I have a fourplex with hedges, ground covers and a wide variety of potted plants. I used to water by hand, but it was very time consuming, so I contacted several lawn care specialists to see about automated irrigation. DLs estimate was very detailed, and showed a great deal of expertise with regard to the needs of each of the types of plants. The installation was very professional, timely, and an excellent value. Once completed, the grounds were impeccably cleaned and restored. DL also maintains a tall ficus hedge around my home. Im very particular about how this is done, and am extremely satisfied with their results. I highly recommend DL for your irrigation installation/repair as well as any lawn care needs.

Likeability of Daniel, the owner - he gets an A, at first. Quality of workmanship - he gets a C. Quality of clean up after job. He gets a C minus. Quality of items he purchased with the payment - he gets a D. Specifically, bot the cheapest timer he could get on a $5k job. Overall price - He gets a B. He was cheaper than the other bid. Maybe I should have paid more tho, since I will have to fix stuff on my own. Quality of responsiveness - he gets an F. I told him of my greivances, and he texted me To tell you the truth man, I AM disappointed of you as a person. you make me add and fix 10 sprinklers on the other side of the yard Wich [sic] was not part of the estimate. Quality of workers - I tipped them each $100. Which I hadnt. Summary opinion - he will give you a vague quote, get the job done fast and in a marginal way, and then blame you if your are unhappy.

Very poor service and workmanship. DL Landscape was paid for a service that was either not provided or done so haphazardly that I cannot distinguish their repairs from what was originally broken. Leaks were not fixed, sprinklers were not fixed, charged services on the invoice were not completed. Id caution anyone from using their services unless you are home to babysit and make sure things are done correctly before they leave.

Just moved into new home and irrigation needed some work. I called DL and Daniel came out to give me an estimate. He came back for the repair and did an awesome job. He explained what he was doing and made sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend.

We purchased a vintage home that had so many irrigation valves and timers and zones and...ugh! Daniel and his team were able to unravel what was there and give us a system that is functional and easy to maintain. They really take pride in their work.

They installed block planters on three sides, installed irrigation, replaced the broken parts, set our timer. They left the yard very clean. It looks so nice. We decided to have them come back and do the same on the fourth side. Daniel, his foreman and the team are great!

I cant say enough about Daniel and his crew at D.L. Certified Landscape. We purchased our home with no landscaping or irrigation system. I called Daniel and received an immediate response with a home visit the next day. Within a week I had a written estimate, which was comparable or lower than three other estimates for the work. Daniel and team started the project the following week which included a new brick patio, planters and espaliered bougainvillea throughout the property, and lighting and electrical work for a fountain. Despite some unexpected rain storms, the project was completed on time, and the results are terrific - better than expected. Daniel was scheduled to spread gravel on my yard and had to delay two days. When I texted and then called on the agreed upon day, he said he couldnt be there until the next week. Not impressed with the communication or reliability.
