This business was fired from maintaining our HOA property due to failure to perform work that was in the contract

I was in need of a couple pine trees being cut down before hurricane season and flawless came out gave me a quote and had a full crew out there to get it knocked out for me. Everyone was very professional and got this project done. Thank you for the awesome experience!

They have horrible business practices. They illegally drive trucks all over the date. Management takes it advantage of their employees. And put their livelihood at risk by doing this and they will fire you if you say anything about it.

Highly recommend this company for landscaping. Knowledgeable, efficient and courteous team. An overgrown perimeter of our property and pond area was cleared quickly. Plan to use them for sodding a large area on the property.

Weve been using Flawless for about 5 years to clear the brush in our back lot. They came out and did a brush clear on an acre with no road access. They were on time and worked hard getting it done quickly. Looking forward to working with them again. This year were going to try getting the lot graded so we can try to maintain it a bit ourselves. There was a little damage to a neighbors fence(due to dumping trash) and Flawless took care of the repairs quickly and efficiently. I will always recommend them.

These guys delivered big time! Had an urgent project with a time crunch and not only did they get it done but they did a FANTASTIC job. They cleared out some tree lines and removed a fence for us in less than a day for a great price. Everyone I worked with there was easy to work with and very friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Mike and his company stand out in their field. Mike came in and saved the day multiple times while we were building our house! He built our house pad and was instrumental in problem-solving along the way. In a field of people who wont call you back or dont do what they say, Mike and his company are a breath of fresh air. After less than professional service from competitor, Mike with Flawless Landscaping was referred to us by a contractor we used and he uses for stump grinding work. He met with us our at our house and took the time to understand our concerns, returned calls and texts as well as his office. He planned step by step and weather permitting how to correct the problem we were left with. His guys and subcontractors were all professional, showed up on time, left our property clean, asked questions when in doubt, and we were updated each step of the way what was going to happen next. We had 4 trees removed, many sabal palms cleaned up, stumps ground, good dirt delivered and spread throughout our property, sod delivered and Flawless coordinated it all. Thank you Mike and Lisa for all of your communication throughout this process. We appreciate it and look forward to working with you in the future.

Mike came out and I showed him the pepper trees that covered 20% of two of my horse pastures that I wanted removed. I also said I did not want the trees around my pond removed because they provided shade for my fish and turtles. When the job was done, all my trees by my pond were down, the pepper trees were mulched and covered 50% of both pastures. The mulch was comprised of huge chunks of wood and sharp 4 to 5 foot branches that were impossible to walk on let alone let horses on. My husband stepped on a branch and it slapped his leg making it bleed. For 3 weeks I called and said that the pastures had been made unsafe for my horses. Mike came out again and saw the mess that had been made and offered to push the mess to the edges for more money. He also said the pond looked clearer without the shade. I waited a week for someone to come out and finally called Tree Removal Expert Plus to hire them to make my pastures safe for my horses. For two and a half days they used a bobcat to fill a huge trailer 9 times and take it to the dump. They worked relentlessly and even hand raked the mulch that the bobcat missed. They would not take a penny until I said I was totally satisfied with the job. Flawless made the mess and Tree Removal Experts Plus fixed it. Ten minutes after I posted a review on my neighborhood site, I received a call from Flawless offering to do the job Mike had told me about the week before. I told them it was taken care of. I was then asked if I had posted a negative review, I said yes, and they asked that I take it down. I wish I had read a review like this and I will leave it up so nobody else has to go through this hassle and expense.

They were great and extremely responsive. I will gladly use them again for all landscaping needs in the future!

This company is a poor excuse of a business,lisa cram the owner is a joke they damaged my vehicle and refuse to take ownership so now Im out over a thousand dollars and the only thing I did wrong was park my truck...

Flawless cleared a large section of sea hibiscus which grow more dense and out of control then Brazilian pepper. The forestry grinder operator had some amazing skills and navigated the trees I wanted to keep and a wall without any damage. They also removed several other large trees from my property and when comparing with other quotes I received saved me nearly 6000 dollars! Thanks Sam and the Flawless company!!

Keaton and his team cut and maintain the common area for Carolwood estates. They do a great job in a timely manner and very responsive when I have requests. I also have used flawless for tree removal and do a fantastic job.

Kearon is always professional, courteous, and prompt with responses. I appreciate the continuous outreach and follow-up that I receive every time I have requests for service, and follow up with any issues spotted as he completes his property inspections.

They came out with their palmetto grinder machine and did an outstanding job! This is the third time I have used them . They also in the past trimmed 12 giant oaks trees for me at another property They made those trees look incredible like you would see in a Magazine for landscaping . Very fair priced and they are professional in every step of the process .

This is one of the best lawn care service Ive ever seen in the city of Melbourne and Palm Bay. Ive been in the lawn business for over 20 years plus Ive owned my own business I know what Im talking about when it comes to this line of work. This company is by far one of the most attractive and accepted businesses in the surrounding counties of Brevard county.

