I hire them to clean three pools at rentals. They go in and find a bunch of things wrong from the other company and fix it. I introduce them to my managment company so they can communicate. I am still in the loop and am told my manager wants twice a week service during the season and that is fine. What they did not tell me was what the price was going up to. That is called bait in switch and is NOT professional at all. When I say something I get a bunch of talking out of both sides of their mouth. I would not recommend this company on a bet.
