Britten and his 4 person crew, completed our paver project quickly (in just two days) and with great results. My irrigation system has two zones and one of those had stopped working. I called New Visions Lawn and Landscape and described my problem to Mike. He had Melvin reach out to me that same afternoon and he setup a time to come and diagnose the problem. EDIT!! Google not letting me write a 2nd review but you can see on my 1st review that I told you I intended on hiring New Visions and Mike and his crew for more projects. Well, they just completed my Spring overhaul of the beds in my back and front yard. They completely removed all dead stuff, and old edible garden, and an old Hurricane Michael satellite dish I had to put up after the storm. They put up concrete border all around the beds, put lots of colorful plants, and a bunch of banana trees all around and covered all the ground with fresh new mulch. I had many planters that they replanted as well. Their work was top-notch. Very clean looking and professional. My landscaping has never looked this good in my 14 years living there. Oh yea, they did this whole job...IN ONE DAY!!! 5 star company, with 5 star owner, and 5 star hard working employees. When they say what they are going to do, they do it, just like you need. If you need anything done around your house, give Mike a call at New Visions. Youll be glad you did. The yard needed a lot of work after recent pool renovations. Contacted Mike at Nev Visions and he immediately answered the call. We spoke briefly about my project and scheduled to meet early the next week. He showed up on time and was very professional. Upon greeting one another he asked me if I was military, and I affirmed to him I was a retired Marine. He immediately thanked me for my service and began to review the scope of work I requested. I needed 5 separate things done which would require a lot of hard work and manhours. I expected the work to commence sometime after the holiday. However, Mike and his team started right away and cleaned up the yard, in front and back and prepped for a new sprinkler system and sod as well as reassembling my fence that was removed for the pool project. His team was very friendly and courteous at all times and very polite to my aging dog who constantly roamed into their way for attention and pets while they were working. Great crew and friendly organization to do business with. Military friendly that offered up a discount without my asking for one. I was so impressed with the outcome; I have already signed another contract for annual service and plan on signing at least 2 more for a Spring project and some Palm tree servicing too. These guys are full-service and can do anything you need to make your homes exterior look beautiful. Its nice to have one place you can call to meet all your needs and only have to rely on them instead of multiple different people for different projects like I have in the past. Update: I hired New visions to complete the drainage work on the north side of my house. There were several issues I was not happy with. After I contacted them, a work crew was immediately dispatched to correct every defect to my complete satisfaction. They stand by their work. How reassuring! I won t hesitate to use New Visions in the future, or to recommend them to my neighbors. First job: I hired New visions to resolve drainage problems on the south, east and west sides of my house. They worked with me on the price so the work came in at a price I could afford. The new drains work fantastic! I am hiring them again to install one more drain on the north side of my house. I am really pleased with their professionalism, quality of work and fair price.

We hired Mike and his team to do a new landscaping install at a new commercial building. The job looks great and the whole process from start to finish was very easy and professional. They started and finished the job on time. We will use New Visions again!

Dont ever use this company. They promised us landscaping with low maintenance. Within 1 week we had weeds coming up. They did not treat/spray for weeds. Did not use weed protection wrap. Put plants in, stones in 1 day. We called many times until they stopped answering my phone calls. At one time they offered for $100 a month they would send workers out to take care of landscaping? We paid them a lot of $ for unprofessional job. Very disappointed.

Our back yard was filled with sandy dirt and was sloped to the point where it was eroding away from the house. The New Vision team constructed a large and beautiful retaining wall, added and graded 13 loads of clay-mixture dirt, raised our irrigation lines, and installed zoysia sod to our entire back yard. Mike was very helpful, easy to reach by phone or text, and willing to work with us on timeline and any design modifications we came up with. The whole team was knowledgable and friendly. The end result is a safe, beautiful, and long-lasting back yard that we will be able to enjoy with our beloved pets for years to come. 10/10 recommend!

Ground could have been a bit more level before I laid sod, not terrible though. Sprinkler system could have been a bit more buttoned up when my sod arrived but they finished strong. Josh was quick to help and came back multiple times to get everything finished before my sod could dry out. I will use this company again

The team did an excellent job on my last minute, half-DIY paver project. Showed up on time, communicated, and was realistic with material requirements needed. The only negative aspect I encountered was post-completion job site cleanup. The crew was supposed to come by and clean up excess excavated dirt/rock mounds left around the patio, but have yet to do so about 2 weeks later. Outside of job site cleanup, I would highly recommend New Vision s Landscape Services!

