Crue Cut Lawn Maintenance in Palm Coast

I wanted to provide an update to my previous review. Crue cuts reached out and we were able to resolve the concerns. They were here today and planted more of a variety of plants like originally planned. I support and appreciate any business that takes negative feedback and takes the opportunity to make a positive change.

Could not be happier with Joe and his crew. They are extremely competent, responsive and their attention to detail is something you just don't always get in the landscaping world. The team was always communicating with us to ensure their work matched our vision exactly and the end result was simply stunning. Joe, the owner, is exactly the kind of small business owner that makes a community great. You will not find a better value and experience for your money.

Everything Crue cuts Landscaping has done for us has been excellent and professional in all aspects on our landscaping projects. It’s a small family business, I tell them to make our landscaping look beautiful and give them free range in doing so, I ask them to tread us like great Grandparents. They have our permission to use us as a reference and contact us. God’s Blessing.

Did not show up to do the job after I had to change what I needed done due to financial and medical issues. When I attempted to contact the company I was hung up on twice after introducing who I was. I will take my business elsewhere.

I hired them in January for a yard cleanup and then bi-weekly cuts going forward. They did an awesome job on the cleanup. The yard was looking rough and they trimmed back all the bushes, and I was very happy with the outcome. It was January when I hired them, so the grass didn’t need much tending to at the time. Since it’s warmed up though, they’ve only come out a handful of times. It was disappointing to have a great start and then it be weeks in between cuts. I finally had to switch to another company.

Hired them to do some yard work. Thought they were a bit pricey, but they came recommended by a neighbor. They spent about six hours and left. Charged us $700 and demolished several of our irises and chopped up our drip line irrigation all over the place. Called and asked them to please fix the irrigation. After many calls, Joe came and fixed one line, out of about ten that had been destroyed. Called several more times and received a variety of excuses. NEVER use these guys. Massive disappointment and costly damage to our landscaping.

I have been using Crue Cut for 12 years at two different properties. His employees do a good job and are polite. I have used them for lawn mowing, mulch, planting, tree removal, etc. I am always happy.
