We purchased a new home that already had an irrigation system installed by this company. They have been extremely responsive to any questions and/or issues we have had. We have been impressed by their costumer service thus far.

Did lawn management for our HOA. The guy in charge tried saying we were to blame for rain run off (flooding) issues we had in our yard. When I told him he was being recorded. He completely changed his tune and said he would take care of the yard flooding issue.
I don't normally post reviews, but with this buisqness? I have to make an exception! This american-owned company is a true southern small business, with over the top customer service and professionalism, that use to be a normal expectation, but what nowadays falls short.The Owner, even with a busy Summer day, took the time to help jump a friend's car off atthe gas station. Apparently, in this town, at 0800hrs, that's a huge and dawnting task, that's also an even more inconvenience, to help someone, as I learned after asking close to 18 different drivers. It's a good impression, from how I was raised at least, when a Owner of a buisness, puts his own job on hold to help another, losing money Evey minute he's not working. That's American. That's Southern. And THATS what this company is all about, and earns the review I give them! Thank You Sir, For helping a stranger. And thank you also, for representing, what GOOD buisness are, and hopefully follow someday..
Great job helping us recover from Hurricane Michael. They went above and beyond what was asked.
No regard for someone’s personal property what so ever. I lived on Tyndall AFB and they cut the grass in base housing every couple of weeks. This past Fourth of July weekend I woke up to dents dings and paint chips down the drivers side of my vehicle. They sent a field manager out to look at the car who offered a wash and wax to “make up for the damages” since Mr. Sylvester was convinced there was no way his workers could have possibly caused the damage even after acknowledging all the debris covering my car. I called housing management and they directed me to southeastern for a point of contact. I called 5 to 6 times to no answer. I emailed them and finally got a reply so I forwarded them the estimate to repair my recently painted car and Katy said they would not even consider paying for the repairs because it called for my entire car to be repainted again (very expensive candy base coat that can’t be spot blended to match). So I then forwarded a statement from the paint shop as to why thy entire car needed to be repainted after all the dents and sings were removed and have not had a reply since. I’ve sent Katy multiple emails trying to get some sort of answer but I assume she thinks after a couple of months of brushing me to the side I’ll quit trying. All in all the company and it’s management have zero respect for people’s personal property and try to avoid taking responsibility at all cost
