The work was great. The only thing I didn t agree with is, the quote. The gentleman that came and talked to me gave me a ball park quote but said he would have to talk to supervisor. The next quote was almost 50% higher. That appeared to be way off from the person who came to home. I did accept it to get the work done. You did a great job. In future I would be hesitant because of that quote difference.

The mulch looks great! Very happy with the job Fast Lawnscapes did with my landscaping.

Fast Landscapes designed and installed our front yard 5 months ago. Our designer, Kelly Guerrero, was often on vacation, had a family emergency or just didn t return phone calls. She forgot to tell the installers to bring the edging we discussed. The installers installed a bottle palm that had frost burn on every frond. I saw non frost burn palms the next day at Home Depot. They just didn t make an effort to get a decent one. The eagleston holly was suppose to be 14 tall. They installed an 8 tall one with a pole up the middle to support the trunk. In addition the trunk had been cut and scabbed over which means I must get on a ladder and tie a new branch to the pole in an attempt to create a new trunk. I called Kelly a few hours after install with these concerns. They refused to address these issues. Do your due diligence.

I was most impressed by the fast communication with this company and employees. Today, that is hard to come by but SO important! Thank you!. **Update, I hate to add this but I was very disappointed to find the bushes removed from my back yard bed was just tossed over my privacy fence into HOA common area. Overall, job was done well with other beds but someone got real lazy with that back bed - not removing all the old dirt which I paid to have done, then piling on new dirt on top also.

Upon our return from vacation we were distraught to find our lush lawn had been chemically damaged by our communitys lawn service. Our trusted lawn service recommended we contact Fast Lawnscapes - and oh, my goodness, we are glad we did! Kelly was responsive and knowledgeable - and a pleasure to work with. Within a few days a tech with all the proper equipment and supplies was onsite as promised, and the work was done in the time allocated. After aerating and spreading CommandSoil to remediate the damaged grass, our grass is coming back. We would highly recommend Fast Lawnscapes to others for any future work.

I have been using Fast Landscape for the last 4 years on two different properties. Their quality of work is outstanding as well as the responsiveness to issues.

Stay FAR FAR FAR away from this company. Ive engaged them for work twice now. The first time was to remove some old landscaping on a new home we just purchased. They cut the sprinkler lines in 5 different places removing it. That cost is now on us to fix it. I then engaged this company to do montly bed maintenance at our home. The first crew they sent didnt do the entire job. They said they were a lawn mowing crew not a bed crew and another crew would be by shortly to finish the job. 2 months later that crew never came. I did get a bill for $160 though related to that one service. After we agreed $75 was the monthly rate. The invoice said was billed for the total hours of all the folks they sent here on the first trip. The lawn mowing crew that didnt do half of the work fast agreed to do. So I paid twice the stated rate and received half the stated service. Then they never came back. Use this company at your own risk.

We use Fast Lawnscapes for our weekly mowing services and we just had them put new mulch in all of our gardens. They gave us a fair price, worked with us on setting up a time to do the work, and the men completed it in a couple of hours. If we have any issues with the weekly mowing, I just call the office and they are always responsive and take care of whatever the issue is as soon as possible. I would certainly recommend them!

Love this company! Fast Lawnscapes is local and family owned and operated. The owner came to our home and provided a free no hassle quote for our palm trees and redesign of our garden bed. The quote was delivered via email next day. We accepted the very reasonable terms and install was completed soon after. We plan to use them again for our next project

Kelly, the owner was very knowledgeable about what type of shrubs/plants to place at our new home. She provided a complete, colored diagram as to the landscaping plan for our home and the placement and type of every flower/plant being installed. The crew that performed the work did a great job with install of vinyl edging, weed mat and plants. They were very friendly and were able to make some adjustments that I requested on the spot with no issues. I definitely recommend this company if you are looking to enhance your yard. Kelly was such a pleasure to work with! We saw what an awesome job her team did to our neighbors yard with adding crossties to their garden as a border so we decided to request a quote. She got back to us the same day and within two days came out to discuss the quote. It was maybe a week before we had our crossties installed! They re awesome and look great. The team she works with his incredibly nice and efficient. They installed all our crossties in one day even when it rained they continued to work. Excellent team and customer service!

I had this company cut my yard 1 time and they completely butchered it!!!! It was so bad my neighbors called me laughing at how bad it was. When I said Ill give you another chance if you correct it and discount my next cut, they declined so I canceled them. Ive n ever seen a lawn company even remotely close to this bad!!!!! Do not use them.

We started with Fast Lawnscapes because of our neighbor yard and landscape work that Fast accomplished. Fast did a flower bed maintenance on our yard. We no longer have a jungle with everything now trimmed nicely. On a side note, Fast communicates promptly always making the customer feel good.

Owner walked the property with me to provide an estimate for cleaning up the landscaping after I moved into my new home. This included laying mulch and cleaning up the beds, adding pavers and removing the broken ones, adding rubber under the play set, adding lime rock along the pool, and trimming and moving existing plants for regrowth. The crew completed mulching, adding rubber to the play area which they just dumped inside one area and added some pavers that were different sizes and uneven and left the old ones scattered in the yard, then debited my account the full invoice. I called and emailed for three months to get a status on when the rest of the work would be completed as many of my trees died during the hurricane season. The owner finally called me and advised they would not be completing the work as discussed and would only credit for the missing materials.

