I have been using Weed Man Coweta-Fayette Lawn Care for a number of years. In my opinion they are the absolute best lawn care service that I have ever used. My lawn has never, and I mean never, looked as good as it does now. During the recent drought my zoysia lawn was really suffering (my fault as I had not been watering as advised). Weed Man made three trips to advise and treat the lawn for stress. Today a Weed Man rep made a special trip to check on the lawns recovery process and to ensure that I was satisfied with the lawns recovery. That is customer service above and beyond normal. I delivered here today and everyone was friendly, I was unloaded within an hour . Weed man uses high quality Lesco products . Drivers you have to back in off of the road, not too bad. Park on the street at your own risk

Weedman has been great with us. We had never treated our lawn professionally and then quite a number of weeds popped up. Since Weedman services a number of lawns in our subdivision, we were able to secure a discount of $2.00 off each application. That was fourth quarter, 2023. They also did a free soil test to see where we are lacking. For 2024, I spoke at depth with David and Kevin in the Newnan office. They are both terrific. Lots of knowledge, kind and caring and no high pressure sales. So, now I m sending them a check for the normal yearly treatments, plus four additional treatments throughout the year, based on our soil test results. It s too soon to see the greenery yet, but I can always do an updated review down the road a bit. Thank you! Marie

We have owned our current home for about 7 years. We chose Weed Man after a comprehensive service and price analysis of them and their competitors. Absolutely no regrets! The yard had not been cared for by the previous owners and was populated with a variety of local invasive weeds , including a persistent growth of Dallas Grass. The results of Weed Man s program is that my yard is the envy of the street. Four of my neighbors have since decided to purchase Weed Man s services. Need I say more?

Tried to patronize this business, spoke with someone, promised to come and cut my grass, and NEVER SHOWED UP not a good look for a business. If you start off bogus, they usually end up bogus!!!

Very professional company. Im very particular about services performed at my home and Ive been using this company consistently for about 2 years. That really says a lot from my perspective. I used another company before them but I still had weeds and my grass was yellow. Weed Man came to my house, performed an assessment, and executed the plan. Of course you will have seasonal weeds but they come out about every 6 weeks so they maintain them. Ive noticed that my neighbors have another weed company and they still have weeds growing when I dont have any. Ive had to remind this company a couple of times to get a section of my yard because they missed it, I guess they assume it belongs to my neighbor, but they always correct it. Thats why I gave them 4 stars. But as long as they keep up the consistency and continue to provide great product, Ill remain a customer.

I have tried to use this service but I keep getting g disease in my yard. I called to to see what the problem is a the ladies suggestion was look on Google to treat it. She kept stressing this is a family owned business and she can cancel my contract. Cancellation of a contract is their easy way out to not have to deal with a unhappy customer. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY THE PAST 2 YEARS.

Great customer service and absolutely blow TruGreen out of the water. Considering being surrounded by weeds on all sides of my home the treatments have left my yard with few to no weeds over the years. They are affordable and explain any recommendations they have to enhance the health of my yard.

Second year using these guys and will not go back to maintenance of yard no way no how. The looks of our yard is incredible! And I can t do it for what they charge, plus what and when to put down is always a challenge with the weather. If I were to add up the cost of me going to a big box store to purchase weed and feed products I m guessing it would cost me twice as much. Now there is one drawback, I now cut the lawn twice a week during peak growing season. I won t stop with these guys, the cost is a no brainer. Once last year I put a call in for feisty blue grass that wouldn t go away, they were back out for re application next day. I ve had many comments by folks driving but about how beautiful or yard is and I m seeing more and more Weed Man signs in the neighborhood (even a neighbor I don t get along with) using them now. Nice work Weed Man I ll be staying with you guys here and the future.

