The absolute worst experience Ive ever had with Lawn Care! They have total disregard for any personal property while they do their job they show up at their leisure, and have no form of communication whatsoever will not return phone calls and cannot follow directions. I hope this review saves someone else the headache of doing business with this company because they are absolutely terrible!

Update - Gave Lush Green another chance and Kristen was fantastic after the 1st application. Glad I gave them another chance. I used Lush Green for the previous 3 years. Last year was a horrible experience with them. they combined treatments because they didnt have enough help. Was told they fixed all their internal issues and they were going to send out a quote for 2020, never received it - clearly they have communication issues. It is hard to keep customers when you do not follow through. The tech that did come out the last few years was great - hence the 2 stars on the review.

Lush Green Landscapes takes care of the commercial property I manage. The employee Darrel Harris is outstanding. He goes above and beyond any lawn care worker Ive ever had in my 13 years managing this property. He truly cares about what he is doing and takes great pride in his work. He is a huge asset to this company. LGL is very reasonably priced and their work is far better than higher priced companies I have used in the past. GREAT JOB TEAM!!

Kristen P responded to my weed control issue on May 9,2022. I had weed control pre-emergent done on March 14.2020 and the weeds continue to multiple more than I have seen in the past 15 years!!!!!! Kristen quickly resolved the issue with another application and we no longer have a problem!!! You have a great employee whose customer service is exemplary. Pretty sad customer service. You call and get an answering service that gets you written down to have a scheduler call you back. I waited three weeks and no one called me back at all, even though it was claimed that urgent messages were sent to the owner and scheduler all with no response. Now I have to start over my place in line to get service. These folks really do not want your business at all. They could care less about new paying customers or they would at least call. Would not recommend this company to anyone. In addition, I read the rest of the negative reviews on here. Seems the owner is defensive at best. Always an excuse. Rarely takes responsibility and when does, it is always twisted. The excuse of we are busy or short staffed is nothing but an excuse. You are a landscape company. You will be busy during certain times of the year. Be proactive and be prepared. This company has much to learn in ways of customer service and decency. Truthfully I am surprised that reviews are rated this high.

The day I called to schedule for an irrigation system check, I quickly signed the agreement they sent over and shared my payment info as requested. Unfortunately, I STILL have not received a call from a scheduler to make the appointment. It s been over 4 weeks. I ve called several times and keep getting the run around that someone will call me the next day and it never happens. Very poor customer service.

We have used Lush Green for various work in our large yard for several years and they have always done a good job for us. Kristen was here recently and made sure we knew what she was going to be doing and explained what we should do or not do for the following 24 hour period to maximize the results of her application.

Been very happy with Lush Green Landscapes in our first season working with them. Comprehensive services done well, and good people. Eli and Zach are on our property weekly and do a great job. Looks good, they trim things up, make it clean and keep us posted on any issues. Going to work with them on garden landscaping as well.

Kristin came out and sprayed for bugs, but the elm beetles is what I was mostly interested in getting eliminated. Im very pleased with her service!

I had Lush green come spray because of the elm beetle problem we were having. Kristen went above and beyond and we appreciate her hard work. The bugs are disappearing and I couldnt be more happy. Thank you.

7/7/2022: Hired Lushgreen also for property clean-up of weeds and debris. Two men Darrell and Brock were sent out. They worked hard all day and did an amazing job! I got overwhelmed with the weeds and it was such a relief to finally get these taken care of. They knocked all the weeds down either by pulling them or weed-eating them down and preparing for a future spraying. Great job, great men, great attitudes, arrived on-time and super hard workers. I will absolutely continue to use this company. Thanks Guys! Amanda Pinnt Moe came out and did a bid; Very professional and very nice. The bid was completed very rapidly within a day or two, not a week or more like so many other companies. I ordered pest control yesterday and Kristen came out the next day; Did a great job and very friendly. She explained to me everything she was doing, what it entailed and about my pets staying out of sprayed area for a time for pet safety purposes. Moe and Kristen represented this company very well.

