I don t pay for them, I don t use them. My neighbor does. But they mow part of my yard anyways without asking. Highly recommend them for their neighborly approach at a higher cost to them.

I see this company in my neighborhood often, the guys do very nice work and act very professional. I will be doing business with this company.

We had an irrigation leak in our front yard and they had Anastacio out the same day. It only took about two hours and then it was like it was never broken to begin with. They even took the time to follow up with us about a week later to ensure the repair didnt have any further issues.

While I could likely write a book about how happy we are with the complete landscape transformation over the years from the front, to the 100 foot long water feature creek in back to the outdoor kitchen, I want to review how they stand behind their work, even when its not their fault. The front walk shown here is brand new. It just replaced one about 5 years old made of flagstone. Unfortunately, By The Blade received some defective stone from their usually reliable supplier. It was later learned that the supplier closed the quarry. Anyway, it was deteriorating pretty badly so By The Blade replaced it with an upgraded stone. Frankly, we like this one better than the original. Thanks, Guys!

Beautiful work and good people

We used By the Blade for a complete renovation of our front yard beds. Sean and his team did an excellent job. They pulled out everything from our front yard beds and then redesigned the entire look. Prices were competitive and everything looks great. I have also started using By the Blades lawn care services for over seeding and aeration. Again, an excellent job. I plan to use them regularly in the future.

I called in for Information about the company for an upcoming project we have. I spoke with a woman named Jane, she was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was very professional. Our project currently has been put on hold until Q2 of next year but we will be reaching out at that time for assistance. First impressions are a benchmark for me when looking for prospective vendors and if she is any indication of your company we look forward to doing business with you.

We have been using By The Blade for tow years to fertilize and take care of our sprinkler system. They have done a great job for us. Recently we had them provide a quote for tree removal, trimming another and stump removal. They partnered with Urban Tree Specialists. The work was performed in the timeframe quoted and in an efficient and professional manner. By The Blade has quoted additional work and that is scheduled for the May timeframe. Larry Alderson

We moved to Kansas City in January 2020 and as the winter thaw came through, we realized the lawn on the home had fallen victim to mud patches, weeds and overall needed a major upgrade. We contracted with by the blade whose multi-step program treated the lawn throughout the year, taking down weed patches and nursing the lawn back to health with each treatment. As the year progressed I noticed a major improvement in our lawn. As fall approached, I had them do our aerating and overseeing, and it has been the one thing Ive been the most impressed with. Every area where there was a mud patch or deficiency grew new grass. The transformation theyve given to our lawn in 7 months of treatment was very impressive and were looking forward to 2021 and continued business with By The Blade. I recommend you look into their treatment plans to help you with your needs.

Have used for many years, both landscaping and handy man service. Handy man service is supposed to be a specific date every month but was recently told they were too busy and could only come when it was raining.... Not cool. Also have contacted twice to stop mow service and lawn is still getting mowed... Not sure whats going on there now.

I got tired of hiring flakey lawn maintenance companies because they were cheap on their price. Well - it really is true - you get what you pay for. By The Blade is the best! They handled my extensive spring cleanup and my home looks like a million bucks. The crew consisted of five guys and they couldn t do enough to please us when it came to the project details. Extremely low quality. They hire very unskilled workers that just try to finish a lawn as quickly as possible. They tore up my lawn pretty good. I was constantly calling asking for their guys to slow down, but it didnt do any good. Very poor customer service, even worse quality.

Fast, professional and courteous. Re-graded our backyard, installed drainage system, and re-landscaped around entire home. Excellent design and all the plants are thriving. We are VERY pleased and now our home has curb appeal! We would highly recommend.
