Its a new company that takes care of the Lawn and irrigation on our subdivision, as for the beginning I see proffesional service, hopefully it will continue like this .
Our HOA, Murano Bay, reached out to Nic and his crew after our current landscapers had clearly dropped the ball and just didn't care anymore. Nic showed up at our community the same day we called, and met with us to walk the property, understand our needs, and discuss how to get our community back in shape. Later that same day he sent us a competitive quote, and provided his Certificate of Insurance, Workers Comp info, etc. (Which I mention because many of the other companies we asked to quote did NOT provide this info). Marco and his crew showed up today for their first service, and not only did they perform the work we asked them do, but they went above and beyond by trimming hedges, pruning trees, spraying weeds, and even doing extra work for some of the common areas which we did not request. Amazing! I reached out to Nic to thank him and Marco's crew for the great work, and we highly recommend them to anyone in their service area!
Fresh Start maintenance has demonstrated excellent performance I would like to acknowledge Marcos the crew leader. He stops by the office whenever onsite to check in and make sure everything is satisfactory he is always courteous and respectful and takes that extra step to make sure everything is done correctly. Just moved into our brand new dream home! Needed the back yard to be set up with turf and pavers. Contracted Fresh Start as well as some other options. Was totally impressed with their immediate response, they were able to quote me a better rate than several other companies. Spoke with Juan? I met the supervisor who is charge of the landscaping crew from Fresh Start Maintenance that services the HOA where I live. James is his name and WOW is his crew amazing! Never have I seen such coordination, style and communication from any vendor! Way to go!!!
As I was getting out the car to take my kids into kingswood a young lady stop blowing so I can proceed to get my kids inside and the crew was very pleasant and nice. She did a very awesome job trimming. You guys keep up the good work.

Nick is very responsive to any issues and landscaping needs, his crew is experienced and professional and does an exceptional job keeping the properties in our community looking manicured and beautiful.
The owner is always available and willing to accommodate our landscaping needs. We have used other landscaping services, but none of them offer the consistent quality Fresh start does. I would not consider any other firms in the West Palm area!