Flawless did a superior job trimming our oak trees and clearing up brush around. They arrived on time and quickly got the job done ahead if schedule. The team was transparent, friendly, and professional.

Called and talked to Lisa about grinding up our vacant lot, she sent someone promptly to do a quote and got back to me quickly... Davie came out and grinned up everything on the lot, he was cautious not to hurt our fence or cars parked close by, he even got out to check if a bird nest was occupied before tearing out the tree attached to the nest. We were very happy with the quick service and the company was very efficient and professional.

Had to keep checking w them took them awhile to get back with us they set up a date to come trim trees did not give us a time ask my wife to call because rather than sit all day .The lady answered the the phone we ask what time she said hold on came back and stated it would have to be thursday I just cancel appointment went w someonelse If we had not called no one contact us

I had 4 very large oak trees removed from my residence. Things to do... Get at least 2 estimates. Ask questions, type of equipment, how do you plan to lower limbs. How do you plan to remove cuttings, stump grinding? Please remember... lowest quote is not always best value. I could not be more pleased with their job. I spoke to Jill yesterday afternoon, Mike came out this morning and Dave had the job done by 5pm. I had several stands of palmettos I needed clearing from 2 lots, as well as overgrown Brazilian Pepper and a code enforcement notice. Mike called PBCE and ascertained exactly what needed to be done, quoted me and did the job. They were fast, professional, affordable, went above and beyond. Excellent workmanship, excellent customer service, very personable and friendly, rapid communication, on time and exactly as promised. Highly recommended.

I got a 12:45 a.m. phone call from my daughter and her boyfriend they needed to be rescued brought them home took him for a job interview and now he works for this awesome company

They only get one star for the design. Major landscaping for residence after pool installation ($8K) and initial plan was what sold me. Execution was horrible. Plants were not put in according to the plan , no fertilization was used, team did not have proper equipment ( I let them use mine), and the the grading was screwed up and my porch is flooding (will cost a bunch more to correct). Many plants are dead or dying and it looks like someone just dropped plants randomly plus they did not create a barrier to disguise the pump as asked (main deal with the HOA). Front is just as bad. Horrible job and would give 0 stars if I could. I am hiring another landscaper to correct. I saved 6 months for this and consider it a bad stock purchase at this point. 9/12/2020 Update - I think you should have checked your facts prior to responding. To anyone that reads this I never give bad reviews but in this case felt people should be made aware. My rebuttal... 1.) The only reason I paid was because in the state of FL any contractor could put a lien on your house for a bill over $2.5K. Would rather pay and work it out in court. 2.) Grading was perfect prior to Flawless. Your company did not regrade or install a french drain. I dug a temporary trench in an electrical storm to drain 3-4 inches of water from my patio. I now am paying another $1.5 K to fix because water is leaching into the entire South side of my house and I have 2-3 inches on my new lanai every time it rains. Again today I was out in the rain fixing the trench I installed until I can get this professionally fixed. We found the issue after tearing up floors to install new. I currently cannot have floors installed until this issue is corrected. 3.) Pavers were part of the original estimate. You had to pay additional to Elite because your first team was not experienced in laying pavers and did a terrible job and screwed up the grade. I had to lend them my tamper and other tools. They also cut pavers on my front entry leaving damage there as well. 4.) Plant Condition - Mother nature has been watering the plants. They are dying because they are not full sun plants and are in an area that gets full sun 8am to 8pm. I also did not get the plants selected (eg. Pink Plumeria versus White, missing plants, etc) I have other things to discuss with Flawless that I will take off line so this is my last response. I have never posted a poor review like this for anyone but feel people should be aware of my experience.

They did a much better job than expected. Cut a few trees down. Shaped a oak and removed a couple of additional big tree stumps. You couldnt tell there where here except the wonderful job they did. Need tree or landscaping done call them first. Youll regret if you dont.

We had just purchased an 8.4 acre lot that was densely covered in a bed of very mature palmettos and other brush. Just happened to be on site when I saw these guys working on the adjacent lot. We were so impressed with the speed and quality of work we hired them to clear ours. What a great a great work ethic. These guys never stopped....6 days later and what a transformation. Completely opened everything up. Its like the palmettos never existed!!

I have had Flawless lawn service for 7 years and they have always done a great job. They show up every Wednesday morning and in 30 minutes my lawn looks great and I dont have to spend 3 hours on the weekend mowing my grass. I thank all of you for making my life a little easier.

Horrible service. They destroyed a water line at a park I was staying at. Weed wacked thru residents cable and internet wires. Destroyed one persons flower pots to the point it was trashed. And when she called them to discuss it they blew her off. I asked Park why they use them and they said that its cuz theyre cheap. You pay cheap you get cheap the company is not worth it.
