I did a DIY with my father at a new home I purchased. The staff helped guide me through the steps. However, the price they offered to install + the warranty was excellent. They did a wonderful job. I am so pleased with my carefree backyard. After the job was finished a handyman that I hired to replace a valve was trying to blame Purchase Green on a small flood. They came out promptly and quickly diagnosed that the problem was the improper installation of the valve. None of this was their fault but they cut off the faulty valve and replaced it. They went over and above on customer service. No one gives that kind of service anymore. Outstanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

BUYER BEWARE! Make sure you get every word in wrtiting with these people. The product they sell is great, but their installation leaves much to be desired. Joanne is great as she sells you the product and tells you everything, but the owner/installation manager is not a person of integrity and would rather make excuses then do a good job and make a satisfied customer.

Great place! Good service! Fantastic product! Would be 5 stars, but theyre not really set up for walk-in, small size purchases. It definitely seems more like a place for commercial installations.
When you deal with Purchase Green you start with Joanne in the office who is very helpful and gives all the information to get you started. She is very pleasant and makes you feel you are in to a good start. When Gerald came to our home he gave us all the information we needed to make a good decision and had all the different samples for us to pick from, we felt no pressure at anytime. The entire group of installers were great, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We have had three different installs in the last few years and are so happy to say we are grass free. We have so many people comment on how nice our yard looks, thanks to Purchase Green.

Gerald and Joanne took very good care of my needs during this project. The communication when first starting to confirm scheduling was somewhat difficult, probably due to the COVID-19 virus. But the results are obvious. The grass looks and feels real, I couldnt be more pleased. I highly recommend the Arizona Pro.
