Hardscape' Contractors did what they said they were gonna do on time for all things that were controllable. They take pride in their work and care about their customers. I recommend them to all my friends who are thinking about getting pools.
Hardscape exceeded our expectations in all facets of the planning, installation, hardscape and finish work for our pool. Despite the rainy weather, the project finished in the time allotted. Scott and Mike are a delight to work with and had terrific suggestions when we made any inquiry. Their attention to detail is without compare. Communication was excellent. We had design ideas but the finished project is beyond what we could have imagined.
We had a wonderful experience working with Hardscape Contractors for our patio renovation/extension. The project included an extension of our concrete patio, installation of a gas fireplace and cedar privacy panels, a retaining wall, lighting, landscaping and hot tub. The quality of the work was top notch and the communication from design to completion of the project was fantastic. I can't recommend Mike and his team highly enough. We'll definitely be reaching out to Hardscape Contractors for any future work we consider.
We had a very pleasant experience working with Hardscape. We did a patio renovation as well as add a “princess patio” to our master bedroom over the new patio. This was a very clever design on their part. Mike and Scott communicated very well and they were both very helpful/responsive. Each segment of our plan was very clear and my wife and I were never uncertain of the next steps. Their communication made it easy to integrate with other contractors for complementary jobs. Additionally, the workspace was very clean and they respected our property. Now we can finally enjoy our formerly unshaded and warm backyard. It’s a very pleasant and dry space now. I would highly recommend them for other projects.
I had the pleasure of working with Hardscape on my driveway. Not only did they finish in one day, but the owner Scott even showed up to walk me through everything, and even sent my progress pictures. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
We contracted this company for a commercial project that included a large paver patio, privacy fence with security gate, fountains, gazebo, retaining walls, stairs and handrails, landscaping, and trimming of existing trees. They were very professional and worked well with our client. The design was done by their team and absolutely knocked it out of the park! The quality speaks for itself. Would highly recommend for any outdoor project.

It was great working with Mike, Scott, and the contractors. I was looking for something different and unique for the deck/patio that would include a kick out on the deck for the swing. I also wasn’t looking for the same old square and circular deck. They listened, took the dream ideas put them to paper to make them into reality. The project manager assigned to my job lied to me repeatedly. They built me a front wall that does not look like the design provided. They built me a back wall without any water drains. They left pallets of materials in my driveway, which I had to remove myself. They failed to put my fence back up, even though the contract stated, remove and replace, and I hired someone else to do it about 6 weeks later. They left multiple cap blocks unglued, but they did manage to get someone to come back here to glue those down for me and also to remove the geogrid that was left exposed. I am also very unhappy with the final grading left in my backyard.

After the owners became involved things moved expeditiously. We appreciated your involvement in bringing this project to completion. Construction crew and Mike And Scot blew us away with their professionalism and how fast they completed the project! The deck addition was completed in one day. We have been using it every evening! Too many pictures and too much to post on this review. No one elses reviews match what we received from this company. Would NEVER recommend this company. Its been a month, and we are already getting our retaining wall redone CORRECTLY because of shoddy work. It already shifted because it wasnt done right! We have PAGES of documented texts, emails, and everything in between dealing with this company. This is OUR personal review from the experience and treatment WE received!

Hardscapes earned a 5 star review for their work on my backyard patio and walkway project. Andy Daeges conceptualized a great, simple design taking into account some difficult characteristics of the existing landscape and an underground garage that we had to work around. He assisted in picking out the right colored pavers and an appropriate paver design. Work started quickly and the crew worked everyday that weather permitted . The crew of Mike, Alex and Jose worked hard, including some days that were exceptionally hot, to get the job done as quickly as possible. I communicated daily with the crew and we made some minor changes to the plan as work progressed to create an improved finished product. Alex is the man, he had a lot of great ideas. Everyone who walks into our backyard says wow! when they see the new patio. It completely changed our backyard space for the better. Love the seat wall and the paver design, so much better than concrete. Worth every extra penny! Well done!

We had them install a paver patio. Also took up the sod and used garden bricks to outline a large flower garden. The workers are first rate, very friendly and cleaned up afterwards. First rate company and first rate work.

This company is contacted through the city of Omaha to clear our streets. As thankful as I am to have this service provided in a very timely manner the quality is lacking. We live opposite a cul de sac and they usually pile the snow to the side of our driveway. Today the driver decided to leave three feet of snow in front of our driveway (compared to my neighbors that have that only have a few inches). As he was scooping I flagged him down and asked if he was going to do another pass to move the heap. He very rudely told its not his problem and sped off. As I am not a customer per say but the fact the man was so inconsiderate and had no intention of fixing his mistake gives me an understanding of how this company does business.

This company came out and gave us a quote for a huge project in our front yard where they were going to redo our stoop, retaining wall and place steps. They were all about doing it and had great plana but when it came to asking for a drawing of the plan they made excuses after excuses why we didnt have a drawling yet. A week before they were suppose to start the project they backed out and said they couldnt find anyone to do the stoop and stairs for us. I would use this group with caution because they talk a good game but when it comes to being professional they fall short.
They are a great company to do work with, very happy!
We contacted Mike at Hardscape to design an extension of our patio to create an outdoor living space. Throughout the process Mike was responsive to our questions and was always willing to discuss design changes. This was not a quick process, the scope was large and due to issues out of the control of Hardscape, took a little longer than initially thought. We are SUPER excited about the final result. Be mindful that weather, shipping delays/supply chain, can cause timelines to slip past initial estimates. The online tool that is used for project management is great for communication and for payment handling. The team added concrete, gas firepit, seatwall, landscaping, and an outdoor kitchen. I would use Hardscape again if we need an outdoor project done again in the Omaha area.
When dealing with different Landscaping companies--Scott, Mike, Mike X2 and Andy went above and beyond when it came to creativity! I gave them a couple ideas and they took it from there. If youre looking to stand out in the neighborhood when it comes to landscaping, these are your guys!

UPDATE: After months of back and forth communication between Mike and myself, everything has been fixed to my satisfaction. I ended up ordering a burner from a company called Montana Fire Pits. They sell burners from WARMING TRENDS. We had a stamped concrete patio and fire pit installed. Love the concrete patio (subcontracted work). Fire pit installation had issues. For the size of fire pit, a small burner was installed. Fire pit installed on top of concrete (multiple landscapers Ive talked to since have said this is totally wrong). Caps on top of fire pit walls were not symmetrical, they glued them down and said it was bad product. We had to find a different landscaper, to fix the problem. WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN!

Mike and the sub contractors did a wonderful job creating our patio space and retaining wall. They were very professional and fast and the end result looks amazing. We are very pleased with our outdoor space now. The only negative we encountered with this project was working with the project manager. Communication with us and the sub contractors and inspectors was lacking. This unnecessarily extended the completion of our project by several weeks. We highly recommend their company for any landscaping project.

EFFICIENT AND AFFORDABLE- WOULD RECCOMEND IN A HEARTBEAT
Ordered a daily deal for sprinkler blow out. They came to the house, did not come to the door, and drove away claiming they could not do it because we had vents in the way. In reality, they did not have the correct attachments as we have never had any problems in the previous 3 years we have lived here. Not sure how they are with other parts of their business, but I would not get them for sprinkler blow out (which sounds easy enough).
