Denny took my conceptual idea of a bluestone wall with benches and steps and installed a wall a bit over 100 feet long with two sets of stairs and incorporated two long stone benches on the wall. Denny also installed bluestone columns to break up the straight line of the wall. To complement the rustic look, sidewalk, driveway and patio were redone in bluestone. (Denny threw in a stone bench and architectural feature). After 3 years still get complements from people walking and bicycling by. The landscaping also complements the stone work. Great job overall and not an easy one to complete!

Dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete scam! This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I ve ever had. I ordered a 1/2 cord of firewood and chose the stacked delivery option, which increased the price from $299 to $339. Everything seemed fine until I received a text the day before delivery, claiming I had selected local pick-up and not delivery, and that I now needed to pay an additional $85 if I wanted my firewood delivered. This was beyond outrageous! I had an email confirmation clearly showing stacked delivery, with no mention of local pick-up. I immediately called to clear things up, and the woman who texted me didn t have a clue what she was talking about. Her response was completely unprofessional, making it obvious she didn t understand the simplest details of the order, let alone how to do her job. She was rude, uninformed, and her texts were poorly written and full of errors. Then, to add insult to injury, I got a message from another woman the one I had originally spoken with when I confirmed my delivery date. She outright lied to cover her tracks, claiming that she was driving when I first called and didn t actually have the order in front of her. This was a blatant lie because she had told me during that first conversation that she did have my order pulled up! I hope this business records their calls, because if they do, they ll see how badly they are screwing over their customers with lies and deceit. On top of everything, they had the audacity to blame a website glitch for not including the $85 delivery charge in my original order. Are you kidding me?! If there really was a glitch, they should ve contacted me immediately not waited three days and then tried to slap me with hidden fees at the last minute. What kind of legitimate business operates like this? It feels like they made up the glitch just to scam customers out of more money. I had been on their website two months before placing my order and the pricing was exactly the same then there was no glitch. The only glitch here is this business trying to pull a fast one on their customers and then lying to cover it up. This company is a disgrace, and they clearly don t care about integrity or customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and I strongly suggest anyone reading this stays far away unless you want to be lied to and overcharged. Absolutely disgusting!

Great quality top soil. Tested soil from three other local store that were not nearly as nutrient rich as Dennys. Highly recommend.

Denny was terrific to work with. My husband and I walked into his store without an appointment and he couldn t have been more giving of his time explaining in depth the different types of wood he had. I never knew there were so many! He was prompt in the delivery even going as so far as to deliver on a Sunday around our schedule. His prices were very fair as well! I highly recommend Denny for any of your gardening needs!

I ve bought firewood from multiple locations in the past and no other place comes close to the quality firewood Denny Wiggers GC has. NOT all firewood is the same! Look at pic below and you ll see the wood on the left is from a DIFFERENT PLACE and they are bad sizes for a fireplace, have fungus on them and they don t burn clean. Dennys firewood is on the RIGHT. PERFECT sizes, dry, super clean and burns with a noticeable amazing aroma. I discovered Dennys while dropping my kid off at Bergen Community College in Paramus, Dennys is right across the street. Seriously, never knew of this place before - let me save you time, money and frustration by just going straight here. Also, the workers were incredibly helpful, there s different kinds of firewood AND they delivered promptly. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE! Denny is a great guy too!!!

Denny Wiggers did an excellent job with our landscape design of our front of our home. Very courteous and punctual completed the job when promised. Very fair on his fees for his services. 4th season that I have ordered fire wood from DW. Delivery guys are great and the wood is really seasoned.

Just had firewood delivered today. The ownership himself made the delivery after hours. I found their website the easiest to navigate. Searched many other sites but theirs was the best. I highly recommend and can t wait to make my first fire of the season. Thank you!

Passing by Denny Wiggers, I saw a HUGE stack of semi-cut tree trunks/firewood and had to stop in. I needed something simple, a single stump/round for my wood splitter. The guys help me find one among the stacks and got it secured in my SUV. I met Denny himself - great guy and business - all around great customer experience, highly recommended for your firewood needs.

