Cmonjardinier entretien notre jardin depuis maintenant plusieurs années et nous sommes toujours satisfaits : les rendez-vous sont respectés, le travail est soigné, le prix est honnête et l'accueil est chaleureux. Je conseille sans hésiter leurs prestations.
J’ai parcouru à postériori les avis défavorables et ne peux que m’y aligner. Cette expérience n’a été qu’un long chemin de croix de travail non terminé après règlement, de relances itératives, et d’excuses douteuses pour expliquer les absences. Six mois après le début de travaux simples de taillage, de réfection de pelouse, de création de bordures, et d’installation d’un arrosage automatique, un bon quart du jardin reste sans pelouse, un versant n'a toujours pas été taillé, l’arrosage arrose bien les murs et seule une moitié des bordures a été pourvue de paillis. J’ai proposé au responsable un remboursement partiel de la somme initialement versée par mes soins. Il m’a répondu :on ne rembourse pas, on finit les travaux. Il n’est jamais revenu finir les travaux.
Pas possible de mettre zéro étoile malheureusement. Une catastrophe. Aucun suivi des dossiers une fois le règlement passé. Pas de réponses aux emails. Les prestataires ne sont pas suivis et sont très douteux: travaux retardés, mals exécutés et finalement pas terminés. A éviter.
Je suis absolument ravi du service fourni par CmonJardinier. Leur équipe a fait un travail incroyable dans mon jardin. Leur professionnalisme, leur souci du détail et leur passion pour le jardinage se reflètent dans chaque aspect de leur travail. Un jardinier très imbu de sa personnalité qui refuse d’enlever les mauvaises herbes sous prétexte qu’elles vont repousser(!), un second jardinier qui après avoir garé son camion devant le garage de l’intéressé ne fait pratiquement rien en deux heures à part tondre un gazon de 200 m² seulement (aucune remise commerciale du responsable qui apparemment n’a pas fait HEC), un jardinier qui ne peut plus (le service commercial confond le verbe vouloir et le verbe pouvoir)venir chez moi car il a changé de secteur géographique, que le service client me propose à nouveau. Rien n’est bien sauf la comptabilité qui tient ses comptes à peu près à jour. Je déconseille fortement cette société tant aux clients désireux de ne pas tomber dans cette véritable arnaque (après les passages des mauvais jardiniers précités il a fallu en appeler d’autres) qu’aux jardiniers professionnels pris dans un véritable engrenage par cette mauvaise entité. (Obligation de reverser une commission de 16 %. Ce système est proche de la franchise dont la plupart des professionnels souhaitent sortir pour ne pas être complètement exsangues financièrement à la fin du mois. Je comprends parfaitement l’un des bons jardiniers qui venait chez moi et ne le fera plus car il a quitté progressivement cette société dotée d’un service client catastrophique et d’un service commercial encore pire.
J ai fait appel à l'entreprise c'est mon jardinier pour trouver un prestataire de qualité. Résultat je suis en litige depuis le 6 octobre avec eux. Devis non respecte,compétences des jardiniers douteuses,facturation abusives,personne qui fait le devis Mr SALOMON qui est absent le jour de la prestation,chose qu'il ne précise pas le jour du devis,élimination de déchets payant alors que cela n ai pas précisé sur le devis alors que j'ai le ramassage des déchets verts gratuit! C est mon jardinier refuse de prendre en compte ma réclamation car selon eux je me suis signalé à eux trop tard alors que j'ai envoyé 1 mail et téléphone je jour même de la prestation raté du jardinier.J ai eu une réponse de leur part par téléphone 1 mois après relance de MA part pour me demander des photos à 1 mois du litige .....évidement très facile de juger 1 mois après ! Pour au final me dire que j ai envoyé les photos trop tard !!! J avais bien compris que le jardinier été un ami du directeur mais je pense que vous devriez mieux traiter les réclamations au lieu de voler vos clients .résultat cela va finir devant un conciliateur parce que payer 4 heures pour une prestations de 2h avec des jardiniers sans matériels et sans compétence je ne recommande pas du tout merci pour le saccage de mon jardin et l énergie que me demande votre mauvaise foi. Retour suite à votre réponse mon cas n à pas été traitée mais ignore ce qui est différent. Quand à ma demande je n en avait aucune à part faire valoir mes droits concernant l application d'un devis. Rdv avec le conciliateur je ne me.laisserai pas voler de la sorte. Quand à vos avis de 4.5 je vois quand même que Gabriel le jardinier avec lequel j ai un litige à déjà quelques casseroles à son actif et pour avoir tester le site pour donner son avis justement vous refusez les commentaires négatifs! Donc c est un peu facile d'être bien noté quand on refuse la parution des avis qui ne vous met pas en valeur.mais cette attitude edt à l image de ce que je connais de vous ,vous ne prenez pas vos responsabilités.

I didnt know this site, I found a professional gardener very quickly, I will use him for the first time next week, but I am sure that everything will go well, following the meeting to establish the quote.
To remain polite I will remain factual... On department 77, botched quote in 3 minutes by Gabriel, therefore poor evaluation of the work, then the workers who come when it suits them (appointments not respected) with unsuitable equipment, in the end no more one month to trim 60m of hedge!
This is the second year we have used this company. The gardeners work is of very good quality, in line with our expectations. The problem is that this company takes 30 in management fees in the event of a CESU payment not included in the invoice. It is not acceptable to use CESUs for tax reasons and be asked for this amount. in principle we will work with the same professional but with another site.
I am testing the after-sales service following an error on my part (I chose the wrong service provider by incorrectly funding my cmongardener account). For the moment things are slipping but I remain hopeful of not being taken hostage... in the middle of a conflict between professionals which does not concern me and where my money is used as a ransom. I will keep you informed...

