Almost 4 years and our pool is still not right. AVOID THIS PLACE! Teserra, you will find, is overpriced and does not fulfill the supposed quality and customer service they so readily advertise all over the place. Customer service? Hahahahahahah.....none and when/if there is - they will do everything cheaply first only to find out they must come back and do it Right - and that will take forever. 4 years to get work right that shouldve been done right the first time, especially given the high price? Nah......Go elsewhere. Youll be glad you did.

As a property manager I need prompt service from local service providers. I had a situation that required immediate attention with a pool light that had come loose. After contacting Teserra, they dispatched a pool tech to take care of the issue. Billing was simple and easy to work with. Thank you Lupita Macias ( Representative ) & Lolo (Pool Tech).

This review is for a remodel of an existing pool. The process was a nightmare . Initially there was a quick response. They came out , looked at what needed to be done, took pictures, measured, etc. Then , they were MIA for weeks. Finally, we got a quote. It was very expensive, as much as 40% more than the other estimates we got. We decided to go with them anyway because overall it looked like they do a good job with pools, and they have been around a long time. The demolition went fairly quickly. Then there were MANY, MANY meetings with job supervisors, more measurements about what was to be done. Once they got started creating forms for the concrete, it became obvious that there was no follow through between management and the actual sub contractors they hired to do the work. It took more site visits, more meetings, many back and forth emails and texts to get it right. It should be noted that through the whole process, emails and texts went unanswered for days at times. This leaves the customer feeling that the company doesnt care once they got the job. Finally they poured the cement. This went well. HOWEVER, they allowed demolition debris and new cement pour debris to accumulate at the bottom of the empty swimming pool. In the end, this debris stained and discolored our pebble tech plaster which was originally in excellent condition. We complained and were told not to worry, that the pool would be acid washed before it was refilled, and that all the marks would be removed. We came home after being away for several days to find the pool refilled , and the pebble tech badly stained and discolored. We complained, and were told ok well drain the pool again, and re acid wash it. This was done, and it was still permanently damaged and stained. We also realized they had filled the pool and never sealed the interface between the tile, and the new cement decking. There was literally no oversight, follow through, or attention to detail in this job. Each step of the way, they did something, but ruined something else in the process, but expected us to accept a shoddy result. In the end , an easy, straightforward job of replacing the cement decking around the pool took over 3 months . It was messy and frustrating. They destroyed our pebble tech plaster. They offered to re do it for us, but we couldnt take more mess, more contractors, and any more of their problems. We had lost trust and confidence. We finally agreed to a credit for the damages so we could move forward with our lives. The credit amount was a compromise, and not the full amount we will need to pay a pool plaster company to re do the pebble tech. We are left with an ugly stained pool, and exhausted from construction and people in our back yard. We decided to just fill the pool again and live with it for a while so we can enjoy our summer. DEFINITELY not happy. So, we DO NOT recommend Tessera. It seems they only care about jobs that entail a high end , new pool and landscape project. They are , by far, the most expensive. It was a literal tornado of disorganization, and destruction, and poor quality work.

Teserra designed, built and services our pool and hardscape. They have done an exceptional job in every aspect. Communication is always clear and professional, their prices are competitive, and they follow up reliably. Recently a sandstorm caused an issue with our pool heater system - they responded immediately and solved the issue. Special thanks to Lupita Macias & Michael A Griffith on this case. I highly recommend Teserra.

Christina Acosta with Teserra Pools was extremely helpful. I needed to have the heater fixed on my pool and it was handled quickly and efficiently. Fernando the technician was excellent. he knew exactly what was wrong and took care of it better than others I have had. Great service from both Christina and Fernando!!!!!! I also needed an invoice stated what was repaired and that it was tested. She provided me with that information in prompt fashion. I give her a 10!!

