Live in a community with HOA lawn service that the residents pay for. Coreys employees tare up sprinklers and cut gutter downspouts. Have cut garden hose in half. Employees have an attitude and they will not repair what they ruin. Overspray plants and kill them. The HOA loves them and so do all the old geezers that are residents. The motto is same old same old. Keep things the same and accept poor service. They are not allowed to cut my backyard due to previous damage. Again, they cut the rear yard and cut down a little sago palm I planted. Called SSMG and they have not offered to replace the palm. The association president is useless. Why dont they use another vender?

Corey has been a great business partner and tentative to the needs of my business. Prices are reasonable and leadership is eager to make sure of a job well done.

I was glad to find a company that would cover all my lawn care and landscaping needs. BUT Unfortunately when I received the estimate I called the office since it listed chemical insect control which I didnt ask about and it was a bit confusing on all the pricing.and what they were doing. The woman in the office are clueless on this information and bit sarcastic. Because they cant answer any questions. I wanted to make an appointment and they couldnt do that either .. They dont handle the appointments. So we found another company got an estimate and made an appointment. I didnt think this company had so many different departments that you need to wait to make an appointment for estimates scheduling and the work. My suggestion is to get an answering machine The ladies in the office are useless Called back Corey and canceled my appointment request and got a more on the ball company. They even asked if we had an appointment they couldnt find that either. Communicaton with your people Corey you need to.

I love it when the grass is cut and the lawn company cleans up the leaves. However, the last lawn company I hired didnt clean up the leaves. However, Corey Enterprises Lawn & Landscape made my lawn look good.

I ve had them out to the house to fix my sprinklers many times (the original sprinkler system is almost 20 years old) & they always do a great thorough job at a very affordable cost. Contacted Corey Enterprises because of my red ant problem. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend the time talking me through the process of eliminating the ants in a safe manner. I highly recommend the company due to their professionalism.

Corey does things and never communicates with the customer. I am forced to use Corey Lawn Care. They tested my water irrigation system and it will not turn on. I am forced to do the watering myself. They cannot get grass to grow so they make the mulch beds bigger and leaving empty mulch beds. Instead they should remove the leaves and keep the mulch beds in tack. The service is poor due to management. Staff is under educated on what they should be doing. The problem is management.

This company is phenomenal very honest , priced fairly and dependable . Sadley I had to cancel my cobra early and the office was very pleasant and there was no hassle . I am in a better place now and am looking to call them again. Very good company and work is on point . Thank you Cory

Excessive noise from equipment is far beyond normal. Several weed whackers going at same time.Starts at 8:00AM and goes on for an hour and a half.

I contacted the establishment gave them detailed instructions of the service is it required. With a basic cutting twice a month edging and bushes. I was convinced into doing a weekly cut and edging for $110 a month. The first cut was amazing because it was so overdue and they did a great job. My Bushes were perfectly Square the grass is cut and edged up. The subsequent cuts and noticed they were no edging and My Bushes were not done. After our conversation its apparent that they cut the bushes the first time but I had neglected to fully read the contract and the bushes were not in it and it was a quick $30 a month up sell for six bushes which I declined. What business owner discusses with a client their business model and how they make a profit after the first month when the client is wishing to cancel the agreement because the contract did not enclose what was discussed over the phone. Granted I should have read it but I was very clear and it was pretty simple cut-and-dry. I made them aware that I would honor the contract but I would not be renewing I subsequently made them aware in August and September that I would not be renewing the contract. Here we are in October the contract expired yet they still charge me the monthly fee 13 months later and were very Curt on the phone when I made them aware. If you enter into an agreement with this Corporation be sure to stringently read your contract because what you agree to might not end up on the paper.

The owner took the time to drop by and direct the crew on proper placement of trees and shrubs. He gave us advice on proper maintenance and care for the longevity of our beautiful landscape. I had an issue with a worker climbing over our privacy gate onto our back deck looking around. I phoned this company and left a detailed message for them to address and call me back. No call and no action taken. Very poor customer service and security.

Service is over priced. For me being a Disabled Army veteran most places give 10% discounts and some even 20% I was surprised to hear that in order to get a discount I had to pay upfront for the WHOLE year which is $105 per month that is a payment of $1260 UPFRONT for lawn care, which ONLY includes the basic lawn care - cut, trim, blow and ONLY get 5% discount.... UNBELIEVABLE! NO THANK YOU COREY ENTERPRISES - I make sure I let every vet and everyone in my community know not to use your services!

Used them for a year, my yard was in bad shape after 1 year of nothing but cutting it to start with turned my great lawn bad, they stated it would take a year to get it back so I said ok singed a 1yr term April 2004 to April 2015. The lawn 8 months later never was clear of weeds only a slight change. Since then I built a pool completed in December, then the expensive new grass was installed in January they sprayed in February and by march I had dollar weed along with other weeds throughout the new lawn only 2 months old.

I recently had Corey Enterprises install 4 Robellini Palms for my home in Ormond Beach. They picked out four gorgeous palms for me and did an outstanding job planting them. They showed up early and did a very professional job. They made sure the palms were nice and straight and they ensured that they were stable in their new soil. I could not be more happy with the job they did. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs landscaping done. They even do sprinkler systems as well as lawn care. I personally met the owner as he came to my property for the installation of the new palms and he was very kind and made sure that I was happy with everything. 5 star service!

I cannot even express how truly amazed we are with the transformation of our lawn thanks to Corey Enterprises! Stetson Mansion is Floridas first luxury estate and we welcome thousands of visitors from around the globe. Two years ago the estates lawn started taking a horrible turn for the worst, and no matter what we tried nothing helped. Just before we were about to rip out the lawn I made one last ditch effort and contacted Corey to come out and survey the damage as well as the problem. They told me that they could save the lawn in a reasonable time frame and that I would see results almost immediately. I actually believed them and within 5 days the lawn was greener and the downward spiral ceased. From that point on the lawn restoration began and within a few months the results were dramatic. They never once promised me pie in the sky results but instead gave me a realistic forecast and treatment plan that they stuck with and modified when necessary. They responded to every one of my inquiries and reassured me with every one of their visits. Today the lawn at the Stetson Mansion is gorgeous and thanks to Corey Enterprises the the landscape now enhances the grandeur and beauty of this architectural masterpiece even more. We are not only proud to recommend Corey to everyone that visits the Stetson Mansion but we are so confident with their services that we actually display their signage on the grounds of the estate.
