Awful company. 0/10 recommend. Very hard to get ahold of. Would say they salted our company’s sidewalk, steps, and parking lot only to watch our cameras and they never showed up. With this big snow storm earlier this week, they did one pass through our parking lot and didn’t even touch the steps, handicap ramp, or handicap parking spaces. Stay away.
Fantastic customer service. I called late Tuesday after the recent snowstorm to see if I could get our lot plowed to move our trucks out. I reached Jimmy, the owner. I know he was exhausted, but he was extremely cordial and promised to squeeze us in that night. He even offered to lock the gate when he was finished. My first driver arrived at 0500 Wednesday and had absolutely no issue getting out. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much to Jimmy and Greenscape for saving our day!
They had to take down a retaining wall put in drainage and put wall back. They done a great job, very professional and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend.
Plants were supposed to spread in about 2yrs. It’s been about 18months and little to no spreading. Some have mostly died. Had an issue with one of the guys because I had another company here working on a another project. Greenscape guy told me. “if we leave we aren’t coming back”. Same guy didn’t work much, leaned on truck and smoke cigarettes all day. They left some of their garbage for me to clean up. Covered up sewer outlet pipe with landscaping fabric and left it that way. Job cost wasn’t cheap but insulation job was. Do not recommend this company.
JEFF showed up for an estimate to redo front landscaping. This was a Thursday. Promised the estimate on Friday or Monday. That was over two weeks ago. Crickets. Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. I can just imagine what their design would have looked like. A couple of petunias and a boxwood.
Greenscape Lawnscape Co. is the way to go. Jimmy took the time to explain everything to me and knew exactly what I wanted. His crew did an excellent job with the yard drainage problem and patio. They were here early every day and stayed until the last minute until the job was finished. They took the time to clean up and made sure everything was tidy. All the guys were very professional and knowledgeable and friendly to to talk to. You can definitely tell they take pride in their work.
The crew did an outstanding job keeping the area cleaned up as they went. Friendly bunch ! Finished my job about 4 days after the estimate... can't beat the timeliness ! I believe their pricing is at least comparible if not cheaper than most. I'm well satisfied...
This is a great company! They did 3 retaining walls on my property. Others who came to look at the job were either very disinterested in doing the work or were so high that I couldn't afford them. Jimmy gave me a very fair estimate. And he stuck to it, even though he did some extra things just to make the job look really good! He & his crew showed up when they said they would. They stayed at it until the work was done, even in some very cold weather in mid-December. I'm so glad I had them do the work! I highly recommend them!

Finally got the bush removed a week later. They were to remove a bush I had in my backyard. Jeff his crew Brandon and Andrew worked on trying to remove it. Jamie has bid the job for 2 hrs but took them half the afternoon just to try to get to the bottom of the root so it became quitting time and said they would be back tomorrow. When I called the response was they re on a job and would get there afterwards . This went on everyday. They finally showed up today to finish the job. Because it was underestimated it took them longer than expected. Hats off to Jeff , Andrew and Brandon . They done a fantastic job and yard looks great

Greenscape was beyond helpful and helped me pick the proper plants for my conditions and answer my novice landscaping questions.. Also loaded my very short bed pickup truck with a scoop of river rock and didnt drip a stone. Thanks!

Greenscape does the terrapin park appartments , crapy job halfass mow and weed eat . wait till it is knee high then they did a halfass job
Job performance and billing nightmare! I used this company for three years, too much. At the beginning each mowing season after returning my signed contract, I had to call and ask when I would get service as a couple neighbors around me had already been cut. They acted like they had no idea. I called several times asking for an estimate on mulching and landscaping- never could get a call back or help. I would continually get notices of unpaid invoices, which I would return noting the paid date and a copy of canceled check. The mowing was sporadic and never consistent or timely. I have called almost every other month of each season to discuss billing, mowing, landscaping, etc. and had to leave messages or voice mail but never received call backs.
They always do a great job of landscaping our office complex. Very nice looking and prompt mowing the grass.
Had owner come out to do a estimate on building a deck. Promised would have estimate done in a couple of days. Now it is a week and a half later and no estimate to be found. Tried calling numerous times, left messages but no one called me back. Guess he does not want the work. Plus if he acts this way on a estimate can you imagine how he would do if I picked him as the contractor to do the deck??? Very poor business to deal with, dont recommend them at all.
Companys carry liability insurance in case of an accident by one of their operating equipment. Recently a large dent in side of my vehicle was made during them mowing and have 2 witnesses that saw and heard the loud noise from the object that struck my vehicle. This company will not return my phone calls, have went in person twice with estimate, wont give me their insurance company to contact(prob dont have any) and of course everytime I go the owner isnt there and he will not answer his cell... They are avoiding me on purpose. So I have no choice but take it to small claims court.