I called Teserra to replace a pool light as well as replace the 3 sheer descent waterfalls in my pool. I couldnt have been more pleased with the customer service from Christina who went out of her way to accommodate my compressed timeframe for the work. She was a pleasure to work with. Fernando did a great job at replacing the underwater Jandy light (which was not an easy task at all) and Jarod promptly replaced a frayed wire in the electrical box for my GFCI. I was most impressed with Ryans knowledge and experience when he came out to discuss the work involved with replacing the 3 sheer descent waterfalls. Carlos did a very careful, neat and professional job when removing and reinstalling all of the stonework surrounding those water features. Lastly, Lupita Macias and Jay were very helpful in quickly scheduling and fixing a problem with my filter! I will definitely consider calling Teserra for any future work.

Our pool, spa, complete outdoor kitchen and 2 privacy walls were completed in April 2021. Teserra did a great job designing and building it. Both salesperson, Brock and construction manager, Fernando took all our requests in stride. The service department has responded to many issues under warranty and I think we are finally leak free! However the service office can be difficult to get to respond. Our last minor service on 4/30/24 didn t spark a return call to work out the billing until 2 weeks later. Overall we re glad we did business with a company who is local and has done business in the Coachella valley for over 35 years.

Overpriced. Dont get their landscaping. Pool and pool adjacent is good.

One of Teserras drivers was on Cook Street June 14 around 12:15 PM, causing a dangerous situation by giving up his right-of-way to other drivers. The right lane going north was coned off for road work. He was stopped in the road and waving in cars making right and left turns in front of us. He should have just driven straight and let the other cars worry about their merge or left turns. The problem was that while stopped, he had a left turning car coming right at me, plus he began to back his pickup up to make room for the unsafe situation he was causing, nearly hitting me as I was directly behind him! I had to lay on my horn to avoid being backed into or hit by the other car! They should require their drivers to take a driving safety course.

Being new to the desert, I did a lot of research on various providers and very grateful we chose Teserra. Our project manager, Greg, was super insightful, had great ideas and very knowledgeable. He was open to our ideas while simultaneously not allowing us to make decisions with unintended consequences based on his experience. Across the board, everyone from Teserra who worked on our project was very professional and skilled and we are incredibly happy with how our project turned out. Teserra was one of the best contractors Ive worked with and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an issue with the plumbing in my pool. Victoria in customer service was wonderful in getting someone out to help. I also worked with Nick who was and is great. I couldnt imagine using anyone else for any pool work.

I ve been enjoying my Teserra oasis for almost two years. Not only did they make the pool of my dreams, their maintenance is quick and responsive, with never an argument. Warranty work is performed as eagerly as the construction was. If you want the best, then hire the best!

Cannot thank Yoyo in customer service and Ivan (The Great!) for fixing our pool equipment communications after many others failed. Tessera installed our pool 6 years ago but have relied on our pool guy for fixes. We had a blip in the system and could not link our handheld remote with the system - and never (in 5 years) got the iAqualink phone app working. We reached out to Tessera and Yoyo got back to us promptly sending Ivan out the next day. Within 45 minutes he had everything set up and working. In the future, they will always be our FIRST call! I requested an estimate for an insurance claim and at an appointment. Their representative came out and said they could take care of the damage but that a different rep would need to take a look. I was told the Supervisor would contact me shortly and that Tessera would communicate throughout the repair process. A week and a half later and haven t heard a thing!

