Not to be trusted . Changed my monthly charge from $27 to $50 monthly and no communication before the new charges . Would have expected over 5 years of service we would have been treated better. They charged my card the larger amount without any notice. I think they are growing to fast and could care less about customer loyalty .
We have a rental property that they service. For over a year they have not gone inside the property and treated. Stated they only treated the outside on the bills. On one bill Feb of 23 they stated they needed a new door code. They had both my personal number and the number for the Management company and didn't reach out within that 15-16 month window. They state they are treating outside but you can't get anywhere but the front unless you come from the beach. I started getting complaints from renters and notifications of issues from management company so started looking at each invoice going back years. I notified them I needed to cancel due to not being treated. No attempt to make it right. Just sent cancellation confirmation. I prefer to be with a company that tries to retain long term customers. They don't care if you come or go **Edit in Response to Owner's Response.** Ummm, if you called every time as stated how come you didn't have a door code? Weird huh. I think so too. That makes zero sense. All do respect, no calls were made and we only rent the property out seasonally. Soooo, another fabricated response. You never called then, and still haven't called even though you have my number. If you look at my reviews I generally write good reviews. I'm not a constant complainer. This was the service I was provided by your company.
I left a message over the weekend and they called me back first thing Monday morning. They were able to have someone come and spray for bugs that day! They were knowledgable and professional and explained what they were doing. Highly recommend!
We just moved to the Florida panhandle and our neighbors all recommended Brock Pest Control for our pest control needs. James with Brock just finished our initial inspection, spray and termite mitigation aka Brock 365. He was thorough, very customer-focused and with his 24 yrs working at Brock, we have the confidence in the service he provided.
Have used Brock since we moved to PCBin 2020. Always satisfied with their service but after a few years thought I’d shop around for least expensive company. While getting an estimate from a new company I was asked why I wanted to change since my yard looked outstanding . Kept Brock and very glad I did. Great and and really a very reasonable price!
Service not up to par complete service in 9 minutes not sure how this can be a good job. Also no showed a scheduled meeting
Brian Willis, a Brock Technician, arrived on time, greeted us with a smile and a handshake and a hearty Hello!, confirmed what he was here to do (termite inspection and quarterly pest service), and performed his work with precision, efficacy, positive energy, and gracious cordiality. Brians work ethic is a powerful embodiment of why we have been Brock customers for many years and will continue to be for many years to come. Kudos to Brian, and kudos to Brock for employing Brian, a superb technician and a darn nice person.

the first payment of $175 was made, then they would come every month for a smaller amount, now they dont want to come anymore, they only came once, they cant give a reason why they dont comply, I dont recommend it, lousy service
We used this company for 5 years for pest control and 3 years for lawn fertilizer and weed control for our home in Windswept in Freeport. 2021/2022 was just one awful experience after another. I don t know what happened but our service with both services was just awful. Our yard looks worse than it did when we started with them over three years ago. Huge fungus spots, more weeds than grass. We begged for weed control with each service. It appeared that they were coming out and spraying water on our yard and charging us $120. We had a different person each time for 6 times straight. We d talk to one, and think maybe next time it would get better, and then a different person each time and our yard just kept getting worse and worse. I can t tell you who to use or trust with regards to yard service, but this is a horrible company in this area. Now we are struggling to try to get our yard healthy again. We should of fired them much sooner.
They took care of me quickly when I called. The service man was kind and courteous. And assured me wed get rid of the fleas in my yard!

Gave these ppl a couple of chances, but this company is awful. The communication/ scheduling is a joke and the last guy that came out to spray was beyond rude. Didn t get the outside sprayed since it was raining so we basically got a half a service for full price. Wouldn t recommend!

We had a spectacular experience with Brock. We had an unexpected invasions of roof rats and were instantly accommodated by service and the sales office to get an agent out to our home. Traps were installed the very same day. Excellent service!!!
Brocks is on time and very thorough. The technicians always ask if we need anything specific addressed, whether it be lawn or pest services.

Some days, it s five star customer service. Other days, non existent. Me: I m worried these weeds aren t dying two days after treatment Brock: Give it two weeks Me: It s been two weeks and those same weeds have now multiplied and the grass around them looks yellow Brock: We will have someone call you Me: it s been several days and no one has called me Brock: We understand your concerns about the weeds we didn t treat last time, but we need to wait until your next treatment to address them Brock: Due to rain and staffing, we are delaying your treatment Me: My new lawn continues to get worse

Was able to call and set up quarterly service, gave my tenants phone# to them. They called and scheduled with her, went out and took care of the problem. I did not have to go further than my phone and computer to get it all done.

I called Brock Lawn/Shrubs off our quarterly maintenance schedule since I continue to have problems with our Coontie palms about 2 weeks after our initial, quarterly lawn/shrub service. Brock sent Micah, our service technician, within a week. He explained how he used granules before but will use a liquid treatment this time. He understands the need to protect our landscape investment and made sure I knew I can call anytime.

Jacob (technician) always thoroughly explains monthly treatment. This allows for safety in yard work. From initial sales call with Jason English- who gave expert advice even before we purchased new did have found everyone to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great people make great companies.
