After 12 years of great service and communication it pains me to write this disappointing review. We had Jacob & team do some landscaping work. He tried to fix a window well issue and couldn't. Another company had to come, for added expense, who added a larger window well than needed, which required another company to replace the previous cover we had. Yet another cost. Approx 1 month later, my hubby was walking there and stepped thru the landscaping fabric into a hole up to his knee. Thankfully, he didn't break his leg! We called Jacob and he made appointment to come see. When he didn't show or call, office told us that he had come, didn't want to wake us and would get needed supplies to fix. That was the first of May! Despite several phone calls & emails, we have not heard anything except 1 message that said he was trying to get rock. I replied we didn't need rock, we needed dirt to fill hole & be compacted as previously agreed on. It's now July 18th and we are doing the work ourselves. So much for communication & service!!!! Don't use this company! We are taking our sprinkler service business elsewhere.
I can't tell you how happy I am that I came across this sprinkler service. After paying for a quote from my previous company to help fix a buried valve box, I was informed that "they don't work on these old assemblies" and I would need the whole system replaced. I gave Water Solutions a call and Justin came out within a week. Not only did he arrive early (called to make sure that was okay) but he was able to fix both issues I was having in under an hour. Super nice guy and a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for sprinkler service I HIGHLY recommend this company!!
Jacob, and his company Water Solutions, came out to address my sprinkler issues. He provided a detailed estimate and then expertly fixed the backflow. Additionally, he created more efficient watering coverage across my yard by removing redundant sprinklers and changing heads on others to increase coverage. The professionalism and thoroughness of the service were impressive. Thank you for the great communication and being willing to do whatever it took to resolve my issues. Highly recommend and I'll be back for all future needs!
Called for a sprinkler activation, during activation without notice they replaced a bonnet and poppet which more than doubled the cost of my activation service. The "replaced" component seemed unrepaired and was actively leaking, contacted the technician by cell to come back out, they agreed, but never returned. Ultimately needed to replace the valve myself because the issue was never addressed.
Frank and his crew were awesome to work with. They arrived on time, and completed the project by 11 am on the second day (about 5 or 6 hours early). They work fast, are well-prepared for the job, and have the experience needed to work efficiently. They leveled out our hilly yard, removed all the existing prairie grass, brought in soil amendment, installed an 8-zone sprinkler system, 2,500 sq ft of sod, AND installed our new gas fire pit in a day and a half. To say that were were extremely happy and impressed with their work would be an understatement. It's been a month and everything is still looking fantastic! The puppy approves.
We had Frank and his crew come out to handle all of our backyard landscaping needs. They put in a beautiful paver patio, side walkway, along with some trees and several bushes along with drip lines. They complimented the whole project and backyard with beautiful LED outdoor lighting both on the steps, pathway lighting, and tree lighting. In addition Frank was able to install a gas line for outdoor fire-pit as he is a licensed plumber. Frank personally oversaw the project from begin to end which helped add extra assurance and allowed us to talk through questions we may have had during the process. Frank and team were extremely timely, courteous, and kept us in the loop during the entire job. They also did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day and end of the job. We would highly recommend Water Solutions Sprinkler Service.
If you want your sprinkler system messed up then go to them!!! They are pros at doing that...