I recently moved to a house that has a pool, but I needed to add a handrail and possibly an additional step. I called several pool contractors, but the only one who immediately called me back was Ryan at Teserra. Ryan took the time to give me great advice on what to do and what was entailed, and though it could cost him business, he explained that I did not need a pool builder to install handrails. He also gave me his cell phone number, and over the past couple of weeks, Ive called him several times and he has taken time out of his busy day to guide me through the process even though I wasnt technically a customer. The generosity of his time and his obvious expertise not only gave me peace of mind but helped me avoid some major pitfalls. I cannot express my gratitude enough. If I ever do need a major renovation to my pool or know of anyone putting in a pool, I will tell them they must call Teserra. Our Fountain was installed by Teserra almost a year ago and needed a new grid covering and maintenance. The whole team was fantastic, starting with Val, who lined up the very competent technicians, Ryan, and Eddie. They were detailed, thorough, and restored the fountain better than new. Teserra worked on our pool and our landscaping and did a great job. A year later, we had a problem with our pool controller (it turned out to be the internet provider s fault). Teserra sent Ivan to fix the problem which he did with great skill and patience. Then, he helped us fix a problem with our garden fountain even though it was not on the work order. 18 months ago I purchased a desert home with an existing Tessera pool. The pandemic kept me away from this winter getaway for a year. Anxious to spend time in the sunshine, pool and spa, however, I couldnt manage to get heat to the pool/spa. Within a day or two, service person Jay was. here to trouble shoot. As well, he set me up with the app and determined the lights in the pool could be upgraded too the newer version. I could not ask for more efficient and professional service. Thank you to Jay and as well, Val for setting up the speedy service call and followup.

We remodeled a home and reached out to Teserra to help remodel our pool to add a baja deck and sheer descent water features. We worked with Adam Rodriquez up front thru the sales and design phases of our project. We were very happy with Adams professionalism, spirit and we connected very well to establish the project design. We had a very positive experience with Adam throughout the project. Adam is an easy person to connect with and he works well with customers. The timing of events was not good on our part early on, but once we pulled the trigger on the project it became a grind. Design work was very slow to materialize. Communication on progress of design was hard to get, but once we got it set to paper and permit we were happy with the outcome. Construction again proved to be slow and not too customer focused. We asked for overall schedules to no avail. We received information just in time for the next event to occur. Consequently, coordination with other teams on the remodel site was a day of event and not good. We found that Adam was caught between a rock (us) and a hard spot (Teserra). We found Teserra a little arrogant in how they scheduled work. It felt like what they wanted to do vs. meeting customer needs. We did later find out too late that much was going on in the background relative to how much work could be juggled at one time here in the valley. Teserras process and communication was slow to develop unfortunately. Our pool did turn out great. We are very pleased with the final product and have enjoyed using our pool. We are all set for summer to hit.

Designed, got the approvals and built it. All overseen remotely. Yes we trusted the relationship from the start but it was validated by the end product. Brock Berry and his design & build team helped add ideas to get the best out of our backyard space and found it to be exactly what we wished for when we finally got to see it. The automation with IAqualink is exactly what we wished for to simply and efficiently control all components of the yard looks great minimalist and clean easy to maintain.Thankyou.

As a General Contractor specializing in interior remodels I needed a team that could handle the outside portion of my project independently. Teserra Outdoor did a fantastic job reaching our goals. My representative Gregory Iosza was knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He showed up with a good plan for the project on the first day and the work started. This was a challenging project as it is a 50 year old property with many unknowns, but the various crews just kept working the site and managing the surprises. Gregory was very receptive to my questions and concerns during the course of the project and kept me informed along the way. We worked with Sid Martinez to develop our design plan and see us through construction. Sid was great. He listened to what we wanted and and applied his expertise to provide us an outdoor space that met our needs and the demands of landscaping in the desert. Sid was extremely knowledgeable about the requirements of our HOA and submitted all the required forms on our behalf. The construction phase took much, much longer than expected. Mostly due to the pandemic and I think a huge workload on Teserra with all the new construction in our area. We would have appreciated more communication from the project supervisor as we frequently didnt know if workers were going to be coming on site daily or not. Sid was always very responsive to any of our issues/concerns and we really appreciated that. Overall we are very happy with our outdoor space and feel it was well done and came out as expected.

