Let me give Alisa at arrow pest control a one star rating. She is rude and obnoxious on the phone. They email , call text and send a tech out to collect the baits just because we didnt let them come out and renew the baits because one, it s ridiculous that they charge $395 a year for a tech to come out for 2 minutes to check the baits. What arrow doesn t realize is that people have other obligations and things going on in their homes and lives and sometimes you have to put things on hold. But she tried to compare this policy like a car policy asking me if I pay my insurance policy on time. (Yes I do but that is none of her concern) then she said obviously you dont because you would have paid us on time. ) Then she proceeded to laugh) . Arrow you ought to be ashamed of yourself to allow your employees to talk to customers like she did me it clearly states the service we signed up for, hmmm the baits came with the home we purchased no where on our mortgage does it say we signed up for this however we did sign up for pest control and used them and then we didn t need them any more

I have used Arrow Pest Control for years. I have a monthly contract which is very affordable to spray my front and back yards. They arrive every month at approximately the same date and faithfully spray for bugs, weed and other nuisance problems. Whenever I had a new lawn problem like mushrooms or ant hills or whatever, I told them and they ensured they had the chemical compound that would ease the problem. Their staff are all pleasant and professional and promptly respond to my need. I really love their service and my dogs love their yard.

Just applied grandular fertilizer on my lawn. I watched this application i feel it was applied way too thin. In the past i have applied it at a much heavier rate with excellent results. Time will if the latest application was sufficient.

I dont have a report back yet on a pest inspection they did yesterday. But Im very upset that they put a sticker nearly the size of a sheet of paper on the inside of a cabinet. Peeling it off left a sticky residue and could have pulled paint with it. A yard sign, a flyer on the counter or a paper door hanger would have sufficed without causing potential damage.

First time using; however, when we bought our house approximately a year ago they did the inspection. Weve had no problems with bugs or termites. They came out and placed termite stations and sprayed for bugs. Chris did a wonderful job and explained everything exceptionally well.

Expensive ( quoted us over 3000) and didnt do a consult. We ended up receiving a free consult with another company, and they gave us a money back guarantee for 120 days if anything was found. (They specifically mentioned other treatments if necessary) Arrow Pest Service did not offer any of these; told me what I needed without looking at the house at all. I am all for paying for a service that will actually be of quality and gets the job done. Arrow pest service just wanted the money.

As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Arrow may be slightly higher price than the competition (competitively priced), but they also go above and beyond for their consumer. Not to mention they are a locally owned and operated. The technician they sent out arrived on time and completed several steps outside of his realm of duties. He came in put on shoe covers to protect our house, since it had been raining, and got to work. While spraying outside he brushed off our soffit and fascia from cobwebs and spiders. He notified us that if we had any problems to contact the office and he would come right out free of charge to address it. It s the little aspects that other businesses don t complete that make you appreciate the ones that go the extra mile for their customers. Would recommend Arrow Pest to anyone looking for such a service.

Arrows prices are not cheap but were the least expensive of three quotes provided when we started; plus Arrow treats once a month and one company did not. Highly recommend this company!
