Highlands Ranch Aerations in Parker

If I could give "0" stars i would. I had this company out to blow out my sprinklers and Aeriate my Lawn. My mother in law was home when they arrived. They charged her to blow out 6 valves (since 6 wires were hooked up to my sprinkler controller), but only have 5 valves actually installed. They were insistent they did 6 (see photos). I'd love to know where the 6th valve is as this is the only sprinkler box. In addition, they were insistent they needed access to my sprinkler controller even though it is a internet driven box that they have ZERO access to. To top it off they could no aeriate the lawn as the guy who does it "didnt show up for work". Only use them if you prefer a dishonest company that takes advantage of people.

They schedule services and don’t show up. When you call them to ask if/when they’re coming, they respond rudely and say things like, “well I can’t remember everything!” You called me to book the appointment! They charge more than the price they quote, and they charge significantly more than competitors. This company is awful.

This company is run by an old woman from the past century. She is rude. I have to say that they do provide results to some extent. But they very much over charge and lack responsible for there services I tried repeatedly to get some help on services I paid for Repeatedly, Betty called to tell me she did not care to hear of any of my concerns of the services I paid for Beware of doing business with this scary company

For those wishing a sprinkler blowout be aware that if you go through Google to get to their site the webpage it takes you to is outdated. Their current price is $75, not $60. The reason I'm giving 1 star is because I was not informed of this prior to them coming out and so had to scramble to find the additional cash. In fact, I wasn't even informed he would be coming or confirmed an appointment time. I had called for a quote, was told they would check the schedule, and then he just showed up the next day. There needs to be better communication to confirm your appointment and how much the service will cost. The guy that came out didn't apologize or anything. He seemed defensive/rude about the lack of communication and that I had to go back into the house to find an additional $15.

The aeration I received this morning from Highlands Ranch Aeration was absolutely the best lawn aeration I have ever received. Betty is a delight to speak with on the phone and the crew showed up in a timely manner. I like the fact they use a heavy duty aerator and not a roller type which simply will not do a good job. The technicians went over the lawn thoroughly and the plugs were large. In some places where extremely packed, it seemed they went over spaces several times. One of my. neighbors came out and wanted to be signed up after seeing my lawn. I will use them again next year, for sure!

Waited 2 hrs for them to show up, I called and the lady on the phone said “oh I told the crew to take the day off”. I rescheduled and waited for 50 min after the appt time on the reschedule and left. They called and wanted to know where I was. Never apologized

There should be an option to not leave a star. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Did I mention rude and unprofessional. Saw the owner damage my siding with my own eyes. When I asked him what he was going to do to fix it he denied it was him. Once we agreed he did it he said, not his problem. Told me if I cancel the check he'll put a lien on my house. Don't even think about it. These guys are a dime a dozen and don't risk this experience. Update: Just was looking at my reviews and noticed the owner said I was not a customer. The name on my profile is not my name and I was 100% a customer. If this is still owned by Betty and her foul mouthed son my review is dead accurate.

Great customer service, they were able to fit me in at the last minute. Showed up on time to the job and got my lawn done quickly and professionally. Thank you Corey, will use you again!