Teserra - from beginning to end -- did a fantastic job with our exterior remodel. We added a hot tub to an existing pool which we redid the interior of, added all new pool equipment, redid the pool surface, and then converted a large dirt pit in the back to 4 entertaining spaces with a built in bbq area on a raised concrete deck, built in fire pit, lots of turf etc. Dylan was out over all project manager who has a good eye for aesthetics and Julio was our construction manager who went above and beyond to ensure the finished product was 100% complete going so far as to add some finishing touches we hadnt even contemplated. Each of the Teserra teams (turf, painters, landscapers, etc) as well as their subs were all very professional and top notch in their expertise. Highly recommend.

Teserra have been looking after our pool for a while now. It has never been so clean in the 20+ years we have been here... We have had many different pool companies that charged high prices and not delivered as promised. Teserra lives up to their claims, with the integrity to carry out the job professionally and not add on extras. When our pool heater went out recently, Val coordinated and arranged the installation of the new unit, keeping us informed when they would arrive and what would be done each time. At the same time they cleaned out our filter unit so that the unit runs better. Remarkably there was no sign of the debris that came off the filters, or mess when cleaning. Excellent service and response. We recommend their services and support without any hesitation.

Teserra Outdoors built our pool/spa nearly 13 years ago, in La Quinta, and it has been without problems, except for the normal maintenance issues, but recently we had a broken water supply line to our spa, and had water coming through the pavers. Needing a reputable company to handle our emergency, we immediately called Teserra, and Ryan Kindel answered the call. He immediately recognized the severity of our problem and quickly coordinated the necessary resources and prioritized our job to stop the leak! Ryan kept us timely involved in the repair process and had the job completed quicker than we could have hoped for. The repairs were done to a very high level and the results were no more leaking water and the pavers were replaced and nobody would ever notice they had been removed. Ryan always seemed to have our best interests in mind when he explained the various methods of making the repairs, and while in our backyard we asked about some other general repairs and he immediately gave us a written bid and was able to complete all of the items in the same timely, professional manner as the spa leak. For any type of outdoor work, whether new or repairs, I would highly recommend Teserra for the job, and if you are lucky enough to get Ryan Kindel as your supervisor of the job, you can count yourself as very fortunate indeed! On February 1st, I booked an appointment with Adam Rodriguez w/ Teserra Outdoors to design my back home in Las Quinta. The company responded quickly, and within a week Mr Rodriguez was at my home. Because I was busy when he arrived I respectfully asked him to take measurements in the back in which he did. I could see him through the window taking measurements. Shortly after, I met him outside in the back of my home and we talked about completely updating the pavement, resurfacing the pool, adding lighting, landscaping, fountains and a fire-pit. I know the price would be high, but I wanted it done and asked him to start an estimate for me. Furthermore, I asked if he could start Early April, which I thought would be reasonable time. After an hour at the home, and going over every detail possible, Mr Rodriguez left. I returned to New York the next day and waited patiently for my estimate. I kindly wrote Mr Rodriguez an email the next day, thanked him for his time and told him how anxious I was to move forward. I also told him I liked Teserra Outdoor s work so much, that I was hoping he could have time for my front entry (and that would eliminate me having the challenge to find someone else). Today, after two weeks went by, Mr. Rodriguez emailed me and asked when he can return to take measurements. Measurements? He was just there for an hour. Isn t that the first thing contractors do when they visit the site? What was he doing for twenty minutes when I was busy and asked him to head to my back patio? I specifically asked him to take measurements when he walked in. My patio is not even that big, as it overlooks a golf course and it would easily take no more than 5 minutes to measure everything. By now, I thought I would have seen a rendering, made an initial payment, set a project start time, ext. I design luxury restaurants in Manhattan, and if I ever took over two weeks with a client just to reach back for more measurements, I would certainly never find work. I broke ground on a project in Madison Square Garden in less than two weeks. My time is very limited. I took a 6 hour flight the previous day to meet with Mr. Rodriguez, as well as a handful of other contractors. Every one of them took measurements and gave me project notes and invoices within a week. I am sure Teserra Outdoors does great work, just not for me. Thankfully, there are a handful of other outdoor designers on Houzz, and I am in a area filled with many options.

