When we built our home in Hammock Dunes over ten years ago, Paradise designed and installed our landscaping. For more than 10 years, Paradise has maintained our landscape. Miguel Ruiz has been the Foreman of the Paradise Landscaping Crew who has served our home from DAY ONE. Many of our neighbors often describe our landscape as ONE OF THE BEST LANDSCAPES IN HAMMOCK DUNES. This reflects positively on Miguel and his Paradise crew. They have been serving our pool since the inception of our pool. Paradise service continues to be SECOND TO NONE because they treat their customers like they matter.

Jimmy at Paradise Landscaping company made the difference for me with my experience at Paradise Landscaping. We had several errors in our landscaping that needed to be fixed. Jimmy listened to me, took the time to explain how we needed to take care of our landscaping, and ensured that the errors were fixed to my liking and that I was satisfied as a customer. His personal touch made me feel valued and reassured me that any errors would be fixed. I truly appreciate his personal attention to details and his customer service skills. Overall, our experience was a positive one and I am happy that Paradise landscaping took care of my landscaping needs.

We finished construction on our new home in March of 2021 and contracted Paradise through our builder to design and install complete landscape package costing several thousand dollars. Personnel were very professional during design phase and grading was done by builder to exact specs. Following installation two Palm tress died along with some plants which Paradise replaced. What became an issue is the sod specified was to be of top grade floratam similar to what Paradise installed at a home just down the street finished three months prior. Following installation I notice the sod was in varying heights and not growing evenly compared to the other. I contacted Paradise and someone came out to inspect and told me the lawn needed fertilizer, which was done by a service company, then they would monitor the lawn. It has now been over a year and the lawn has been fertilized, irrigated and even aerated to stimulate growth. At this time the photos below show the same as a year ago with no improvement yet the comparable lawn is doing great. I have again contacted Paradise with no response. I can not in all honesty recommend Paradise for any landscaping project. Between the palm trees and shrubs dying, irrigation issues and the sod problem, not worth the money or aggravation. I have always given the benefit of the doubt and chance to make things right before going to the extreme. But in this case we are beyond that and if I could rate less than one star I would. Update: It has again been several weeks since I contacted Paradise again and was told their operations department was notified. In the meantime the lawn looks worse and the palm replacing dying one last summer is also dying which I sent an email about with no response. Before spending any large amount of money for landscaping by this company I would look elsewhere.

We just can't say enough about how pleased and impressed we are with our completed landscaping project. Paradise Landscaping is a shining example of excellence! Every team member was friendly, polite and accommodating. Their attention to every detail shows in the beautiful results. We have already had several people stop to ask what company did the work. Rest assured that we will be telling everyone about Paradise Landscaping.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Company did work next to my yard. They hit my fence. They also left a huge mess in my yard. The supervisor was very rude. Definitely would not recommend. This Company needs to TRAIN employees on customer service and tideness. This is an LGI contractor. UPDATE they "fixed my yard" with this sod...these are chuncks of dead weeds just thrown on top of the ground. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I’m very unhappy with my landscaping package through this company. My magnolia trees were damaged and sickly when planted behind my new home. After several calls and inquiries the company finally came back and inspected the trees. They insisted the trees were fine. However the trees were sparse, leaves only at the top and bottom. No leaves in the middle. Very poor quality, damaged, and awful looking. Not the type of trees for our HOA community. Having the trees replaced by another company at my own expense. Would not recommend this company.
