Lawn Crew in Parkville

I used this company for two years to mow my small lawn. The cutting of the lawn was fine - not a high bar to meet. However, the owner was responded poorly to questions and problems. They would cut the lawn when it did not need to be cut and even when the were explicitly asked not to cut it. They also left a gate open on more than one occasion - a potential serious problem considering that we own a dog in an urban environment (lots of cars driving down the street). Mowing a lawn is not complicated. You can find lots of other companies/people to do this who are more courteous and professional.

Jack Hubbard is great and his men are very nice nd efficient. They have been mowing my lawn for about 20 years and they do great work. It's true, though, that Jack does not return messages so you have to catch him if you can.
