Zach from Sunrise was absolutely perfect. I was shocked at how smooth the service was. The work was done as quoted, options were given, and he delivered without any upsell pressure. I will definitely be calling Sunrise for any future needs.

Absolutely rip off company beware. There is no set pricing in their company. Their technicians set the prices and they have a little game that they re playing where they have to test everything before they can fix it and obviously they won t be able to test it so it all has to be replaced. To change two heads in my front yard I was charged $250. Prior to that they told me I had to have a whole new system. Which I bought Regretfully. I do not recommend this company.

This is my 2nd post for Sunrise. We had an issue with my irrigation lake filter clogging daily. A new filter basket system was installed and it will backwash itself. Great job done by Nate, who explained everything

Zach did a fantastic job of resolving my several irrigation issues after presenting me with several options. He provided good suggestions (I know a bit about irrigation work) and worked hard throughout his time on my property. I already use Sunrise for my electric work and now will call them for future irrigation needs beyond my proficiency level.

Overpriced and unfair. I called and told the office that I could not find the valves for my irrigation system in our new house and the system was not working. They said they would schedule someone to come out for 80.00 dollars but that would be waved with work done The technician that came out did not even do anything, said it would be 600 to find the valves. If the office knew I needed help finding the valves, why not tell me up front that the diagnostic for that is 600 bucks? Now they get away with charging me 80 dollars for doing absolutely nothing. What a joke.

Bennett did a great job relocating the system valve boxes and backflow prevention thing that were mistakenly installed in the wrong place initially. Sunrise understood the mistake and was great about getting the situation resolved in a timely fashion. Thanks!!

Thanks Kyle for getting me up and running. Out flower bed needed some help due to poor irrigation. Kyle inspected the whole system and had me up and running in no time.

The team was prompt, personable and walked the entire property, evaluated the control device situation, the missing or broken heads of the system and had three quotes. I was advised I would be sent a professional evaluation explaining the need for the repairs that I could share with a possible source that may pay for the repairs. it has been a few months since the work has been done on the irrigation system, and I ve had to spend over $600 more for additional work to the $5000 originally quoted I spent after the company walked the property and I thought found everything that could go wrong. I m just getting tired of this. And no one has taken the time to explain how to set or use the new controller on the irrigation system in the garage, even though I have asked them to come out several times, they just set the controller and leave. I don t recommend this company for women to use.

Skyler definitely understood a Florida friendly landscape, he knew each type of plant I have, and which ones need more or less water. Joshua and his team were on time, polite and professional, answered my questions, and did a fantastic job on the install. I will definitely use Sunrise again!

The tech Nate was really good, explained everything well The problems are 1.Charging me a 59.00 fee to come out and not telling me before he arrived and was half through the walk. 2. The price, it was crazy, they give you 3 crazy options, I had it done for 80% less by another irrigation company. I feel ripped off for paying 59.00 for nothing

I made an appointment for a leak in my system. First thing Kyle does is try to upsell me on a WIFI controller. My system is only 5 years old. After his full system review , Kyle quoted me a wireless rain sensor in addition to the leak repair and a Wye filter for my system - $1,001 quote. He acted surprised when I pointed out that I already had a rain sensor - it s mounted to the gutter, as every other house that has one - so much for the full system review . After the initial quotes, based on my observations, I actually inquired about and had him replace two heads that weren t tall enough. I also asked about why one head wasn t spraying fully - he said it was clogged and fixed that. My question is, why weren t these necessary things recommended and taken care of first instead of all the unnecessary upselling? It seems this company only cares about upselling you, regardless if you need it or not. I question their integrity and unfortunately would not use again. Giving 2 stars because work completed appears acceptable, but time will tell.

When Sunrise first came to inspect my sprinkler system they didn t inspect the valves. The costs of repairs is very high compared to other companies although I have maintenance plan with them. Tech Lenny was so professional and informative.

Lenny was extremely knowledgeable and offered several options to get my irrigation system in good working order! He was punctual, pleasant and a very hard worker. Lenny took the time to answer all our questions! I would highly recommend Lenny and Sunrise Irrigation!

It was a pleasure having Troy service our sprinkler system. Unlike other irrigation services, we were told the price up front. Then, Troy took the time to make sure the work was done perfectly. Our follow-up service with Sunrise required some pretty extensive work much to our chagrin considering we just put down fresh mulch and updated some other landscaping around the house. Thankfully, Troy and Ryan were up to the task and took care of our yard with precision and care. These two experts managed to update all of our sprinkler heads, added drip lines in the flower beds, and also installed a filter for our water system in one day. They were on the job from 8am-6pm, and didn t want to leave the site until we were satisfied with the updates, instructions, and clean up. We have grass, rocks, mulch, etc. and they managed to out everything back in place beautifully. Excellent work all around. Thanks again, Troy and Ryan.

He was exceptionally, knowledgeable in diagnosing the problems with our irrigation system. He worked diligently (for hours) to unearth the main problem and resolved it. Then he left detailed information for other employees to finish our irrigation system repairs.

Zach did a real good job I m satisfied but two days later the same thing happened with the pump the pump keeps going on and off had to unplug the pump $364.00 down the drain The pump seal was leaking the technician didn t see it. They wanted to charge me $3603.00 for a new pump and install I think not. I called Pacific irrigation they changed me $1700.00 for new system I m happy with it.

Kyle came out and made adjustments to my system and everything is rock solid now. Very happy with the service and explanation when he was finished.

James did a great job. A cable had been cut during a landscaping job. He found the break quickly and repaired it quickly. The landscaping work had caused a few other minor issues which he took care of as well. He was very knowledgeable and took care of everything very efficiently.

Great job inspecting irrigation and evaluating where additional heads and zones were needed. Was able to quote right away and performed work quickly. Scheduled an install for a new zone and repaired and moved existing heads. Work was very clean and thorough, and they walked through all the zones and co erase with me.