The whole team is awesome! My pool service is managed by Val in customer service and she always follows through each task to completion an satisfaction!

After speaking with several companies and getting bids, I decided to go with Teserra! AND I AM SUPER HAPPY I DID! Everyone has been amazing. Dylan, my sales person really provided me with the right amount of information so I could make great decisions about design and elements of the pool/spa. Dylan is super knowledgeable and great at responding quickly with questions. Communication from the beginning has been top notch - hard to come by these days! Fernando, the project supervisor has been excellent as well. He stays in communication constantly and has come up with great ideas - Dylan has great ideas too that will make my pool/spa amazing. Here is the best part, they are on schedule and there are always workers doing something - no lag time. When the workers are here, they work so hard. These guys know what theyre doing! This is a BIG purchase and Teserra understands that. They take it seriously and always checking in with me to make sure Im happy. Honestly, not sure why anyone would choose another company. These guys are pros! I will HIGHLY recommend to friends and family. One more thing - Dylan had very professional plans drawn up even before I spent a dime. That is how classy this company is - other companies didnt provide any drawings/plans of how the pool/spa would look. I went to their super nice office to go over plans - that was important to me. The plans were huge - took up almost the whole meeting table and there were several plans - even elevations and details. WOW!

I had a problem with one of my outdoor drainage pipe lines which was clogged, and I needed to find out if this particular drain line was a leach line or a line that drained to the street. I needed this question answered in order to know how I was to proceed in fixing it. Teserra did the landscaping for this house about ten years ago. Could not be more pleased! We started with the Teserra team before we even selected a property . Brock Berry and the design team worked with us to ensure that the lot would support the pool and landscape design that we wanted. The HOA review went smoothly thanks to Teserras attention to detail and work began only 2 weeks after we moved in. Everyone on the Teserra team (John Hardwick, Brock Berry, and Jessie Martinez) plus all the providers they chose were wonderful. Our backyard and pool are now an extension of our home just as we had envisioned. Teserra made it happen!

I bought a fixer upper house in Thunderbird Heights in Rancho Mirage. I hired Teserra to finish a swimming pool remodel that had been started by another company a few months earlier. The prior company was let go due to a concerning situation that was revealed during demolition of my pool. After the demolition was supposedly completed, you could see multiple layers of concrete of varying depths and upon tapping with a stick, hear soft and hollow spots. The prior pool company was ready to spray PebbleTec on top of all of these various layers with no analysis of why all of these layers were there in the first place and what this meant for the integrity of the pool walls or floor. So, I stopped work to get a second and third opinion. I got two other opinions from two separate pool companies which agreed with each other that the substrate needed reinforcement otherwise I was just putting a bandaid on a recurring problem. Teserra was one of the companies I called for a second opinion. I chose them to finish the pool for their reputation, but also for the fact that they seemed to take the problem more seriously and had multiple people from their company look at the pool to be sure they would be repairing the pool properly. Teserra installed new rebar and concrete in my pool to make the repair. They suggested adding a tanning shelf and built in umbrella holes for a nominal cost which really updated the look and usefulness of the pool. I also had them re-do the steps for a better placement entering the pool. Then they sprayed a PebbleTec Sheen in White Diamond as the finish for both my pool and spa and it looks very impressive. They even gave me an extra electrical outlet when I realized I didn t have one that worked near the pool lounging area. Teserra spent time hooking up and testing various aspects of the pumps and all of the electrical connections (some of which had been started by the previous company) and then patiently explained the instructions to me as to how to operate my pool by remote access. When I thought something didn t work exactly perfectly the next day, they immediately came out and fixed the glitch. I don t think you can expect something to never go wrong, but it seems to be unexpected these days that when something doesnt go exactly right, that someone will actually fix the issue and keep fixing the issue (if necessary) until the issue is resolved. I respect the work Teserra did for seeing my pool remodel all the way to the end (and taking on another pool contractor s mess) and I love how my pool looks and operates. I highly recommend them.