Im not normally one to spend the time to write a review, but Frank and his team really impressed me. By far the most professional, price competitive, and knowledgable option. The installed our new sprinkler system without issues and extremely fast. I would highly recommend you use them for your irrigation needs.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Debbie is not only unprofessional, but down right rude. Not only did my roommate and I never make an appointment with this company, upon realizing our mistake, we did everything possible to be available for them. We made multiple attempts to call both the office and technician in order to keep this appointment and were completely ignored then were told we owed a $75 no show fee. There was zero willingness on Debbie s part to actually have a conversation about the lack of communication that had occurred. We will never use or recommend this company which Debbie seems quite pleased about. 0/10, don t recommend. Do yourself a favor and call a company that actually cares about their clients.
Brilliant brilliant brilliant!! Ive been worked over by other companies in the past. These guys took care of my system in an extremely timely manner and for a wonderful price! Sean in particular was easy to work with and did fantastic work. Everyone use them!!
I initially went with Water Solutions due to the high number of 5 star reviews. Unfortunately I didn t have that experience. We needed 3 valves replaced. They came out to give us a quote and start our system. About an hour. Previous companies I have gone with will also check sprinkler heads and adjust their spray paths to make sure they are spraying in the right direction. He didn t even look at that and we are having to adjust all of them. They quoted us $500 to fix the three valves as well as one sprinkler head but would not charge us for the activation fee ($75). We were told they would call us to schedule the repairs. They never called. I called them and got an appointment finally. They said 3pm on the following Friday. The repair person did not arrive until 5:45pm with no call to explain why. He was there for an hour and said he needed to wait an hour for glue to dry so he would be back the next day. We agreed. He came back the next day for about 2 hours and completed the repairs. We went out to check everything and it turns out our timer box (which we have never had problems with) no longer works and we were quoted thousands of dollars to fix the box since they would have to rewire everything. He also said he fixed a sprinkler head for us and didn t add the charge for us. Well that sprinkler head just flew off (a day later) when we started the cycle and water started flying everywhere. I called to complain and request an itemized receipt since we ended up paying $575 for everything (and can t use our system since the timing box broke during the repairs) and they said they don t do itemized receipts typically. I asked them to do one and it came out to over $100 an hour for just labor. I did some research and that is top of the line for sprinkler repair hourly labor charges. I m willing to pay more for good service but this was not good service. We are left with a system in worse shape than it started. They offered to come back out and replace the timing box for free but at this point I do not trust this company. Not very transparent and obviously not $100/hour work being done. Overall, I would expect a working system that needs little work from us after paying almost $600. My husband and I have put in HOURS since water solutions came out to repair and adjust everything.
I had a super technician named sean/ Shawn? Who was so awesome! Got everything fixed and I will call him forever....

We had a great experience with Water Solutions Sprinkler Service! Contacted the company via their online submission form on the website after another company flaked on us. Received a quick response (within hours) and was offered a cancellation appointment for the next week. Sean was our technician. He called first to see if it would be OK if he came by earlier then our scheduled window which worked great for us. He patiently listened to us explain problems, and he effectively and easily explained causes and solutions. He quickly fixed our problem areas without major work (previous company recommended we replace entire system) and at a very reasonable cost. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable professional and a great positive attitude. We greatly appreciated Seans efforts! A+ experience. Thank you, Water Solutions Sprinkler Service!
The man who we hired for $75 to come out to diagnose our sprinklers told us we would not be charged a second time if his analysis was incorrect. He was wrong, the heads were all changed out and there was no improvement. I called to have him come see what was wrong again and and they would not come and fix the issues without another service fee. So, they got their wires crossed with the service man and the customer service, but we paid them to diagnose, they were wrong, and even though he said he would not charge our fee again after specifically asking, his word to us was not honored when it came down to it. We ll be finding someone else.
We really appreciated being able to schedule everything through email. We had a communications failure with our tech on a winterization, and the company fixed the problem for free without any issue.

