My wife and I bought this place in 2018 and the back yard zone never worked. We also had an issue where a zone wouldnt shut off when the water to the system was turned on. So, each time we wanted to water the grass, we turned the water on at the backflow, watered the lawn, and then shut it off. Sean came out and fixed EVERYTHING. He got the backyard zone working, he fixed the issue of the zone running when we didnt want it to, and he ran additional lines to my wifes garden. All of that for around $300 bucks. I was very pleased because someone could have fleeced us for a lot more. Hes also the type of person that believes if it isnt broke, dont fix it. So, he wont try to swindle you into buying something you dont need. He was a really cool guy, and knew his stuff. If you need sprinkler services done, please call Sprinkler Doctor. Make sure you get the one headquartered in Parker, CO as there are two with the same name.

I had a friend use this service. She was absolutely blown away from the service her tech provided! She cleaned up after herself and was very knowledgeable, she was quoted the repair costs $290 for $100 for two lines and $90 for three sprinkler heads to be replaced, she was told to hang tight and she would come see her with the final bill it was at that time that she was told that there was an additional charge for a service fee of $150. Upon reaching out to the office regarding this fee she was told that prices were listed on the website and to refer back to that. Listed on the website the $150 charge is for a system start up - my friend did not need a start up but a repair, their service call is listed at $135. Her system has been in use all season, so the question is why charge her for something not needed? It s evident from the responses to the listed reviews (if they are lower than 4 stars) that if you have any grievance or opinion on anything you will be spoken down to, told you re incorrect, or belittled. The main point here is this company seems to have great technicians but outside of that you re better off with anyone else.

Had a great experience with Bryon Erbe from Sprinkler Doctor. I had an unusual electrical issue with some of my sprinkler valves and Bryon did a great job trouble shooting the problem and making the repair.

Revising a previous post. I was looking for help with a single zone that has gone out on my system. There is no water flow going to the zone. I did some of my own trouble shooting. Replaced the solenoid and the bladder in the valve thinking that they were just old and/or failing. Super easy to do for any DIYrs! YOU TUBE IT. Did not solve the issue. I called Sprinkler Doctor first based on the very high marks that they had received. I was advised that the base price to have them come out and do a fully system assessment was $135. While I do not know based on having engaged the services, I was advised by the owner it is a FULL SYSTEM REVIEW. Electrical, Solenoid, and more. Based on the other google reviews - they do a thorough job. I chose not to go with them based on this price and the fact I simply do not need a full system review. Why would I? The rest of my system is working just fine. I have one zone out and I can even speculate what the issue likely is. I just dont have the time to do the full assessment myself. That being stated - I advise people to shop out the services. As a consumer, I am choosing not to pay for a Fully System review when I know it is not needed. While I would suspect Sprinkler Doctor is of the highest quality (based on the other positive reviews) - I found other companies that would come assess exactly what I needed assessing, avoiding the cost of a full system review/analysis for price points well below the $135 marker. Most likely that I am ignorant about service call pricing for sprinkler repair. Shop out services is the moral of this review.

For the past few years Sprinkler Doctor has turned my system on and shut it off each season. This year the young man that came out to turn them on pointed out that I had a broken valve, which he very obviously did NOT want to deal with, saying even IF I can find the part at Lowes, it will be $495 for me to fix, and if the PVC pipe cracks while I do, it will just be a fiasco. So I thanked him for his time and gave up. Thankfully a friend recommended their landscaper, who came out after hours, fixed the problem (a $35 part, he said), plus a few more glitches, all for $100. Perhaps it was simply a bad day for the employee who came out, or perhaps he needs a new job. But I think Ive found someone I trust more than Sprinkler Doctor now to work on my system. Too bad for the company, which otherwise Id been happy with.

Shawn came out today to perform a general check up on a 12 zone sprinkler system. He adjusted the sprinkler heads and replaced a couple of them and then reset my controller to provide the appropriate amount of water to each zone. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him!

Spring has arrived and thankfully Sprinkler Doctor has reached out to me (via email) to remind me that it is once again time to turn on my sprinkler system and get a thorough look over to make sure that everything is functioning as it should. I have been using Sprinkler Doctor for several years after initially trying many of their competitors. I keep coming back to Sprinkler Doctor every year for just one reason, its because I always know what Im getting. I have always only received fair business dealings if/when items need to be replaced (or, sometimes just a much appreciated heads up that something may need to be replaced soon). I have never felt pressured into buying anything and on one occasion I was given the option of replacing a broken sprinkler item myself (to save a few dollars) to have Sprinkler Doctor do it for me. It is this kind of openness, honesty and dependability that keeps me coming back year after year to Sprinkler Doctor. I wouldnt trust my sprinkler system to any other company and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of sprinkler repairs or maintenance. I also appreciate seeing the owner of the Sprinkler Doctor respond, even to any negative online reviews, because EVERY TIME the first thing that the owner does is takes responsibility for the companys actions while dealing with an occasional dissatisfied customers (which, lets face it, cannot alway be easy) and doesnt get defensive. Lets face it, we all know that the customer cant always be right, but that doesnt seem to distract the Sprinkler Doctor wanting to do whats right regardless. He knows his stuff. Sprinkler Doctor also allows recent customers to schedule appointments before their calendars even hit the public. Its a nice touch and allows for flexible scheduling. I highly recommend.

This is a good and bad service. If you pick the same person and you like them good. But if you pick based on a time crunch then it could be bad. It just depends on who you get, their experience, and such

We called sprinkler doctor to repair our sprinklers at home. We had a couple of bumps on the road during the process, but all was fixed when Sean came to our home. Sean was able to identify the problem in a timely manner, he was knowledgable, professional, and his quality of work is second to none. If I could personally rate Sean 10 out of 5, I would; he even took time to clean up afterwards. I highly recommend you ask for him when calling Sprinkler Doctor.