Adam was a great resource for ideas as well as very patient with the many iterations of the design I requested in order to stay in our budget. Adam accommodated us at every level. After getting several proposals and estimates we selected Teserra Outdoors to redo the overgrown and tired landscaping at our home. Gregory Iosza managed the project from beginning to end, including the overall plan (which included which plants to save and which to replace, lighting and irrigation) as well as the actual work project itself. It was completed on time and on budget, and Gregory was particularly responsive to our concerns and questions - of which there were many. We are very pleased with the result.

When the work started, he introduced us to the demo crew and then as each step of the project continued we met the supervisor for irrigation, paver installation, lighting / electric and clean up. Our pool pump, installed by Teserra almost two years ago, started having some technical issues. I always worry when I have to go back to a company to fulfill a warranty after so much time, but Val was just fantastic about taking charge of a complicated repair and ultimate replacement. She lined up the nicest, most communicative technicians around, kept me up to date, and uttered the best phrase possible when something goes wrong: don t worry, we re not going to stop until it s fixed. And then it was fixed! I can t possibly recommend them more highly.

It is a good place to order the construction of your pool and garden

pool company took too long to replace pool grout. i took lots of photos of the workers not even working or either working super slow. paying high space rent not having a pool and when it does open it was closed back down by palm springs environmental services. The Park Manager is to blame for hiring substandard contractors!

We were building a home in Southern California while still living in Florida. So we had to trust experts on the other side of the country to create what we envisioned. Adam Rodriguez, our Tessera consultant, was great to work with. He knows landscape design and plant materials. He was available and responsive, including us at each step of the process. We felt he really listened, and ultimately created a space that met and even exceeded our needs and desires. Even after we moved into our new home, Adam continued to be available to make sure we were completely satisfied with the end result. It was a positive experience, from start to finish. Update... While the service provided by Teserra was great for a limited time, we later found their responsiveness to be totally absent. When a neighbor had a concrete sidewalk installed next to ours that was done by Teserra, we were concerned about erosion that could occur under our sidewalk. I sent a text and photos to Adam Rodriguez, asking him if he could help us with some type of restraining wall to prevent the erosion. We expected to pay for this additional work. When we didn t get a reply to our text, we called Adam and left a voice message. We never received a call back. Apparently, even though we d already spent thousands of dollars on all the work Teserra had done on our new home, they were done with us, and we didn t even deserve acknowledgment any longer. We found another company to help us. But it would have been more comfortable remaining with Teserra, since we already had a working relationship with them.

Teserra Outdoors repositioned the downspout from my spa which had degraded the concrete coping due to splash. The repair was completed in 4 days, during Christmas week with Raul meticulously removing and replacing the concrete coping, matching the original; Joe and Rubin relocating the downspouts, making the finished product look like it was original, and Jorge following on Christmas Eve late afternoon with cleanup. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Just one more reason Teserra Outdoor is the best in the valley.