Fast Landscapes is always fantastic! We have been using their services for over almost two years and will continue as long as we re in this home. They do a fantastic job with our lawn and are always quick to respond and help if we have any other requests.

I have a small yard..had a small yard since I bought the house. Fast Lawn did the mowing, when they showed. They did not close my gate and let my pets out twice. Last week they pulled up and then left within a minute. I called and demanded they come back and move the yard. They then decided, after a year, it would take an additional $15 to mow my small yard that takes them under 10 minutes. I changed my service from Gold to standard to ensure I could afford to get the lawn done, and then they canceled my service...I am not their kind of customer. Sloppy, poor service and for heaven sake, dont ask them to do what you pay them for!

Let me first say how awesome it was to communicate with this company the entire process. The sales person was exceptionally knowledgeable. She has a vast knowledge of plants and grass that will work in specific areas. She is also great with finding alternatives that look similar. Great pricing the workers were friendly nice and ensured they cleaned any mess that happens when completing an entire yard. I am thrilled with the completion of the project and it was completed on time very quickly. My neighbors and friend can t believe how beautiful it turned out. Thank you for an amazing job!

I moved to Florida from Maryland and had no idea what to expect from a lawn service down here. I lucked out finding Fast Lawnscapes. I haven t had to work in my yard since I hired them. They also installed solar lights and redesigned some of my flower beds and added lots of plants to my yard. Everything looks great. Great personable service. I would highly recommend them! It s the end of the year and my lawn and flower beds look wonderful. I m looking forward to 2022 with Fast Lawnscapes!

From the planning to the installation, the staff were friendly and professional. They provided guidance, information and care for the chosen landscape. The only reason Im leaving 2 stars is because of Kelly she attacks her job with professionalism but the guys who work there cant follow simple directions to trim inside and out on our fence. This wasnt just a time or so ..it was every week then when I email about it a huge argument ensues. Not worth the trouble went with a different company!!

This company has been working at my apartments for atleast two years. I highly recommend you recheck your thinking before hiring this irresponsible low quality company. They have damaged my property. Ive seen them blow dirt on high powered blowers str8 on to vehicles. The workers if you watch them they will literally blow your porch decorations all around blow dirt under your door. This company is trash and i complained about them dirtying my car nd they did nothing. Do not trust them on your property. They are The worst of The worst. Im not just saying or accusing. I have pictures of them blowing dirt all over my car nd they still did nothing. I called and no one cared they were like ok? Im likeyou guys caused 50 -70 $ worth of damage to my car Nd they did not care. No reply back nothing. This is the third time the damaged propery so the third time i have to tell everyone how horrible these workers are.THEY Are fast for a reason they only care about paychecks.

A good service imo, affordable, super easy to sign up and very responsive to issues. Did have an issue (missed a spot. Lol) but they came out the next day and fixed the missed area. So far they are like clock work. Cost is around 80 for 4 cuts a month. My lawn gets cut the same day as trash pick up and they actually place my garbage can neatly near my garage. That type of service is usually doesnt get noticed but thats what makes customers post a review on google. Keep it up!

Fast Lawnscapes provides such a great service at an affordable price. From removing a tree to trimming hedges to replacing rock, they have been able to handle special requests promptly. I am extremely pleased with their service.

Worst of the worst. From the beginning to the end, dealing with this company has been one headache after another. They put mulch where you specifically tell the owner NOT too and then charge you for it. They change the agreement and then do a lousy job. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Your team did a great job for us. They totally transformed our back yard with the help of Jane Kuzma s ideas. They were very courteous and communicated well about how to maintain the new plants and sod.

We hired Fast Lawns recently to trim our shrubs and trees on our property. Our existing lawn mowing service used trim our shrubs and trees every few months at an extra cost but they lost the person who did that service. I trimmed some of the shrubs and palms as best I could but some date palms and the holly trees needed a ladder to access the top. Too old for that! Our date palms and holley trees hadn t been done professionally for many months and were getting ungainly. Fast Lawns did a nice job trimming our overgrown shrubs. We are now considering using Fast Lawns to mow and edge our lawn on a weekly basis.

Use Fast Lawns if you want to overpay and get the kind of service that caused me to write the letter below. And of course ... they did not even complete the last mowing I paid for on August 31st. Thanks for leaving me with super high grass on Labor Day weekend. I now have to pay someone else to mow today so I can at least walk my dogs. Kelly - After my mowing scheduled for August 31st, I would like to cancel my services with you. Unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with the service I have received. I am disappointed with: 1. The repeated unfulfilled promises of restaking the trees for a week and days of me begging someone to come out before a tree died. 2. My front beds look worse than they have ever looked. There are so many dead things that need to be removed, the topiary have not been touched at all during my 60 days of service, and I am forever pulling weeds immediately after your visits. The only thing that has been done in my front beds is to cut back the hibiscus because I just happened to catch your crew while they were here one day. It would not have been done if I had not hunted them down. 3. I asked for much pricing several times and received nothing. 4. Your mowing services are not detailed. For the first month, I found small sections of my yard that the mower could not reach which had not been cut. The work has been sloppy. 5. For the first time ever, I have ant hills in my yard, which I have never had before. I also have new weeds that are not being addressed. I do not believe any pest control or fertilization has taken place during my 60 days with you. I have no evidence that it was completed. I appreciate your efforts, but anything at this point is too little too late. Please complete my August service by mowing on my scheduled date of Thursday, August 31st, which will be my last service with you. My July and August bills are paid in full. It is disappointing that I did not receive all the services I pad for.
