My wife and I move here in June 2022. My property was a total mess. I called Del Castillo and met Javier. He was honest and couldn t be more informative. I had the property landscaped and called Javier when the lawn was installed. Two weeks later he came and treated the lawn and I liked what he d done and bought the yearly program. I ve had three problems and he s responded every time on that same day. Better yet, it s all part being in his lawn care program. I ll be signing up again when this first year expires. As a matter of fact, I gave his name and number to someone yesterday after he treated my yard for moles. You re the best Javier!!!!!

Javier has been very reliable and diligent in attending the issues we have had with our lawn . Especially getting rid of the dreadful moles creating havoc in our yard.

We hired this service 18 months ago and were sold on the fact that they use mostly granular applications. We were told that they need 12 months get our lawn weed free and growing. Well after paying up front for this service we only received one application of granular and our weeds thrived and the lawn did not. Not sure what they were putting on the lawn, but it just kept getting worse and worse. After a year we were told that they needed more time to get rid of the weeds. Again, the results were very disappointing....and because we were prepaid we had to wait to end the service, even though the service was making our lawn worse. Ive never prepaid for any lawn service and no one should have to. Home owner BEWARE

I had tried at least 2 other lawn and pest care services in St. Augustine and he puts them both to shame. I wish I had taken before and after pictures of our lawn that was left in disrepair by the previous owners. Since Ive had Del Castillo Services taking care of our property the difference is visibly astounding (especially since he didnt have much to work with in the beginning). 10/10 would recommend.

Use Javier for my lawn and foliage needs. He offered the same services as Massi but was 80 bucks less a year. The previous company guy was ok but when you throw down liquid treatment and stop 3/4 thru due to a down pour . Then dont follow up or offer any compensation. Your not doing well to keep customers which often happens with big name outfits. Javed comes with advance notice hell text you prior if you wish or he needs a gate unlocked. He responds to my inquires and addresses any concerns promptly. Did I mention he does what a big named outfit did for less than I was paying. Plus he is a small local businesses and youll often see him out and about town, say hi when you do!

Careful. Has a brochure touting $900 yearly service with $100 off for up-front payment. Then tried to raise the price to $1,200 since Dunes yards are too large for the advertised deal.. Then raised price to over $2,100 when we declined the $100 off up-front payment offer spelled out in the flyer.

This is our second year with them. Our lawn had a mole cricket infestation they were eating my lawn up badly. Javier quickly took care of this and my lawn is looking better than it ever has. He will work with you on your specific issues and is great with communicating. After 4 other lawn care companies failed me, Javier does what none of the others could. He customized the service to exactly what we needed.

The owner clearly does not care about improving your lawn. His goal is to hook you into signing a 6-month contract. His visits will begin to decrease to an 8min visit, he rushes to avoid communicating with dissatisfied customers. Hes undoubtedly incompetent and lacks the necessary skills.