My local scout troop is 50 strong and we are always looking for ways to raise funds to offset costs. Enter Denny Wiggers! Denny, who has a strong sense of community, kindly donates several cords of wood for our scouts to sell and distribute. At times weve run low or out and Denny comes to our rescue and replenishes our stock the same day that we call! Great Service and Great Support! I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this company is really going south. I attempted to place an order for garden soil delivery for a client, and not only did we not receive the order on time (we were on a deadline) but after calling and canceling the order, they somehow charged my card for the order weeks later! They were super hard to get a hold of on the phone, and they never communicated when they didnt show on the expected date of delivery. Im currently disputing the charge on my card and Ill be heading there in person tomorrow if i dont get someone on the phone. Lets see how they handle this, but I would give this place no stars if that was an option.

Dear DENNY WIGGERS GARDENS, I placed the below order and just had it delivered to my driveway. I ordered a full cord of wood but the attached images look like a half cord. Was this possibly a mistake? Please advise. Best regards, Patrick Moore Hi again, More wood was dropped today but the volume is not even half of what I received the first time. For reference the fence height is 6. The highest point on the stacked pile from the first delivery is 4 length is 8 and width is 1.5 Is this a joke as a cord of wood should be 128 cubic ft? If I dont get response and half my money back by end of day today Ill be pushing my claim through PayPal along with this message. I m an Assistant Scout Master for a local Scout Troop. Each year we do a firewood sale as a fundraiser. I called Denny Wiggers to see if he could help us out. 2 hours after I spoke to Denny, there was a huge pile of wood in my driveway!!!! Needless to say our troop is very appreciative of the generosity of Denny and thanks to him, our fundraiser will be even more successful. If I ever need firewood for my our personal consumption, I will certainly reach out to Denny!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the business owner after leaving my initial feedback. They showed a genuine interest in understanding the issues I had encountered and shared some insights into why the firewood had a higher moisture content. I must say that even before the owners call, I received a prompt refund within 24 hours of returning the firewood. It is evident that the business places a high value on customer satisfaction. Based on the actions taken to rectify the situation, I feel hopeful that this was an isolated incident. I am willing to give them another chance and hope for a positive experience in the future. *************************************************************** I had genuinely hoped for a successful outcome, but when the firewood delivery finally arrived, I took the time to inspect about a dozen random pieces, and unfortunately, most of them had moisture levels that were at the green range, measuring between 21% to 23%. There was just one small piece at 19%, but it was quite disappointing after eagerly waiting for nearly two weeks for properly seasoned wood. This marks the second time Ive placed an order with Denny Wiggers, and regrettably, Ive encountered the same issue both times. On the previous occasion, I decided to keep the wood, albeit without a moisture meter, but it proved challenging to ignite and resulted in excessive smoke. Ive seen that some people have had better experiences with Denny Wiggers, which is good to know. I guess I was delivered a Green batch of firewood the two times I requested. I paid $254 for a half cord of what was advertised as seasoned firewood and a $50 flat fee, totaling $304. As a word of advice to anyone in a similar situation, consider investing in a moisture meter; it can be an invaluable tool to ensure you receive the quality of firewood youre expecting.

Im not one to typically take the time to write reviews but I was so disappointed with this experience. Initially, I called and spoke directly with a woman, explaining I was re-seeding my residential backyard and was looking for appropriate topsoil. The soil was with rocks, stick, sand. There were so many rock I had to construct my own mesh shifter to filter out the rocks which took three times as long.

This is what businesses used to be about. Great service. Local owner who is on site. They may not be the most technical but the extras they do , delivery of wood. Well worth it

They dropped off another 20 logs, but Im still missing a third of what i paid for, Company stopped responding to calls, texts or email, and has no method to leave a voicemail. Have filed a report with NJ Better Business Bureau.

Just picked up a quarter cord of wood because I read previous reviews and I wanted to try it first. The wood I got was perfect! Nicely cut, dry, burned perfectly in my fireplace. I plan on ordering more as soon as I burn through what I just bought( probably will have them deliver it this week!) If you re looking for firewood look no further! This place is great!!

I have been a customer of Denny Wiggers for several years and always find him and his team to be caring and professional. They will always make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with the product and services they offer. Their florals and greens are amazingly fresh and the designs are creative and unique. I had a minor issue with a mix up in grave blanket placement this year, which I discovered when I visited the cemetery near closing time. Denny called me personally five minutes after I called to inform the office of the problem, and arranged to meet me the following morning with two magnificent new blankets which he placed personally to ensure that I was happy with them. Thats pretty impressive customer service if you ask me!! He and Cheryl have always made me feel that my business is important to them. I have recommended them to friends and family who have also been very pleased with their experiences.