Teserra did our pool, landscaped our back and front yard. We had a great experience working with them, particularly Brock Berry. He was really professional throughout the process. We had such a great experience working with him that we ended up hiring them again to do additional work in renovating our courtyard area. If you want a solid, reliable company then go with Teserea. Among other pool contractors, we had contacted Sid Martinez at Teserra Outdoors to provide a plan and a proposal for installation of a pool, landscaping, landscape lighting and irrigation at a new home we took possession of on June 28 in Rancho Mirage. Sid was extremely accommodating and full of ideas, almost all of which we implemented. He was reliable and in constant communication with us even when we were not present (yes, we are Snowbirds). He presented a comprehensive proposal to us, which we accepted with some minor changes. In comparison to competitive proposals we had solicited, we felt that Teserra were offering the best package and overall value, so gave them the go-ahead to proceed. Sid made numerous site visits, met with our HOA, and facilitated all necessary approvals and permits. For construction, the job was assigned to John, one of the Teserra field managers. John managed all of the field work and brought the project to a very satisfactory completion in approximately 2 months....he has an exceptional talent for making stuff happen with a minimum of fuss, bother or excitement...he just takes things in stride. When the job was complete, we noticed a couple of very minor issues, all of which were taken care of immediately as we identified them. Through the entire process, everyone we dealt with gave us quick, immediate and effective answers. For three months now we have been enjoying the backyard oasis created for us by Teserra, and give them nothing but the highest compliments as being complete professionals in their field. We were so pleased with what they had done for us, we have given them a contract for ongoing pool maintenance, and more recently, an additional contract for redoing all of the landscaping in the front yard of our home. From the first phone call to the last , Adam Rodriguez was ON IT and took such great care of getting out job done. The company is competitively priced and most of all have great follow up and customer service. Again, Adam went above and beyond keeping up in the loop on everything as we all know with large projects, there can be delays which can be expected. This is the worst company and most disorganized. They continue to lie to me constantly. I signed a contract 6 months ago and they still have not finished the pool! Kenn is a good salesman so make sure you have every detail outlined in your contract. Just because you outlined what you want does not mean it will end up in the contract. Make sure to put a time schedule with penalties if they do not perform. I wanted precast on my pool but they said it would take 5 weeks, and if I went with pour in place he can get it done in 3 days. Ha!! That is a joke. I will keep you updated as it is now 6 months and no finished pool. They are supposed to do the balcony to but was told their sub pulled out. Thank god I did not have them do the pavers!! The pavers guys Rock and are getting the job done. If you want more info reach out to me. I will soon be posting a blog of this experience and my communications with them. It amazes me how they just ignore you. It is my fault for trusting them. Never again!! -Still do not have tiles or plaster on the pool. My buddy started the same time I did with another pool company and he is swimming after 30 days! Do not get fooled with them telling you how big they are, as I have found out that means they are spread thin and can not get their guys to finish a job. So they drag it on. Beware!!

Vasiliov and Jim, you must be quite some characters to end up like that!!! We had the best possible experience everything was delivered on time everything was installed perfectly fine. They made some changes to save me money. They got me the free salt water system even though I would have paid for. They even help me doing a temporary wiring because my electrician did not show up on time. The best Jacuzzi I could have ever imagined. Two weeks later they still keep calling and ask if everything works fine. The also converted our swimming pool to salt water system upgraded the filter and put in a variable speed pump in at the end charged me a lot less because obviously my pool equipment had already the controller so they took the controller back. We only know Adam and his install crew but asume that the other company members are as knowledgeable as well. I would definitely suggest to my friends to use this company and specifically suggest to work with Adam.

How do I even begin.... Our pool needed to be resurfaced after 16 yrs of plaster and now a leak. My husband contacted Teserra because one of our friends had used them and were very pleased with the service and results. Adam Whiteside contacted us and from then on he coordinated all that had to be. Several other experts in pool design, leak issues, and instalation of new pump and filter came to see us and coordinate who did what first etc. All the gentlemen that came to our house were friendly, on time, professional and knew what they were doing. This was an expensive endevour and Mr. Whiteside always had our budget in mind. He never oversold us on anything and gave us options for us to decide on. We feel Teserra went over and above any service we have ever had. They made the experience comfortable and pretty non-stressful. I rarely got in our spa prior to the renovation and now I use it pretty much every evening! Thank you very much Teserra and Adam!

Had my Pool and Spa remodeled by this Co. they did an exceptional job, they were under budget and ahead of schedule, would definitely recommended them to family or friends and I would use them again.

A really nice guy came to my home and took measurements. I did not hear anything for about ten days and I called back and he said he would come see me again. He came and showed me a design and I asked for a couple of changes and then I never heard back from them.

Terrible. DO NOT GET A POOL FROM THIS COMPANY. Numerous neighbors in our community have the same staining issues weve experienced. Plus weve had repeat issues with the heater. 0 stars for this crappy company and the crappy experience theyve provided.