You responded that you tried to reach me. That is untrue. I have zero calls from you and I spoke to Tiffany Monday who said you were running late and would be by Tuesday or Wednesday. When I emailed about you about not showing up on Thursday, she said you came by on Monday. I was here and I have cameras. You were not here. The weeds in the shrubs are still there, the grass hasn t been cut nor have the shrubs been trimmed. The same weeds from February actually. I emailed photos to Mike and never heard back.

Mike was extremely rude. Raised price of estimate. Never advised he was even at my house to look at area. Would not recommend. You also lied about being at my house. You were never there so how could you give a proper estimate. I have a security camera and dogs, Mike. You never showed and decided to raise your price because its a small job. Wow! Mike wrote up a reasonable quote to remove 8 trees located in between two properties and in very tight areas. A two man team worked over two days and did an excellent job removing them, cleaning up, and just having a pleasant and respectful attitude. New Visions redid my French drain system. I have always had a terrible problem with yard flooding. Mike and his team were able to start the job quick and did a good job. We were also able to get a lot of stumps from Michael removed. We are still working out some issues with the yard but anytime I contact Mike about it he sends someone out immediately! I would definitely recommend him and his team if you have drainage issues. The yard is starting to look good and I am hopeful that we will be able to enjoy it more often.

New Visions did my entire property! New lawn, new landscaping, removed an old damaged tree and planted a beautiful crepe mertle, added plants, flowers, the works. I also had then expand my driveway and put in a gorgeous back patio with pavers. They handled all of the required irrigation/sprinkler system update/rerouting. Mike and his crew have completed two jobs for us, two years apart. The first was a paver patio with fire pit and the second an extension to the original fire pit. On both occasions I received a quick, reasonable quote and the jobs were completed much faster than expected. Thecquality of work is excellent. We will continue to use them for our outdoor needs.

I had a drainage problem with my yard that was out of hand. I called New Visions and they promptly arrived and offered me a solution at a reasonable price. They were very polite and handled themselves professionally while there. They expediently resolved my drainage issues and I couldn t be happier with their services. I would recommend them to everyone!

I bought a home in PCB in January 2020. The home had zero landscaping to make it attractive. I hired New Visions to create a landscaping design, repair the sprinkler system and do monthly maintenance. They did a great job and continue to do a great job. Since their initial work I have had them install a pump for the sprinkler system and a remotely functioning sprinkler controller. Very pleased with their service and pricing.

I cannot recommend a company more strongly. Faced with a swamped lawn that had underground leaks no other company could find, New Visions took the job and provided a complete end-to-end concept to resolve the problem. The leaks were uncovered and repaired, the ground graded, and terrain and climate-appropriate grass and bushes put in to absorb excess water that old trees used to take up prior to Hurricane Michael. Giant stumps were ground up and new sod and seed laid down. Most impressive is the customer service. New Visions kept me apprised before, during and at the end of the job. As the job was at the house of my 80 year old mother, they pleasantly kept her informed of what they were doing as they worked and walked her around the yard to ensure she understood, giving her a chance to make special requests (such as trimming certain bushes) and to see how this would fit together. They set her irrigation system and checked back with her to ensure it was functioning well. You dont find a company like this often, and when you do, you stick with it. If you have a tough, comprehensive job and you want it done right, call New Visions. Theyll do the job, and do it well.

Called and made an appointment for Thursday 9:00 and Mike called 1 (one) minute prior stating can we change to 3:30pm . Not happy .but said yes. Entire day built off meeting lawn guy in the am. Sat down at our community area waiting from 3:30-4:00, called to see what is going on and got no answer. Eventually got a call back at 4:30pm and Mike said sorry, can we make another appointment . Entire day waisted. Round two .supposed to come on Friday at 1:00, then got a call to change to 3:00 and then guess what.?.? Another no show. Clearly my time is not important. Boo boo boo we will give our HOA money to another company who cares . Sorry for the negative post .just the truth

Called Sept 13 to schedule an appointment for one day around 4:30 since that is when I am home from work and they are literally right across the road from my home. I was given an appointment date two weeks out on Sept 25th at 10am, since I could not meet them until 4:30 during the week. There hours show open until 5 pm. Saturday Sept 25th arrives and they are a NO SHOW and no contact. I text the Mike and I am told they had a 9 instead of a 1 on my last digit of my number; however my number has neither as the last number. Then I am told can they come next Saturday. I explain I have already waited two weeks and wasted my Saturday, can they meet me after work at 4:30 during the week. Mike sets another appointment with me at 4:30 on Monday Sept 27th. I leave work early so I am home for the appointment time; 4:30 comes and goes and again they are a NO SHOW and no call or text. I still have not received any communication regarding the missed appointment. If you value your time, they will not.

