I asked them not to blow neighbors clippings in my drive way and they went to office and said I was harassing them. That is sad

Quality of work has gone downhill. Always delay cutting, grass was a foot tall in the back because they aren't on schedule. Then they leave the clumps of grass in the yard. My neighbors and us have to constantly text. I don't know what happened to this company but I have to go out and rake the yard when they are done, this is unacceptable.

Brian and his team were basically the only people that answered the phone. Liked him from the start, and exceeded my expectations. There was a price increase, but incase u haven't bought ribs or jalapeños at joe prices, this has happened with every project I've done in last 2 years. Timely and quick would highly recommend. Space coast irrigation was his sub for water needs and they will also get 5 stars. Great job fellas!!

Cobb's is pretty reliable and their work looks good. However, time and time again, we have billing issues. This is the third separate occassion this has happened. We send them check which clear the bank only for Cobb's to make no notation of it in their records. This leads them to send us statements showing past balances due which we do not owe. The owner gives us reassurances over the phone that the issue will be taken care of which lead to no resolution. The very next statement it shows an even larger balance. I don't know about everyone else, but I could use the time more wisely than trying to get resolution through numerous emails and phone calls.

I would not hire them if you paid me! After they just cut me off driving down Babcock twice do I had to break at a complete stop in their huge lawn service truck is completely unacceptable! Shows how much of an a****** you really are! I'm glad to see the safety of my self, my unborn child, and my toddler in the car are less important to you than getting to where you're going in such a hurry! Take that into consideration the next time you cut people off in your company vehicle

I've had Cobb's Total Lawn Care maintaining my property for about 5 years. Bryan and his team are very reliable and they do an outstanding job. I highly recommend them...forget the rest and hire the best!
