Having Massey for termite protection for well over a decade, I recently found the need to replace our home pest control company and knew only one contact was necessary. Debbie Frank, my Massey representative for many years of termite protection, was beyond helpful at ascertaining the needs for my home and provided an annual protection plan at an admirable price. I knew from my first inquiry with her about additional services that I had contacted the perfect person to continue and expand my home protection.. Thank you very much, Debbie, for your guidance and assistance in increasing my protection coverage with Massey. You are the reason it happened and all around just THE BEST!
Asked for Massey to quote my home for lawn service. Appointment time was 2p. The inspector arrived 20 minutes early and instead of calling when no one answered the door they decided it was ok to come into my screened pool enclosure to continue knocking at doors. I have everything on my cameras. When confronted by his office the manager stated he was measuring. I don’t have grass in my screened in pool lanai. Do you? I was 10 minutes away when this occurred and I had not given permission for the staff to make their way on my property without me. No one called to ask for permission either. This is an unacceptable way to do business.
I used Massey when I moved in two years ago. I had a one year agreement for lawn care and irrigation maintenance. At the end of the year Massey automatically renewed the irrigation service agreement at a much higher rate with no notice. Apparently they expect you to remember the anniversary date of the agreement. I was unaware of the price change until I received a bill. They refuse to credit me because I did not cancel 30 days prior. Hard to do with no notice. Now I am forced to pay for service e I did not want or have the bill sent to collections. The customer service people are rude and nasty and impossible to deal with. I would never recommend entering into any agreement with these people
I'm a new customer with Massey after moving from another company. Anthony, the general manager and my first contact, has been great to work with. He's very informative and thorough. Roberto is the irrigation specialist. He did a great job going through our system, making adjustments and pointing out things that I wasn't aware of. So far they have been timely and very professional.
Many thanks to Peter Guido. Several irrigation lines were cut during my fence install and Peter went above and beyond to insure the lines were temporarily repaired. New sod had been laid and irrigation was a must to insure success of the sod. Massey has been excellent in serving my total irrigation and lawn care. A true A team.
After a year of being introduced to Massey, we finally decided to hire them for their services. Both sales calls/estimates were performed by Danielle Weller. Danielle was very thorough and a pleasure to work with! Looking forward to seeing how their weed control service will help correct our lawn.
I called Massey because my sprinkler would not turn off. It was late in the day and all the technicians had gone home. The supervisor was kind enough to come and turn off the valve that hat stuck and told me that he would have someone call me to schedule a valve replacement. I think that Massey has superior service and I really appreciate that he went out of his way to fix my problem. Thank you so much
I requested an evaluation of my irrigation system because the watering coverage was not good. Danielle from Massey came to my house and evaluated the whole system, identifying the items that needed repair and replacement. Within a week, Roberto came exactly on time. Roberto performed the work like it was his own yard. His attention to detail and desire to ensure the irrigation system was performing at top efficiency was extremely appreciated. Roberto and the Massey team are true professionals in the field of lawn care and maintenance. I will always request Roberto for all my irrigation needs!
Excellent experience
came out to repair sprinkler system which the did but there were places where the water did not reach and they had to come back out and redo some of the work which they did in a timely manner. All employees were professional and on time

My lawn looks great.
This was the first service we had done. Watching him I was impressed with all the fertilizer that was done then weed spray. All done in abundance along with a soil sample. So far they were very thorough.

Vincent Corrado has been doing my lawn service about 4 years. he does my lawn professional getting all the grass covered. hes polite, always rings the bell to see if i have any concerns or questions. I do my part of watering and Vincent does his, were a team . Im very happy!

Brandon did a fine job on the yard. He walked it with a backpack and he sprayed it.
Had new sodded lanw installed, Massey took on the fertilization of new sod. First year, sod struggled to establish, by years end, problems with lawn. Massey said would recover next year. The next year lawn continued to die off, weeds growing. By second years end, approximately 30% of lawn destroyed. Massey attempted to plug my sodded lanw to repair, no success. Now waiting to see what Massey does for the balance of my failing lawn.
Expected a call back. Never heard from them
Well, I had a bad experience to begin wtih. Apparently they actually cared about the lawn and the irrigation system. Today Nick and Anthony came out and spent hours making sure I was happy. They didnt argue and just sat around waiting for the stupid rancho water system to connect. They worked very fast and were extremely friendly. I would suggest that if you are not happy with one of the workers or the way they conduct business, to reach out to manager as they will get it done and make sure of it!

Our lawn had some serious problems with chinch bugs this summer. Danielle arrived promptly to analyze our lawn and propose a solution. Derek arrived the next day to provide the first treatment. Both Danielle and Derek were on time, very professional, and they are very knowledgeable regarding St. Augustine lawns. Now well await the results, and I am hopeful for a quick turnaround.
1st application of a new year long contract. Technician, Derek, was knowledgeable and came to the door to explain the process. Time will tell but if the results mimic the thoughtfulness and apparent knowledge of the technician, well be happy.

I wasnt at home when they came to do the lawn but what I seen from the cameras he put fertilizer and sprayed the complete lawn.
Salesman was very knowledgeable when he came to look at my property. Offered various services and options. The first application came a few days later. The technician was very kind and knew exactly what my lawn needed.

Massey is a ripoff! They are over charging costumers! I choose to used Massey even they charge 3 times the cost of my other lawn company after the first lawn company didnt do good on my new lawn. My plan is $125 bimonthly. They charge initially $125 treated the lawn and even before that month ends, I called for service call and they told me they are scheduled to come in the area first week the next month. Came the first week of the month they treated the lawn but after a few days, they sent me a bill for $149. For that treatment they made that was suppose to be a service call and dont have a charge. And next month after that, lawn looks really bad and nobody taking care of the lawn until a lot of dead area on my lawn. I called and they will come only if I pay for another treatment. Massey is overly rated. Just use the cheapest lawn company because it will all be the same but different prices. Massey is the most expensive ripoff!