They said the wood was dried and ready for use. Using the wood its clearly not dried out and ready for use. Called prior to going to make sure they had a certain type of wood, they said they did and then said they didnt have it once we got there. It was a waste of our time and waste of our money. Denny Wiggers is a smoothe talking thief. I recently moved to River Edge this winter and was left with a big landscaping job I ordered 5 yards of topsoil. When the delivery came driver told my wife the order was for 4 yards. Then tried to over charge us. Luckily I was on the other line a d new the price. When I ca.e home a saw a pile of garbage soil in my driveway, Grey and dusty. This clearly was not top soil. Left with no choice I used it and had to mix with Pete moss and fertilizer. Hope I can fix it. I tried to call sent pictures. Had to call several times to finaly speak with Denny who promised to come by and check out still waiting will never go back there again.

I gave them one star because I absolutely had to in order to leave this review. I have ordered from this place because they are the closest to my house for firewood they are very good at taking your money they are not good at giving you what is advertised. just received a cord of unseasoned wood. I was told it would be seasoned, when I called and asked about it. Plus its wet. Smoking out my neighborhood. Why would I order unseasoned wood in February. Seriously will not be going here again. Guess they didnt realize I have been burning wood for 30 years. This is NOT SEASONED AT ALL!! I should have been charged for a cord of unseasoned wood!! The website says seasoned wood year round. This was just cut. Not burning at all. Just smoldering. Very upset by this. Will have to wait months for it to be seasoned. 2/5/21 I was told that day after I called to tell what happened that someone would call ME at the end of the day. So I have reached out. But you have NOT called me back!

Buyer Beware! Apparently they have a serious problem with people loading their wood and driving off. So much so, that the worker felt comfortable telling me she thought she would have had jump on my car to prevent me from leaving without paying after I moved my car out of the way of another customer I was blocking in. This was my 3rd or 4th time patronizing this business. Probably wont be going back as I dont want to be caught in the crossfire of rampant stealing and workers having to jump on the hoods of cars. To add insult to injury, after I signed for my $58 transaction the lady wouldnt give me back my card until she went into transaction history to see that the payment went through. Ive never experienced anything the like in my life. I watched her exit the main menu and enter transaction history and select my completed purchase. Once she double verified my payment was completed did she return my card. This was the lease amount of money Ive spent there. They wont have to worry about me spending another dime or the friends and neighbors I referred. Im trying to be light about the experience, but days later it is upsetting to think about. When I told my friends family and co-workers about my experience, everyones thoughts are the same. Who steals firewood? *Thank you for responding. I think we talked about your church that day before I left. The young lady that serviced me was very clear in her deliberate action to make me feel unwelcome. Almost like she was raised that way. I trust people to show me who they are the first time. I wont be back.

I prepaid US$500 for this place in 2018 and asked them to send flowers to George Washington Memorial Park every year, but they have never been there once, so please stay away from this group of scammers. Stay away folks, this is the worst place I have ever dealt with, Denny is a big liar, I ordered a top soil that I really needed to be delivered the same day she told me she can deliver it around 12 PM, then stopped answering my calls and wasted my entire day, I couldn t even cancel my order and order from a real good store because she didn t answer my calls until I called from another number, she is not reliable, if you want to get anything done stay away from this store

Never use Denny Wiggers for anything. Last October his driver broke out in ground basketball hoop when delivering wood. For months he promised to fix it. Calls after calls. 2 months ago he said he picked up the broken hoop and said he would repair it. Today I walked out of the garage to find the broken hoop back in my driveway along with a pile of wood.

One of the main reasons I try to support local businesses is because they TYPICALLY provide a better customer service experience than a big box store. Unfortunately, my experience with Denny Wiggers was none of those things you expect from local business. I ordered premium garden soil for delivery with a note asking for a car before delivery. What I received was basically clay with bits of perlite mixed in delivered with NO CALL or warning. I tried calling but surprise, no answer either. This isnt the way gain and keep new customers. My first experience with this business is definitely my last. Based on the other reviews here, it seems like they are unlikely to correct my issue either.

