poor communication

Recently had CitiTurf work on our shrubs, bushes and trees in Allen and they did an AMAZING job! The team had meticulous attention to detail. All weeds were pulled, bushes and trees trimmed and they cleaned up EVERYTHING afterwards. We have a lot of bushes in the front, side and back yard and the guys were able to get everything done so quickly. We bundled the service with the monthly mosquito treatment and so far have definitely noticed a reduction in Mosquitos. So happy with the service we received - best decision we have made to have them care for our yard. Would highly reccomend their services to anyone looking for an all-in-one landscaping provider!

Great service. The technician was very knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful. He took time to listen to our concerns and made recommendations. After fertilization he took the time to blow any granulars that fell on the walkways back onto the grass, which help prevent it getting washed down the drains after a rain or watering event. Well done.

Citi Turf always goes above and beyond when they service my yard. Other companies need constant reminders to clean off the sidewalks or near doors but not Citi Turf! It is part of their normal routine and they can ALWAYS open the combination lock on my fence. They re the best company we ve used over the last many years!

Im happy with the lawn treatment services from CitiTurf so far which started since April 2023. The weeds are properly controlled and the lawn looks much greener and healthier from the fertilizer and the aerator treatments.

Weve been customers of CitiTurf for many years. They have always provided exceptional service - our landscape never looked better. How do we know this? We were awarded Yard of the Month in our community. WOW. And too, we were very concerned about our Red Maple tree that was losing leaves on a specific branch. We had an arborist look at the tree and they said, sun scorch. While there was some degree of sun damage, we didnt feel quite right about it ALL sun damage based on the continued leaf drop and branch die off. We asked CitiTurf to take a look. Our technician was very kind and knew we were concerned. Diagnosis - FUNGUS. The damage stopped after treatment was applied. SO HAPPY. We highly recommend the CitiTurf team.

Great Customer Service...we recently scheduled a tree trimming and after we scheduled the trimmings a storm came through, we contacted CitiTurf and they sent out an emergency team to clear the damaged limbs several day earlier...

Hi. Your initial service wasnt so great. One of your service guys wasnt that helpful. I was told i need a new controller and that wasnt true. I called back to get more service that my $80 paid for and Tanner came out to assist. Long story short, you guys are coming out on the 1st of July to figure out the issue EVEN after the Hunter rep said i need a new controller to and i got a new one and i still have the same results as i started with. ***UPDATE. Cititurf came back out to address the problem and found out it wasnt the controller at all. It seems to be the modules inside the controller so i will change my review to 5 stars. They didnt give up on the issue until it was fixed and now it is working good. Thats a company i recommend and will call again if other issues arise.

I have always mowed my own yard but decided to give CityTurf a try this year. Overall, I am very pleased with the level of service I have received. The only constructive feedback I have is with leaf-blowing after the mow. The mowers blow all of the debris from the driveway and sidewalk back into the yard, which makes the yard look like it has not been mowed. If that practice can be avoided, I will rate my yard service at 5 stars. Thanks!

The two gentlemen who performed an inspection of my sprinkler system and then replaced, adjusted some heads and addressed what I thought was a leak. They didn t try to sell me on more corrections than necessary . They were very thorough, took time to explain everything to me and did a great job. They were very polite and personable. Don t hesitate to have them work on your sprinkler system.

The crew that services our yard does a great job. Today I noticed that they used the pool net to scoop any grass that had blown into the pool. They may very well do that every time they come, but often I am not here when they are finishing up. I truly appreciate their great attention to detail. They are also very careful when turning their truck around on our long narrow driveway. We appreciate that as well! CitiTurf continues to provide quality service!

I shopped around a lot before I decided on CitiTurf. Their prices are totally reasonable and the staff is friendly. My payment is taken on time and I get my receipts right away. I think my favorite part is that they arent just subcontractors. Ive had a lot of issues with landscaping and contractors before and its just a headache. Oh, and of course, my yard looks great!

I returned to Citi turf of Murphy. They have are response to every request check the weed, check the sprinkler heads, trim my hedges, and treat and feed the crepe myrtle trees . Today, in the 103 degree heat, my new zoysia front lawn is beautiful! We also lost it. In early June, my husband and I installed Zoysia sod. We have been using CitiTurf for many years and have recommended their services to neighbors and other family members. They have always been professional and accommodating to our every need. Besides their lawn service as well as their fertilization services, we recently used their tree service. WOW! They did an amazing job and cleaned up every branch and leaf. I have no issues with the mowing crew. However, the company use to do a GREAT job of notifying me of their delays; especially if it was 24 hours. I just doesnt happen anymore. I think the treatments should also be detailed in the billing aka, what you applied and what is it for.

I have been a CitiTurf customer for over 10 years. We get weekly mowings, occasional bed clean-ups and participate in their lawn fertilization, weed control and grub worm prevention programs. Our lawn looks beautiful because of CitiTurf! They always do a fantastic job and are very professional and responsive. I also really appreciate the communication (not spam!) they provide whether its to keep me updated about a schedule change due to inclement weather and holidays, or to occasionally pass along very helpful information about lawns, trees, bushes and sprinkler care. I love this company and highly recommend them!

The employees are quick and efficient spreading fertilizer and weed control chemicals but I wish at least one of the 7 yearly treatments would include a little grubworm prevention with your recent price increases. The owner took the time to visit my yard in person, that makes this a 5 star rated company in my opinion.

So I am changing my review from 4 stars to 5. I have tried several lawn care companies and CitiTurf is by far the best. Pros: Dependable - always arrive on scheduled days Reasonable pricing Effective treatments - especially pre-emergent Responsive - they always answer the phone and its no problem to get them out for a home visit when a problem or question arises.. We have used CitiTurf for our lawn needs, but recently had them help us with pest control (mostly ants and wasps), which we saw an immediate difference. Definitely recommend their services.

No major issues with the lawn mow itself, but its getting to the point that it is costing me more money than its worth. Not only has the service cost increased by almost 50%, theyve effectively destroyed about half of the path lights on my front sidewalk. I even went so far as to mount them on 16 rebar stakes to get them up above the edge trimmer impact zone and they still broke two more of them off their bases.

Using CitiTurf has been a smooth experience. Currently using them for lawn care and pest control. Bundling these services was a great move for us and they are very responsive.

We have used City Turf for a couple of years now. We were impressed with an old neighbors yard and thought wow we have to use them also. Now our neighbor on the other side of us is on board also lol. I have several cameras all over my house and will watch them do the yard sometimes. Around the pool they will have one guy use the blower pointed towards the mower or weed eater while the other guy is working so minimal clippings get into the pool. Such a small thing that makes our pool so much cleaner. They even let me know when sprinkler heads are not working. They seem like a reputable company.

When I told them that I still have weeds, the engineer came and offered me a retreament with no cost. They also offered me great advices for my irrigation system.Highly recommended company!

Everymorning at the QT off 544 in Murphy/wylie these trucks block the diesel pumps while they work in there trucks. Very rude, not courteous for all us that have to try to find a diesel pump. I have lots of pictures