Had their service for my lawn for just over a year. After the weeds were all gone I had mud and some grass. I re-sodded my lawn May 1st and the lawn looked amazing. I call Weedman back out for starter fertilizer and then a soil samples to see what the lawn needed to help keep the sod healthy and looking killer all summer. This is when it all went sideways. I now have the worst looking lawn in the whole subdivision. It is all brown and a good third of the lawn is dead. After the soil sample I got the results back and it needed a long release fertilizer, Iron and Phosphorous. They put out the fertilizer and post emergent weeds control one week, then the phosphorus the next week and then another round of fertilizer the next. within two weeks the grass started browning and add some army worms in the mixture, I now have $11000 worth of nothing in my front yard. I cancelled my contract with them today. I pay someone to keep my yard looking like a golf course in tip top shape and after all the money spent, I am almost worse off than before I started this trip. Of course the only thing they say is, it is not their fault and it should come back. That is not good for this homeowner. Edit: This is not an attack of the business as a whole, it is a statement of the facts that I have. I can pull the treatments up and put them up too. You guys said what needed to be done to preserve the yard and shortly after several treatments the yard died. Why would one yard out of hundreds do this when most yards in the subdivision are not even being treated by a professional company to keep these things from happening?

Noticed armyworms. Called for treatment less than 2 hours showed up. Lawn already green again. Very Fair prices. Very responsive.

Called for the free soil test and consultation ad they ran. The guy drives right by,never stops. Wife calls office to find out why. We were told they dont do centipede grass. Thats fine. But not stopping to explain is a sign of bad customer service. No money to make here. lets move to the next victim!

If you live in the Newnan area, and if you have a house with a lawn, you have probably been contacted by numerous lawn care companies. All of them seem to offer very similar services, and that means that you may choose one based on price alone. But, let me tell you, all of these companies are NOT the same. We have lived in the Newnan area for 25 years, and during that time we have used several different lawn car services. We didnt find Weed Man until about five years ago. Weed Mans prices are competitive with the other services, but their service and the effectiveness of their lawn treatments puts them far above the other companies we have used. We had our lawn treated today by one of their technicians (I believe his name is Scott), and he, as is usual for Weed Man, blew us away with great customer service. Weed Man, keep up the great work.

Started out fine, in fact the Tech we had at first was great and the treatments appeared effective for a while - but he was going to be replaced anyway! The problems were primarily with management/office. Apparently, they have scheduling and personnel turnover issues. Customer service seemed lackadaisical and perfunctory rather than committed. Treatments were often late... and they just made excuses. When we needed to reschedule... they actually just cancelled the treatments - and didnt even bother to inform us of it!! And... some of the personnel/employees have been downright disrespectful and rude, argumentative, arrogant and patronizing. We definitely got the feeling that customers were neither valued nor appreciated, and that they dont really care about keeping them. Another reviewer even mentioned they almost seemed happy when they cancelled! Weed Man was easily replaceable. UPDATE from response received from Chesley (in the office). No need to lie!! TWO treatments were indeed CANCELLED by Weed Man when we had requested re-scheduling, and without informing us of cancellation!! One was cancelled by us when the scheduled date for that application was already late by several weeks!

We have used various yard maintenance crews and none of them even come close to the excellent service we have received from Weedman in Coweta and their service rep Scott. We heartily endorse them. They do what they say and our yard has never looked better. Gary G.

The staff is always very cordial and professional. Scott provided service yesterday and is very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how the grass should be cut and how the treatment worked. My yard looked very scary before I started using Weed Man. Weeds were everywhere. Over 13 different types. After 1 treatment the improvement was amazing.!!

This lawn company will bill you for services they did not provide, they apply your payment to a treatment that was never provided and then tell you you havent pay for that month, when you prove to them that you did pay they will say that that particular payment was posted for another service (the one that never happened)... So you will always be one payment out. When you finally had enough and fire them theyll threaten you with sending you to a collection agency. Stay away from this company.... Read at least some of the reviews they are a 2-3 star company at most and have lots of unhappy ex-customers.

I have been with WeedMan since February and they have been great. I can pay online and they text me a day before to remind me that they will be coming out to service the lawn. The service is convenient and they make everything pretty easy. When I first started my lawn it was just weeds and it just looks better and better as the time passes. Scott is an awesome technician!! He takes the time to speak to me about any issues that I may have and is so patient. This is really a great company to work alongside to improve or maintain a beautiful yard.

We had weed man for few years . It was good service before . Our lawn in the back was getting worse this year we noticed their tech never did our back yard .