Had topsoil delivered two years ago for a backyard project. I spoke with Denny personally and made it clear that I expected clean soil for all the obvious reasons, but especially so because I have a young child who runs around the yard in bare feet. I was promised clean soil. The soil delivered was garbage, nutritionally poor, filled with sticks, rocks, electrical wire, various metallic shards, and broken glass. I spent hours sifting through it. That spring, I discovered the soil had introduced Japanese Hops (yes, Humulus japonicus!), an invasive species, to my property. I have spent many hours hunting for and pulling these vines. Denny had added in a significant portion of sand to the soil, which in itself isnt a problem (actually helpful for drainage), were it not for the obvious fact that this was intended on his part to be a quick and easy way to dilute the poor quality. Denny himself is nice enough, which should count for something in a transaction, but Ill be going to Downes the next time I need topsoil.

Ordered a cord of seasonedwood. The moisture content is around 12 percent. Really good. Seasoned dry wood should be below 20. Mixture of wood in the cord. They delivered on time and right to my backyard. Very friendly service. Please use them over some of the firewood sites popping up on 17N.

I was looking for something that looked fuller and truly gorgeous....something I knew my mom (an avid gardener and floral arranger) would love. Well I found it! Also....the employees are super friendly with great customer service. Im so glad I found them and will definitely be going back.

Absolutely horrible experience with this place. I ordered 6 yards of soil and called specifically to arrange for them to drop it off on my lawn, which they confirmed they would. The delivery day comes around and they don t even call or knock, they just dump all the soil directly in my driveway. Now my car is trapped in the garage behind a mountain of soil and I had to take an Uber to and from work. I called them multiple times immediately after and they won t pick up. Worst customer service imaginable. Oh yeah, and the soil is full of rocks. Go elsewhere.

Terrible. Ordered 10 cubic yards of mulch that was never delivered. After rescheduling, it was not delivered a second time. A week later, I have called 5 times and still not received my refund of $480, even though a refund was promised. They never call you back. The worst customer service imaginable. Go to Winters or Ace Tree for better prices and better service.

Absolute trash of a company. I ordered 30 yards of fill dirt but they delivered much less (maybe 20). To make matters worse they just dumped it at the front of my driveway with no tarp underneath and no call to confirm delivery, even though I specifically said I needed it delivered at the back of my driveway where the backyard begins. I spoke with Dennys wife asking why they did this and when to expect the rest of my dirt and Denny just showed up at my home the next day demanding my wife for money. Out of fear she just paid him to leave her alone. On top of all of that, we received a citation from the town for the dirt leaking off of our driveway ($300 ticket!). The most unprofessional service I have ever used in my life. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Ordered bulk top soil , Belgium bricks , 25 pine trees and mulch delivery. She promised to delivery all however No one shows, no one calls. Called, spoke to Cheryl she apologized and told me it will be delivered right away first thing in am. We hired landscape people to do the job they showed up on delivery day but we received 1/3 of the top soil 8 trees and none Belgium rocks. She assured me rest will be delivered Next day. no one shows no one calls. I called again, this time no one picked up the phone. Text, not answered. It took 4 weeks to get all the order. Overall Denny Wiggers = waste of time. Stay away!

With all the home depots and Lowes everywhere. We need a place like Denny Wiggers Center. I was lucky. My daughters school is near by and my company does IT work there. I am in love with making fires in my fireplace something I never had as a kid. So I stumble on Denny W. there is a mountain of firewood all types and sizes. They have a number to call which I did and 10 mins later I get a super warm and friendly call. Amazing! you are blasted back to the past of how stores used to be. Great service they want you to be happy and care. I pick up a small batch. I get a call asking how did I like the wood? J. Asks me when I am around again? I got a on site visit tutorial of how to find the best firewood. ( the darker the better ) they even gave me a few pieces of hickory to try. There is arrangements for after hour pick up ( who does that today) I am writing this review so others will check out Denny W, they deliver larger orders and have a huge selection of Firewood. But the SERVICE. Outstanding. We must show the next generation how valuable places like Wiggers is. With all the technology out there. We need fireplaces with real wood. Nothing like a cold winter night with a fireplace burning. I saw some bad reviews. I just cant imagine how thats possible? The fact the owners respond should how much they care. Sadly with the ability for anyone to write a review. No one can make a mistake these days. I have had several services done by Denny wiggers over the last year at my home in Tenafly. The planting came out perfect all the shrubs were healthy and flowers were beautiful. In the fall we needed firewood Dennys crew delivered the best wood I have burned in years.Im recommending his company to goods friends this spring.I would highly recommend him anytime.