I have been using Sprinkler Doctor for the last couple of years as I have a 40+ year old sprinkler system that has needed much needed upgrades lately. Nik the technician is extremely knowledgeable and has taken care of all my problems from leaks to replacing all five zone valves as well as my stand up pipe. He keeps me informed of what we needs to be done and explains why and how. Nik arrives at the time scheduled and stays until the job is done. Also the office staff is extremely helpful and nice ! After many years of various companies working on my sprinkler system, I finally called the Sprinkler Doctor and I will never use another company. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and can fix any problem. Matt, in particular, discovered a valve problem that had plagued the system for 15 years and fixed it!

Set an appointment 4pm-6pm to fix my sprinklers more than a week out only to get a confirmation text stating 2-4. I reply it s wrong and they call. They tell me they wrote down 4-6 but can t do that any more and to pick a new day. I wouldn t waste the week waiting for this company to screw things up. Reply I receive no such email outlining anything. I received a ln incorrect text confirmation only.

I m not entirely sure what I paid for here honestly. Booked an appointment with sprinkler doctors a few months ago to get it up and running for the spring time. I followed the sprinkler tech around my house and he just turned on each zone and said looks like good coverage. Wasn t what I was expecting, as I am fully capable of turning my sprinkler system on, I was more looking for an expert opinion of how to optimize it. Later found out the wrong type of heads are installed in several of the zones and also several of the heads are broken and not rotating. I also found out that my master valve is not hooked up, so if there is ever a leak my entire yard will be flooded unless I m home to turn the sprinkler shut off valve, this would have been good information to know. I was hoping that this visit would have been more helpful and he could have made some suggestions and pointed out some potential repairs and heads that weren t working properly, but I m back to finding another company. Some additional information. My appointment was canceled and rescheduled a couple times, so I m not even sure an actual sprinkler tech showed as this company seems to have a lot of other business involvements and maybe they just sent someone over that was in the area, not really sure what happened. I see a lot of people had positive experiences with someone named Marco, that is not who showed up to my house.

The owner Matt came out with 2 guys wanting to charge $200 an hour after I had another one of his people out last week for 4 hours and they couldn t solve my issue. He wanted to upsell me on everything and told my family friend who originally installed the new manifold to do the work when he had 2 extra guys there. All they did was find my 3rd valve box (my family friend actually found it) and charged me $125. Terrible people and business. And now I m out $300 with nothing fixed. They also left the box area a mess and cords unburied and box lids off. So disappointed!!! We also had a huge argument before they left and I ve never felt so frustrated with a company before. Wanting to charge for no work done, condescending comments to my family friend who was there to help and asking if I felt comfortable paying them for the hour they were there. (Probably because he knew they didn t deserve anything)

I hate writing bad reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. Im leaving 2 stars because the technician was nice. However, throughout the entire experience I felt like there was very much a heavy sell happening, while at the same time being assured that we would be taken care of. The whole thing felt really shady. Not to mention that Sprinkler Doctor is apparently licensed by Sage Solutions?!?! Anyway... my husband had no confidence in the techs ability to use a multi-meter to properly diagnose why 1 of the 5 zones wasnt working. We felt very much like replacing the clock was offered up as being an easy solution, and also cost $600. When I asked, Well, what if that doesnt fix it? the tech replied that If this doesnt fix the problem, well keep working on it until its fixed. It did not instill confidence that the true issue had been identified; very much felt like a path-of-least-resistance approach. I will be getting a 2nd opinion. If it is confirmed that in fact it is the solenoid for zone 4 that needs replacing, I will update my post.

I had two leaks under a path in my vegetable garden which was difficult to track down, but Brian stayed with it until he got it figured out and fixed. I was impressed with his hard work and his ability to figure out how to correct this problem.

Adam Summers came out to fix a few sprinkler heads for me today and did a fantastic job of explaining everything, making sure everything was working correctly and answering any additional questions I had. Being a newish home owner and not used to sprinkler systems in general, it was very helpful to have someone so friendly and knowledgeable. He even took the time to adjust one head that was placed previously and looked/operated fairly awkwardly. This was actually the 5th time Ive used Sprinkler Doctor (2 spring activations, 1 winterization and 2 sprinkler repairs) and the techs have been great, the office staff is super friendly and they really try their best to work you into the schedule at a convenient time. Their prices seem very reasonable to me, though I enjoyed the company so much that I havent done any price checking since I first utilized them in Summer 2020 and wouldnt switch even if I found someone cheaper. The staff and excellent service have ensured that I will be a loyal customer as long as I am in their service area.

I had been using a sprinkler firm for the last few years, then they went dormant on me. That caused me to call a friend who used Sprinkler Doctor to great success. I called and they sent out Jacob. Where to start- he walked my yard, listened to my concerns and then re-walked my yard to ensure that he knew exactly what I needed completed. I have since called them back to repair / modify other areas that had issues. It has been a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Nik has done an outstanding job both times he has done sprinkler repair work at our house. The first time was a complete re-do on our manifold box, moving the box and installing all new valves, as well as replacing several rotary spray units. The second time was to make several repairs to sprinkler lines and spray heads. He was personable, did excellent quality work, was diligent and hard working, and cared about making sure that the customer was satisfied with the work done. I trust Nik to do excellent quality work, at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Nik and Sprinkler Doctors!

They may be a bit pricier than others, they came out when they said, gave a full quote based on what was asked of them, came out to do the work when they said. The installer was polite, knowledgeable, and did what was asked, even gave options to lower the overall cost. I could hardly tell work was done A+
