Chad Noles and his crew have taken on challenge after challenge when addressing repairs to our home. Pre-and post Hurricane Michael repairs have been addressed rigorously and professionally. Noles Scapes is up to the challenge. Underlying structural issues to repairs are addressed immediately. Recent complete repair of our porch has been nothing short of stellar. We will continue relying on Noles Scapes for the advice and repairs we need.
Chad Noles is a great guy to talk to, understood the problem areas of my property. I told him what I wanted, to enhance my lawn, but he exceeded my expectations. Him and his crew were flexible when plans needed to be changed for unforeseen problem areas. His professional landscapers worked through the toughest heat conditions while keeping the landscape fresh all the way though completion. If you are looking to do an overhaul of your lawn or to maintain it, I recommend them in a heart beat. I received a lot of complements from my neighbors.
I have setup an appointment twice now with Chad Noles for him to come to my property and give me quotes on a backyard project I'm looking at getting done. His office administration failed to properly communicate with myself on scheduling, and Chad showed up at my property at a time I had not agreed to when I was not at the property. He and I rescheduled for today, of which he did not show up. Not a call or anything. I called and texted him to inform him of this and express my concerns and give him an opportunity to ease my worries...This was met with multiple excuses of their system being "hacked" (not a valid excuse for not showing up for an appointment), and his mother being in the hospital (this is valid, but needs to be communicated BEFORE the appointment as opposed to just not showing up). Chad - We are all people here and understand that life happens. You are still running a business though and need to ensure your customers are kept informed of anything that may cause "hiccups" to your schedule (i.e. mother in hospital, having a rough week). Not showing up nor communicating anything to your clients (potential or existing) is unacceptable for any business. I gave you an opportunity to remedy the issue and ease my concerns; you failed to do so, and only gave me excuses as to why you couldn't deliver --- all that matters here is results and how you treat your customers prospective or existing. You have demonstrated to me that, given my experiences, you do not care for your customers' time. I hope this is a valuable learning experience for you moving forward -- communicate and follow-up with your clients next time around in a timely manner.
Honestly unprofessional. I was driving to off Jenks and down Airport road this morning and one of their big, dump truck type vehicles was in front of me. He slowed down quickly then abruptly pulled to the side of the road. It was so unexpected and without warning that I almost hit the back of his truck. I thought maybe something went wrong with his vehicle so I was cautious and slow in passing then he started cussing at me. I didn’t understand what was wrong but he had actually stopped about 30 feet from where I needed to turn so I went around him to pull into my appointment and he started riding my tail. I put my blinker on to let him know I was turning in but he kept riding my tail. Guys, I’m like a 5’1, 140lb girl. Definitely no threat to this guy. I don’t k ow what he was so mad about but seriously, get it together. I called their office and the girl was very apologetic. I told her I could pour out the guy driving but she said they only have about 1-2 of those big vehicles so it shouldn’t be hard to figure out who it was. She was suppose to alert the owner/ manager of this. I hope she does. I don’t k ow if that guy was just having a bad day but he really needs to get his anger issues in check. Should not be working with the public if he can’t even drive safely.
I've been using Noles Scapes for over 10 years. Chad always understands my needs for my property. Thank You Chris for coming out this afternoon and prepping my irrigation system for the freeze that we're going to have the next couple of days Thanks again.
Similar experience with "we don't need your business". I called office twice with no return calls. I then got Gary's cell number. Called, left message and then texted him. Zero response. He must be the VP of Sales Prevention and doing it well. Sorry for your employees...I think they depend on customers also. Save the "we're so sorry...blah...blah...blah" response. This issue is the most consistent function of your business that I can find. A bit of advice...having your employees leaving 5 Star reviews for your company paints an even clearer picture.
I give them zero stars. I requested a quote and the appointment was kept, but Gary came out and wasn't friendly at all. I asked him for a quote for a sprinkler system and sod to be installed. He said they can do that and that was it. He got some measurements and just left. No we will contact you in a week with the quote or if you have any questions please let us know... Nothing... So I texted him 4 days later, and he said he would get with the admin staff to email it to me. That was 2 week ago. I reached out again to ask and got no response. I have since found a company that appreciates me as a customer and respects my time and money. Noles is a company to avoid, unless you like waiting for nothing.
Nolescapes was wonderful from the beginning of our project to the end. Chad Noles walked through our yard with us and talked through what could be done with our blank slate. It was very clear that he knows A LOT about what he does. Truly an expert. To be honest, we didn’t really know what we wanted, we just wanted it to be low maintenance and beautiful. Chad drew up a very detailed plan and we were very pleased! The crew was made up of about five to seven different guys, all very kind. We got to know them all during the time they worked on our yard. They were honest, reliable, polite, and had integrity. Even our next door neighbors were impressed watching them and interacting with them. Of course, like with any project, things don’t always go exactly according to the plan, but each change was handled with grace and with our full input and final say. I would put Noles Scapes in the category of a “luxury” landscape company, not that it is more expensive than its competitors, but that if you want your yard to look professionally done, with plants that really will work in your yard and our region, with quality workmanship and good communication, Noles Scapes will meet your expectations.
They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I would definitely use them again.
Dont waste your time with this one refuses to provide basic lawn services if you dont let them spray your yard given reasoning is because they dont know whats being applied which is not relevant to cutting grass weed eating edging Ive heard alot of stories but this one takes the cake

After reading many reviews I seem to see a patern. I requested a estimate, Mark came out in Sept of 2019, we spent about 45 minutes going through what we wanted, picking shrubs, landscape blocks for the flower beds. He said he was very busy and would not be able to start until Jan 2020. I waited until Jan and e-mailed him as to where we were to get this done. No response. E-mailed him several times and no response. It was a waste of time on both parties, plus I could have had it done already. I have seen their work in my neighborhood, that is why I called them. The problem isnt their work, its management. He may know how to make your yard look nice but he does not know how to manage what he is doing. I know they could careless about losing one customer but from what I am reading, they lost a lot. I guess if they want to sent people to the competitor, thats up to them but I see it as a bad business model.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I requested a quote in late August and was given an appointment September 1st. That appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for the next week. Two weeks after they came out to quote us, I still had not received a quote. I emailed to check in and was told it got lost in cyber space. I was then sent the quote, for a year, although we requested a one time quote. Up until this point, I was not upset or frustrated at all. Two weeks after requesting the new quote, I still had not received it and, again, emailed asking the status. The administrative assistant told me that she dropped the ball and that I would receive my quote that afternoon. That afternoon came and went and no quote. At this point, it has been over a month, and still no quote. I expressed how upset I was and instead of trying to help me further, I was told that the quote needed to be signed off and still was not ready (but only after I asked what was going on). I had to initiate EVERY update and was simply told God bless you and have a nice day when I told her that I no longer wanted their services. There was barely an apology and no way given to remedy my situation. I am beyond disappointed in this company and would not recommend them until they learn how to communicate with their customers in a professional and timely manner.