This man is a psychotic liar. He sold me $1500 worth of garden service when I asked him to replace the supporting beam of my deck he built for the previous owner. It turned out he never intended to do the job. That was 8 months ago and not a word from him after he repeatedly lied to me and my wife. Avoid at all costs if you don t want to go through his total abuse, disrespect and blatant lies.

Purchased 10 cubic yards of top soil and needed it to be delivered first thing Saturday morning between 8-9am. Unfortunately the delivery came at in at 230pm. My landscaper was on site and could not wait for this since they had other appointments. I was shown a clean batch of top soil prior to purchase and delivery. Upon delivery and inspection, it appeared the batch had many pebbles and rocks in the mix. Does this look like top soil to you Denny Wiggers?

Ordered bulk top soil and mulch delivery. DW promised to deliver on Thursday between 1 and 4. No one shows, no one calls. Called, spoke to Cheryl she apologized and told me it will be delivered Friday first thing in am. Told her I am hiring help to install and taking day off. She assured me in a text it will be delivered Friday AM. Friday, no one shows no one calls. I called again, this time no one picked up the phone. Text, not answered. Denny Wiggers = waste of time. Stay away!

I paid for 1/2 cord of firewood on Oct. 4 for delivery on Oct. 20 and havent received delivery yet. Its a scam. An illegitimate business thatll take your few hundred dollars and not respond when you try to contact them. I left several voicemails and emails. Go elsewhere.

The firewood I received from them this year is horrible..doesn t burn at all and when it is trying to light you can see water coming from the wood ..I was promised seasoned wood and I don t think I received what I ordered ..very disappointed

Horrible!! The seasoned wood I received had fresh leaves on it. After promising to come pick up this wood, he never showed up and still has my money. DO NOT EVER USE THIS GUY...

Please, please read the other reviews and DO NOT purchase from this business. Our wood (which was delivered 2 days late and at nearly midnight) is soaking wet and unusable. It is not damp and in a condition that will be usable in a few days. It is soaked and unusable. Ive spoken to the company and have had no follow up.

Bought half cord of firewood. I think they must have cut a new tree down just for my order because the wood is still green. Completely wet and unusable for fires. Total waste of money. Will need to let it sit for at least a couple seasons before I can burn it. Stay away from these crooks.

The firewood I received from Denny Wiggers is so wet and heavy that it is impossible to light, and it generates endless damp smoke in my house. Never again.

I had a simple order of mulch delivered to my house recently, and it could not have gone worse than it did. The driver insisted his three axel dump truck could fit in our narrow driveway and ended up getting it stuck between our house and the neighbors retention wall. Both properties had extensive damage. Denny came to the house and had no problem destroying our front porch, which is over 100 years old by the way, as well as the neighbors retention wall to get his truck out. He reassured us that he would make it right and we took him at his word. Instead, the past month has been filled with dozens of attempts to contact Mr. Wiggers, failed follow ups, and embarrassing craftsmanship by his team to try and patch the damage. His team was obviously ill equipped to repair the damage from the beginning, but Mr. Wiggers insisted he could do it. Now that it has been over a month, we chose to go through insurance for repairs, but again Mr. Wiggers is full of promises he doesnt keep and continues to fail to follow up even though he is legally obligated to provide us with his insurance information for the damage. Long story short - dont trust this man, dont trust his company, and stay as far away as possible unless you enjoy having your property demolished. We are still waiting on a response from Mr. Wiggers and plan to pursue all legal options available.

The owner of this store is a thief. Is a racism person never bye there bad service. This man is an ordinary man, he is racist and on top of that he is a thief, all the people who work there belong to El Salvador and this man sends them to steal. Please never buy there, that person is the worst, he believes that because he speaks English and is American he can manipulate people.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Denny Wiggers and his staff did beautiful flowers for my wedding. They were absolutely gorgeous and I had so many compliments on them. Delivery was prompt and the flowers turned out better than I could even imagine. My bouquet was stunning and the centerpieces fit my images perfectly.

