a concrete landing that looks like a combination of oatmeal and mud. Looking for someone to finish the concrete job and yearn for a grassy (not muddy) backyard that would be invited to guests. Neighbors agree. My colleagues can hardly believe my pictures. I want to restore the curb appeal. My 94 year old mom LOVED a well kept yard. This area I speak of was her yard. She recently passed. Mom never saw her beautiful yard restored. She was so disappointed and embarrassed by the incomplete job done by Hastings Landscaping. Over the course of 11 months, I too am deeply frustrated and disappointed. I value honesty, effective communication, follow through and integrity.
Never showed up for snow removal. Two days no show, but kept promising to come. 3rd day I had to pay my neighbor to clear my drive. Horrible!! Now theyre refusing to refund my payment and sent our very RUDE emails. What a rip off!!
Great owner and his crew is terrific. Professional people and very respectful. They are quick and take care in planting and design. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again.
We needed to have a yard drain system put in due to standing water when it rains. Hastings Landscaping came in and got the job done. The crew that was here over the duration of the job was polite, and professional. They never made me or my family like we were just another job. Even though the entire yard was dug up they left it clean and reseeded by the end. I would highly recommend Hastings Landscaping to anyone. Thanks again Elliott & crew! Some of the best service Ive ever had. I have had 4 other landscaping companies whos names I wont mention and by far this has been my best experience. Not only did they complete the job I needed. They also provided excellent customer service and were always professional with me. They have turned what I thought was a lost cause of a back yard into a masterpiece. I cant say how grateful I truly am with mere words. All I can do is humbly Suggest you try this organization out for yourself and experience the results I have.