You dont care about your customers. Weedman truck came out today. My husband was out in our backyard working. The Weedman truck can and stopped in the culdesac. My husband could see him from the backyard. There is a fence with a gate The Weedman then walked up the driveway and put a bill on the door. Never once did he treat any part of the yard. He then walked back to the truck and sat in it for a few minutes and left. My husband called the office and they said they would investigate. They called my husband back and informed him the Weedman that came to our house said he could not treat the yard because our gate was locked. That was impossible. My huband was in the backyard and had to open that gate to get into the backyard. He informed the man who called him. My husband also informed the man who called back that he didnt even treat the front yard even though the bill implied he did. The man who called then told my husband said that the who had come out was an honest guy and wouldnt have done that. So now he is calling my husband a liar. He also told my husband he was sending the guy back. We have cameras. At no point in time did the guy try to treat our yard. He only walked up our driveway and put the bill on our door. He never tried to check the gate. The man who called my husband basically took up for their representative and didnt belive him. How many times has this happened and we have paid for a service that never happened? We have canceled. The service.

Buyer Beware! I used Weedman for 3 properties for 2 seasons and had terrible results all around. The yards always looked Patchy from inconsistant application and they never got the weeds under control. In fact the yard looks worse than when they started. All I ever got was excuses that a particular weed needed a different chemical and to give the process more time. I have started putting down weed and feed from Lowes and it has been more effective than the products used by these guys. When I called to cancel they didnt even care and almost seemed happy about it.

Weve used Weed Man for more than 10 years, and have been very satisfied. Ive found them to be quite responsive when I call. We can definitely see a difference between our yard and neighboring yards that arent treated.

I have been using weedman for 10+ years. When I first started using them I had quite a bit of grass, just had problems controlling the weeds. Not long after I started using them they raised the price saying that they price by square footage and therefore since I added more sod that it would cost more. I had no problem with that at the time. Over the years, the trees around my house have cast a lot more shade than before and I have a lot of areas with no grass now, just weeds. Weedman has reduced the areas they cover now and in the areas that used to have grass are now covered in weeds. We mentioned this a couple of times when they were here spraying but nothing was done. When I have called to have them come and retreat areas that still had weeds after treatment, I was told to wait a couple of weeks and then call back if they didnt die. I did that and they would retreat but I would still have weeds. They just treated my yard a couple weeks ago and my weeds are flourishing and as well as what little grass I have. I admit I am not good about calling them back out for retreatment, just frustrated that it didnt get any better after the times I did call. It may be time to have other companies come out for quotes.

Service is not what they promised. I paid a year in advance. In the spring when my yard was fertilized they stripped my yard. When I asked if someone could come a look at my yard it was diagnosed over the phone as a fungus problem. When i insisted that someone come out they sent someone and they told me the fertilizer was not spread evenly which caused the lawn to be stripped. He told me he could not retreat the yard at that time and a manager would have to look at it. This process would took about 10 days to resolve the problem. Currently I weeds weeds coming up in my yard. I called 5 days ago and was told someone would call me in the next few days to set up an appointment to treat the weeds. When i hadnt heard from them i called them again. They told me it would take another 5 days to get some one out. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!

For general lawn care they are pretty good. Its nice they dont charge you each month, only when they visit. Just hope you dont have a problem. I had army worms this year and the first time I called they came and applied pesticide. Wonderful. Then the worms showed up again 10 days later. They said they would retreat, but I get a phone call telling me I must have another problem because they didnt see any. I was told by the manager the first time I called, that I may have to reapply a second time if there are more moths coming, and to be watchful for new damage. I performed a soap test and offered to show the guy, in person, the worms in the grass. Basically, I got argument and was told that since no one else had a problem I didnt either. He said he would come and treat my lawn when he had time. When they did arrive, they put out granular pesticide that has to be watered in to work. The only reason I knew this is because I happened to come home as the technician was applying the product. I dont have an irrigation system!! I told them that, and got an oh well, the pesticide is applied so there is nothing we can do. Better get a sprinkler. You should be grateful we are not charging you again. Im thinking, if it had worked the first time, I wouldnt be calling you back. After over 3 hours of watering I have NO IDEA how long the pesticide will take to work. Army worms can strip a lawn in days. Thanks, for the customer NO service and the non-concern. So if THEY decide you dont have an issue, good luck getting them to be responsive. They will dismiss your claim no matter how accurate and scientific it is. Even direct evidence isnt enough. I am looking for another service.