I ordered a face cord of seasoned wood last year for winter 2016. They told me they would deliver & stack wood in my back yard. Was was shorted my delivery by 1/4 of what I should have received. When I called they said to email a photo of the delivery. Well I did, and called again, but they constantly gave me the runaround. I resent the email two additional times after each phone conversation. And on top of that their wood was too wet. It smoked the whole season. I am fInally able to burn their firewood after letting it sit in summer sun. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE,SEASONED WOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Till this day I still have not received a call back from ANYONE!

Horrible customer service. Non-responsive owner who lacks professional curtesy and doesnt complete a job in a reasonable time - despite having taken most of the money upfront. Workers slept on my driveway, while Denny was never to be found. How this place stays is business amazes me.

Let me first start by saying that as a pilot and an animal rescuer, I am affiliated with and conduct business with many companies. And I have found that in the past couple to few decades, the old adage that the customer is always right could not be further from the minds of the owners and employees of most modern businesses. Denny Wiggers Gardens & Florist is without a doubt an exception to the modern business methodology. I have just moved to Ridgewood, NJ and I came across this company via an internet search. Being an animal rescuer, I was looking for sod that I lay in small pieces around my home which creates a very natural environment for an animal to do their business without the stress of house training. Most of these rescues have been through very harrowing ordeals and the rigors of house training is the last thing that they need. When I arrived at the garden center, I was greeted by a very friendly smile. The woman behind the counter was so extremely nice and accommodating. I said to her I know that it is very late in the season but I am looking for sod, would you by any chance have any? She said Absolutely, how much do you need? I informed her that I only needed one roll or a few small pieces because I use them for my pets for when they need to do their business. She then said to me without any mention first of myself being a rescuer that she has two dogs (both rescues) and was pondering the idea of a third rescue; At that moment, it made complete sense to me! I have found in life that people who love animals hold themselves and the way they treat others to a higher standard. A few moments later a gentleman approached me and said to me I already loaded the sod in your vehicle and thank you for what you do for animals; I can only assume that this was Denny the owner. To all you business owners reading this review, take note on how you and your employees should conduct business and treat your customers. It is not only good business educate but the way that all people should be treated and that is with respect! Thank you Denny and staff! PS The sod that I was given was of the highest quality, I could not believe that it was so rich and colorful in mid-November.

Sold me unseasoned firewood that wont burn. Said he would make good on it and never did. Always has a joke to tell a real comedian. More like a con man. Do not do business with this guy. Wish i read the reviews first would have saved my hard earned money.

Initially were skeptical reading the reviews, but Dennis was prompt in attending all the phone calls and completing the sod installation project on schedule. Quality of materials (sod & top soil) are good and installation was swift and thorough. His quote for the entire project (clean up and installation) was the best with shortest time. Would highly recommend.

Contacted him to deliver 200 rolls of sod.sod quality was average.came 3 hours late.dennt pushed to order more rolls assuring me if in excess he will refund but boy 10 calls and no answer or call backs.so my 15 tolls were waste of money. Denny was suppose to pick up pellets sitting in my driveway for 5 days,6 calls to his cell and office and 2 text later still no pick up..i doubt his work ethics..danialla at his office was nice but she just is a staff..when owner himself dont care then its difficult to keep up good reviews. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Bought firewood here twice. Both times paid for seasoned wood and both times got unseasoned wood. Never again. The Garden Center has some nice stuff.

IT is such a nice place they are very accommodating and they have reasonable prices on plants and mulch. The owner is very nice and told me how beautiful I am.

HORRIBLE ONE WORD.........denny wiggers garden center we had a terrible experience with him and before using his services we should have gone online and read the reviews from ohter unhappy customers.... this is a caution stay away from this man and his staff... good luck trying to get him to even have the decency to call you back.. he has his staff trained well.... answer he will call you back and never calls back... watch out he brags about his services ....... good talker only he spews all dishonest words.... shrubs, oh horrible dead... go read all the bad reviews one man calls him the Devil. matthew