I had my first appointment set up on 10/7/21. The weather was bad so Mr. Mould called 15 minutes before my appointment and said he would come on Monday 10/11/21 at 9am. Monday 915am no phone call or show I text him then call the company still no response. Waste of time if you are doing business like this.

New Visions took a driveway that had turned into a mini swamp and fixed it like a brand new one in 2 days. Very pleased with Michael Mould and New Visions. We will definitely use them again.

Set up appointment did not show

Mike and his staff did a great job. After pur initial visit on a Thursday and agreeing to the price he and some of his staff showed up Tuesday and started the process of correcting a decade old problem with water running into our lanai. They excavated the Palisades sod, installed the drain, relaid the sod and finally landscaped the back yard. After the most recent downpour our lanai is dry and the yard looks beautiful. GREAT JOB

The hurricane had taken two large trees from my property and some of the concrete edging had been broken when stump grinding company moved them. I couldnt find anyone who does the concrete edging here anymore.At first meeting Trevor came off as professional. I told him I wanted rotted boardwalk removed and paver patio installed, had a large mound of dirt left over that needed spreading around the yard and needed flower beds weeded, mulched and some type of replacement for the edging. He said he could put in some blocks to replace the edging and add 3 plants in decorative pots (cant plant there as they hadnt removed all the roots when grinding the stumps) and that it would look like it belonged there First of all I never knew when they were coming and sometimes didnt show. Paver patio was first, They did dig down a little but not enough, when they put the load of sand there (that I paid for) , they ended up scraping most of it off (which they hauled away). I told the head guy he should remove the long downspouts before they started and he said he would but didnt. They tore the metal away from the screw on one and crushed the other and splashed cement on it. End result, the patio does look nice , but not sure its laying on enough sand as it should. (see pics). I had quite a few pavers left which he was going to load and take with him and I was like I paid for them, you just leave those here!! Next came the flower bed border, the guys they sent didnt have a clue what they were doing. One started putting dirt in the bed and I said dont you have to spray the weed killer first? He said no...the weed killer is going to go through the dirt to kill the weeds? Next thing I know the other guy is spraying the weed killer. One of the pics below shows where the weeds are coming up pretty thick in the place that he put dirt down before the weed killer. The pavers were pretty much just set down there, uneven and they just set the potted plants there, sure didnt look like it belongs there, but I made them come back, gave them a level and stood over them while they fixed it! One paver needed to be cut to fit, that happened maybe a week later. The plants looked stupid, certainly not like the belonged there! They do the job, but not a professional one at all.

Called them for a quote for regular Yard Service said theyd be by in a couple of days never showed up never called!

I called Mike on Friday. I shook hands on a price with one of his men the following Monday. We agreed the work would be done on Thursday. Thursday evening I called Mike to ask why the work was not done. He said the job was too small and not worth bringing in his equipment. I told him I knew the job was small and asked why he did just say, No, on Monday. Then I thanked him, sarcastically, for wasting a week of my time. How long was he going to keep me hanging? Dont do business with someone who gives, then doesnt keep, his word. In a small town, your word is everything. Trust me. BTW, I am doing the job myself today.

First of all let me start off by saying Im so glad I contacted New Visions Lawn& Landscaping. My wife and I built a beautiful new home in PCB, and have been through three (3) lawn/landscaping businesses to complete some work the original landscaper never completed during the build. All three of the companies who by the way were all highly recommended were horrible and never completed any of the work promised. However, when I called New Visions not only did Trevor answer the phone we made an appointment for the next day. The next day came and not only did he show up, but he called me 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment and advised me he was going to be 5 minutes late...WOW! When Trevor arrived he was very professional and polite. As we walked my property to see what was needed he made suggestions and comments that we never had thought of, so from that aspect he was extremely knowledgeable as well. He provided pictures of different items that we could use. By the end of the day I had a quote for the worked discussed. The next day we agreed upon the work a contract was sent to me the contract was accepted, and the entire job was completed the next day! Unbelievable, what I have been trying to get done for months was done entirely from the intial phone call, quote, contract and entire job complete in three days. The project turned out incredible! Josh, Nate, and the entire crew were professional and polite. They worked hard all day, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left. They cleaned up after themselves and the property looks great. Finally, I will say if you need any kind of lawn, landscaping, paving or irrigation needs CALL New Visions Lawn & Landscaping.