Great experience working with Frank and his crew! As first time homeowners, putting in a new sprinkler system and lawn was an overwhelming and intimidating undertaking. Our neighbors recommended Frank and so glad they did! He took the time to answer all our questions and even made recommendations for products and best practices for the DIY portion of our project. On installation day, Frank and his team were timely and got to work immediately. Frank was there the whole time and kept us updated on progress throughout the morning. Afterwards, he went over operating instructions for the sprinkler system and even called around to help us find the best price on sod. He really went above and beyond! The Troy and Sean came early, they were sweet and they didnt gouge prices. They got my sprinkler system working but were honest about the limitations. I will definitely be using them for winterizing and everything sprinkler.
Very unreliable. Cancelled 2 appointments (by email) and left me with frozen sprinklers. They work with a huge window of time and you have to wait for them basically all day to show up thats if they dont cancel. ZERO STAR COMPANY
Frank and team did an amazing rescue job for us today! We called Water Solutions for some puddling in the front yard, which we hoped was a burst irrigation pipe, even though it wasnt where we thought irrigation should be. Instead of being a quick find, dig, and repair, it turned out to be our main line from the well to the house. Even though we started relatively late in the day, Frank called in his squad and dug a 8x8x8 hole in continually collapsing wet soil, found the leaky pipe and spliced it well into the evening so that we could get our mains turned back on. While working, Frank explained everything in great detail, and showed me where some of the previous owners hacks were going to cause problems down the line. Very happy we found Water Solutions!
Frank was great, my setup is amazing - the coverage is beyond my expectations and the fact I have a private zone for my garden really makes me happy. Though while installing they did break my shed (more so than it was!) and crushed my daughters lawn gnome. They are a get in and get it done group of guys who offer a good value quote.
The Water Solutions tech, Mike, was really great at explaining where our water leak was coming from and then the different solutions we had to go about fixing the problem. We will definitely use Water Solutions again in the future.
Ray came out to work on an issue with had with the PVC pipe leading to the junction box. While working on that, he identified a issue with additional leaks and a bad bell value. He was able to fix all of these in a single visit. Always courteous and polite. If I have additional sprinkler issues (I hope I dont), I will be calling Water Solutions and requesting Ray.
WaterSolutions has been the sprinkler company I have used over the last 3 years for all activation and winterization. Always great service - Ray has always been the technician to help out and has been amazing to work with! Highly recommend this group to help with your sprinkler needs!
Ray was awesome! Fixed my sprinkler pipe and explained to me how to turn it off if I need to. He even opened the valves for me and I just had to start my water for the sprinklers, which was a great surprise because I dont like doing that part. He made my summer!! Thanks, Ray!!

I am so glad that we hired Water Solutions for our large landscaping project. We were wanting front and backyard paver patios, a new driveway, a sprinklersystem installed, new fencing, firepit and some landscaping. Frank and his team did an awesome job and it came out better than I imagined it could have! Frank was helpful with design ideas for our new backyard oasis while also helping us stay within our budget. And you couldnt ask for a harder working group of guys than Franks crew! I would definitely recommend hiring them!

I have used Water Solutions Sprinkler Service, Frank is the owner, for a few projects over the past 4 years. He and is crew, whom seem to never change, have always done a great job. Frank is there through most if not all the entire job. They do an amazing job, and when done, leave the area clean. Nothing is left behind for me to clean. He built a huge patio with pavers, extensive walkway from front to backyard, and added plants and trees. We moved from that house to another home and put in a paver path (which matched the house that he found), added trees, and shrubs, added lighting in the back, freshen up the front planters, and fixed the sprinkler systems.
Water Solutions did an excellent job on our landscaping design for our backyard. They also installed our sprinkler system. We cannot say enough about the workmanship, Frank was always on site working alongside with outstanding crew. We referred his services to our neighbors and they also hired Water Solutions to complete the backyard landscaping. We also had someone come to our home to look at the competed landscaping and they also hired Water Solutions for thier landscaping project. Water Solutions got it right they know how to treat their customers and make them happy. They also did an excellent job winterization our sprinkler system. We really enjoy our backyard.

We could not be happier with our experience with Frank and Water Solutions. We had a huge deck that we wanted removed as it was warping and cracking and we wanted to replace it with a zero maintenance patio. He suggested a paver patio, recommended a great colored stone that matches the house, and worked with us so we could stay in our budget yet still have a great sized patio. He also added landscaping and trees to the side and reworked the sprinklers for the new plants. Frank was always available for questions, oversaw the entire project, and even installed led lights on the patio steps. I would highly recommend Frank and his company. His crew had great attention to detail and we love the end product and our interactions throughout the process.