Interesting idea but Im not behind it, a lot of disappointment in the follow-up and respect of the services as well as the appointments. Last service appointment Friday shifted to Saturday then Sunday then Monday etc etc it is Friday, 7 days more than the initial appointment and it is still not finished. I just saw another identical review with the same amazing gardener, right? I do not recommend the last provider and nor the site following several inconveniences. Its not a nickname but my initials to be transparent Mr A B we have already spoken by telephone and my last call went unanswered...
I found a very good gardener in Alexandre who has already come several times. He is an old hand who knows his often difficult job well. Behind him its perfect.

Following cmonjardiniers response (1 year after my note) I would like to add to my opinion. I joined the platform at the start of my activity and the relationship was going well until the day I received my first projects and invoices. The platform presents itself as an intermediary simplifying administration for gardeners but the opposite is what happened. I ended the partnership because I was tired of justifying myself to customers about the abusive price and the incomprehensible invoices.
I joined the platform recently and I only see positive things in it, the relationship is going wonderfully, the team is at the top! very responsive and available. The procedures are very simple for professionals as well as for individuals. I highly recommend
Avoid absolutely, it s a scam The first person came to give the estimate saying that it was enough for a long day of work. I paid more than 600. In fact he stayed a little over an hour. When I came back he had left for work, neither done nor to be done. I called the platform, no one ever got back to me Im going to file a complaint for abuse

This platform works very well to tell you that you havent paid a deposit. Response within a minute (I didnt know that the transaction had to be validated on my bank application). On the other hand, the customer service phone does not work to hear their customers say that their subcontractors are not serious... After having taken 2 days off for nothing (2 appointments postponed at the last minute). After sending 2 text messages and calling his voicemail 4 times (not at the last minute), to ask him if he was going to come by in the morning or in the afternoon in order to organize himself. No response, even on the day of the meeting at 3 p.m.. results the grass is even taller since the first contact almost 1 month ago. Not cool... The 2nd star is for the refund of the deposit...
In response to this invoice while a contract is in progress, to the shoddy work of Mr. Nicolas La Feuille in Ouistreham 14150, to the various photos of my house, my garden and that of the neighbor published on Facebook groups without authorization, visible to thousands of people, with multiple photos of todays unfinished, sloppy work, I will obviously advertise this gardener and on Cmonjardinier.com which covers him. My lawyer will follow up on this situation

Passing by incubator 27 for lunch with a former colleague, I discovered a temple dedicated to start-ups of all kinds in a very friendly setting conducive to emulation and reflection. It s a shame that some offices don t have access to direct natural light.
After a first negative opinion, I returned with pleasure to the latter to change it completely, I dealt with a company and speakers of great kindness and great integrity who explained to me the reason for a confusion at the first appointment following an accidental computer malfunction. Bad experience for my part, I went through you so as not to have to manage anything and I had to manage more things than when I went through a landscaper directly. Personal information (payment schedule) is not updated at all on your site despite an email and a phone call to your services, we go from June 2021 to February 2022 then we go back to September 2021, everything is mixed up, we cant trust our personal account on your site, its a shame.

I asked for a quote, only one person responded to give me an appointment on Saturday at 7 p.m. Ghost date! No one came or even notified of the cancellation! When I read the reviews on their site I understood that it was not serious! No professionalism! To flee!
Comment on the platform, and not on the gardener himself. Intervention canceled the same day, after numerous automatic messages received confirming the intervention date. Worse, the message informs me that the intervention is postponed at my request!! When I called, Customer Service was unaware of anything and transferred all responsibility to the gardener. To date, the only added value of cmonjarnier is to get in touch with a local company. To be continued.

Hello, I contacted several gardeners on the site. Romain did a very good job maintaining my garden. The other gardeners diaries were full this season.
Catastrophic, I will no longer use your service. Quote signed with a gardener. With several last minute postponements of intervention dates, the gardeners work was catastrophic. The person who intervened is a subcontractor, and is not professional at all. I even had to lend my own equipment, because this one came with the minimum with it... Result, trimmed hedges and even too many! 2 big holes in my hedges which revealed large overlooks! It will take time to grow back. I should have done it myself.

This site is very disappointing! The quote frames are made in such a way that you do not have the total amount including tax at the bottom since it does not include the gardeners costs which cannot be deducted from taxes. So be careful when committing to a quote to read between the lines to find out the total amount. The people contacted on the site agree that the quotes are not clear but do nothing to help you! The worst thing is that they blame everything on the poor gardeners who do the work!!! I am very disappointed with this bad experience where I had to cancel the second part of the work because it was supposed to cost me almost twice as much as the estimate given. I recommend going through direct gardeners who do real work!!!

Good coworking space very well located next to Bastille. Unfortunately, aging furniture and spaces that could be more neat (discolored linoleum, stained carpet, noisy ventilation in the meeting rooms in the basement, etc.) A pretty glass roof can ultimately be used in summer because of the heat and in winter due to lack of suitable heating.
