I ve been a customer for about 3 years and I am satisfied with the different services that they provide.

I ve been with Natures Turf for 4 growing seasons now, (I believe,) and couldn t be more happy with the quality of their product, or the attentiveness of their employees to any concern I ve ever had with regard to my turf treatments. Timely treatments, and on schedule are their specialty. Can t go wrong with Nature s Turf.

I love working with a company that backs up their advertising by going above and beyond with EXCELLENT customer service. Although their products i.e. lawn care treatments, pest control, termite monitoring is top notch (best lawn in 6 years with their help) nothing beats the personal aspect. Their technicians and call managers are what Chic Fil-A is to fast food. Excellent product dialed up 10 notches with caring & engaged employees. I detest drive thru s as well as texting for business, EXCEPT when it comes to CFA, and NATURE S TURF! They text prior to an appointment, and I reply with concerns sometimes days later after hours when they re closed and you know what? They responded next business day and updated my tech with my concerns. Then get this, my tech addressed my concerns (velvet wasps around my patio and shed) as requested, WITHOUT me being home. They respect my property, don t treat areas I don t want treated (my dog run/potty area. The only sign that they ve been here, are the little signs saying stay of the lawn until dry. They even blow off any excess granules that land on the patio/driveway, which shows they treated the entire lawn up to the edge, and cleaned up to keep me from walking it into my home. Love this company and EVERY employee that s answered my calls/texts or serviced my home!! Get away from the often unconcerned big box, and get with a company that values its customers! If you re looking to improve the quality of your lawn, get away from overpriced termite protection, or protect your home from bugs and pests, give them a call. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!!

I have had two other lawn service companies. Nature s Turf is by far the best company I have used. They are trustworthy, loyal and competent is their service. Their customer service is the greatest!!

I enjoy this service. I dont even remember when I started with them, however its been a few years. I know because in the beginning I paid by the year and I dont think that is available any longer. There have been issues, but theyve always made it right. I found out that my dog has an allergic reaction to the treatments and they actually ring the doorbell so I can bring her inside. They are available by phone, text, and email. They are always courteous and friendly. Ive gotten answers even when they couldnt help (Dallis grass) and quick action when something appeared suddenly. I recommend this service whole-heartedly!

I would recommend natures turf to anyone looking to get golf green turf. My grass went from being overran with weeds from being a new homeowner and not knowing that fertilization is the key to golf turf and a great yard.Now it s the best yard on the block. When I first contacted Natures Turf our yard was full of weeds and that severely affected our curb appeal. We had tried other companies and home remedies Within, but the weeds kept reappearing. When I first had my house built the guy that came out said my grass still wasnt ready for treatment and he got on his knees and rubbed the fresh grass to see if it was grown in, and he explained to me that the shade in back yard would make the bemuda grass in back yard would not be think because of sun light not adequate. So I put zosia in the tree line and it is very strong. Both my neighbors are on Nature Turf as a result of my grass looking plush .

I think they do an excellent job and my lawns have never looked better. They have been able to fix some lawn problems that my former lawn care person was never able to conquer.
