These people are fantastic. I had 2 large Austrian pines that were turning brown. Needles Falling everywhere. I thought it was from needle blight fungus and had even bought my own fungicide and sprayer. I had second thoughts after I read all the warnings and called Shady Tree. Tyler came out and discovered I had Aphids. He gave me a lot of information about my trees. It was like a fantastic horticulture class. I learned a lot. They came out and sprayed these trees and they stated to perk up. They look great now. They also applied a special fertilizer. Cost was very reasonable. They also removed two other trees that needed to be removed. If I had tried to do this on my own I would have used the wrong stuff and possibly ended up in urgent care! Call the experts. Everybody would love the crew that came over to to our house an cut down 5 dead trees from our property. Ted Chamberlain, Jane Kluba, and Kyle Otersen deserve special attention. They were very personable and extremely hard workers. They did an outstanding job, and thoroughly cleaned up the ton of logs, leaves and branches after they finished their work. It's worth noting that Ted was a 250 pounder, and Jane clocked in at 120... She worked as hard as he and Kyle did, and they didn't slack. Not to mention that the price was right! So, we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them for your tree services.

Had a customer service issue with them but got a call from one of the owners the same day. He was very professional and offered to fix the issue right away. I was impressed and decided to continue service with them.
