Hulett Environmental Services in Palm Beach Gardens

We come from up north and palmetto bugs don t exist up there. Needless to say I nearly had a heart attack when I saw these huge roaches in my newly purchased home- 2 dead and 1 very much alive. I called Hulett because this house isn t big enough for the 5 of us (me and my husband). They came immediately. I signed the contract and 2 separate people came on two separate occasions. One checked the attic spaces, saw no evidence of any critters but put plenty of poison up there. The other came and made sure to do the inside and outside of my house, all the while giving me a therapy session while I gnashed my teeth and asked what else could be done. It s called a severe phobia in case any readers of this review think I m a big baby. This wonderful woman technician Martha, who comes from Brooklyn and has seen the worst of the worst critters promised to come back if I see any more of these ridiculously large sized roaches- aka palmetto bugs. I used to like palm trees and now that I know they live in these things well not so much! Hulett was professional, timely, and hopefully effective- I will keep a very watchful eye!

I have been let down by my previous pest control company many times. The technician would arrive and be gone in less than three minutes. I kept accepting that this was normal until one day I had enough. I decided to give Hulett a try and I am glad I did. My technician Dieugrand Joseph took the time to thoroughly take care of my house inside and outside. He even was meticulous to wipe the entire outside of my home so there were no cobwebs or spiders. This was a big pet peeve of mine that my last pest control company never did. If you are unhappy with your pest control company, give Hulett a try. They will make you happy.

We have had Kyle as our Hulett technician for a few years now and we couldn t be happier. He answers all my questions and listens to my concerns if I have seen insects. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my pest control.

We woke up this morning to an invasion of carpenter ants throughout our house. We called our current pest control service, who couldn t provide us with emergency service. We then called Hulett And got somebody outside the house within a couple of hours and then sent the technician in two hours later on a Saturday morning last minute They were very thorough and professional and got the job done Besides being very pleasant to deal with, we have canceled a previous exterminator and we re going to use this company because they showed that they care about the people they serve even if you weren t an already customer

They are the best

I have lived in my home for 4 years and have constantly had a problem with ants in my kitchen and master bathroom. My Hulett technician, Terry B., would come out and spray inside and outside my home whenever I called sometimes more than once a month. Approximately a month and a half ago Terry came out again after I called reporting ants again in my kitchen. He asked me if he could look around my home to see if he could find where these ants were coming in and I told him to go ahead. Terry found my dryer vent was not installed correctly. The vent hose was tapped to the wall where the vent hole is. There was no door closing that vent so all pests were coming inside. In my 4 years living here I could even hear lizards coming inside the hose vent. I couldn t believe it! I called my repairman who purchased the dryer vent kit and properly installed my vent hose to a new dryer vent with a proper door that opens when the dryer is in use and closes when I m not using the dryer. My ant infestation was so bad I was considering putting my home up for sale. I am happy to report my hero, Terry B. Of Hulett Environmental Services, saved the day! I have not seen a live ant in my home in the last month. Terry B. performed over and above finding the solution to my ant problem and I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. Thank You Terry B.!

Hulett does a great job controlling Florida pests. The best part is there employees who are always knowledgeable and willing to take a look at anything you bring to their attention. Occasionally I get those very small ants on kitchen and bathroom countertops and they immediately set little traps with bait in them that they take back to their colony which kills them all. They knock down mud dobber nests as well as spiders webs. Kerry B is my technician who does an amazing job!

MannyThanks to Abraham from Hulett for daring to go in to my attic crawl space,a place filled with insulation and dust,he was determined to get to the problem with my carpenter ants and red ants, he baited and sprayed my entire house. From having to kill nearly 15 to 20 of these pest every day,I have only seen a couple and hopefully with regular treatment they will disappear for good. Akeem came for the first service/ treatment for our home we recently moved into, in Royal Palm Beach. Friendly, professional, and in my opinion even more knowledgeable than the initial sales guy that sold the service. I have a curious and analytic personality. I like to know how things work. Seemed like the sales rep was giving canned answers with fancy industry jargon and acronyms in hopes that it sounded impressive enough to not have answer follow-up questions in more detail. There were even some inconsistencies with what was said regarding pricing and frequency of follow up services vs what my wife read in the contract before signing and had to point out and bring to the sales rep s attention. Anyhow the new house had roaches and we wanted to address this issue quickly, so we moved forward in purchasing Hulett s service. Akeem was the tech that came to the actual treatment service a couple days later and was fantastic. AKEEM GETS 5 STARS! He answered all my questions, and in a way that made sense. I could tell he actually understood the pest control treatments, how it worked, and even why it worked. Even more impressive, he was able to articulate this in layman s terms in what felt like natural conversation. He knows his profession. Roaches are gone. Thank you Akeem.

I pointed out a garage door that appeared to have some of the frass (which is termite droppings). He examined the whole door frame interior and exterior, as well as the door itself and treated any areas he thought might be suspect. Jose also performed an external property inspection And let me know everything looked good! I can wholeheartedly say I was very pleased and can definitely recommend Hulett and Jose. His inspection which took roughly an hour and a half gave me good peace of mind, knowing that my home is still protected against any termites. Thanks.

Jose, came out. He was on time to do the work. I showed him the effected areas. He took care of termite damage to my outside utility room. Then he came inside and sprayed the the attic. Then he went to each room and bored into the walls and patched up where he placed poison. He covered yhe bedrooms, both bathrooms. Then he covered all 3 bedrooms and the kitchen.

Ive had a contract with Hulett since 2006 and they have always taken care of any pest problems quickly and professionally. They answer the phone and direct you to the correct department without delay and always pleasant and courteous. Recently I had to have them tent my house for termites. Though not a pleasant experience Jon Depriest was more than helpful guiding us through the process. I highly recommend Hulett and would not deal with any other pest control service. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