We had elm beetles. Now we don t! Thanks to Kristen who was great about listening to what we needed and she did a great job. Highly recommend if you have Elm Beetles or earwigs. Who knew earwigs could be an infestation?

Eli pulled all the weeds in my yard and there were a lot. He was very friendly and a hard worker. After he pulled them all, he hauled them away. My yard looks so nice. Kristen sprayed fertilizer and weed killer on my lawn and weed killer on all of the zero scape areas. She is friendly and a hard worker. They understand my goals for my yard and with their help I will get there. 7/27/22 Kristen and Darryl were back working on my yard with spraying for weed control. They do an excellent job, very fast and thorough.

They were quite willing to cut our lawn a little higher (due to the high heat Grand Junction has been experiencing. Sam Cook & Kristen Poole serviced our lawn today (6/13/22) and we are very pleased with this business. Thank you! Let me be clear here. I am giving 5 stars for Matt, the guy who does their irrigation work. He was great. He worked quickly and seemed knowledgeable. Now the office, they are a disaster. I waited a couple months for service, which i was expecting, due to it being middle of the season. However whenever they told me someone was going to call me, they never called, dates they said someone was coming out no one ever showed up. And one time they even scheduled for someone to show up without telling me, and still no one showed up. The office definitely has some communication issues they need to work out. Also, the company does not provide its workers with branded trucks or shirts. This is extremely important, it shows your professionalism as a brand and puts customers minds at ease. Personally when a random white truck with no branding shows up outside my house I get a little defensive.

Kristen was great on all counts! Above and beyond combined with excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I wish I was posting a different review here. They have done one project for me and did a great job, thats why I really wanted to use them for another. Took over a month to even get someone out here for a quote (3 unreturned phone calls), then over 2.5 more months (and 3 visits to my house to look again) and I still dont have a quote. 3.5 months and still no quote. When I became annoyed (like any normal person would after this ridiculousness), they said they were too busy and to go with someone else. AFTER I WAITED 3.5 MONTHS. Not before. Not during when they already knew they were busy. After. They will never get my business again and I hope this post helps someone else avoid this frustration.

Have used service for 6-7 years. Always on time, do excellent work rain or shine. Never leaves grass trimmings, friendly workers fair price.

Weeks of delays in initial installation . Crew often loafed and smoked to the point neighbors were commenting. After installing hoped to get a maintenance program started. After multiple requests over several months got a contract sent but zero follow up. Called multiple times with promises the would follow up but didn t. Discovered over time about 1/3 of irrigation was not turned on and corrected myself. 8 plants died in less than 8 months and I replaced myself as could not get a response . Horrible maintenance and follow-up. I could never recommend!

Matt and Jerry were fantastic! They knew what they were doing, identified my problems quickly, and fixed my broken timing box and sprinkler heads on the spot! No back and fourth with multiple appointments. Well definitely be using them in the future.

I was so worried that I was going to have to pay thousands of dollars to get my sprinkler system fixed. Joe was so honest. There was really nothing wrong. He made a few adjustments and that was all. I am so grateful!!!!

Matt was the representative from Lush Green Landscapes who installed a new pump for my mother-in-laws irrigation system. The system worked well after the pump was installed. Matt told me what he was doing during the installation process. He is very personable too.

Expensive, sloppy work, damaged property, unresponsive, poor communication between office and grounds crews. Would not recommend.

Terrible communication and follow up. We had many issues with this company and are still waiting for our system to be repaired. Do not expect them to tell you what time they plan to be there or communicate what they have done or if they will even be back. We were never shown how to work our sprinkler system, there is still a leak (which i contacted the main office about over a week ago). We had lots of work for them but ended up hiring someone else, who has been wonderful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

After a week and a half, I was told they didnt have guys with the skills to build planter boxes outof railroad ties. They say they are a full service landscaping company. Doesnt sound full service to me.

This company did some installations in my front yard and we re extremely professional and helping with my questions. I highly recommend this company!

All of our conversations were by phone, never onsite. the work was accomplished as planned/desired. unforeseen bumps in the road were addressed and the desired outcome was accomplished.They did two jobs for us. plus semi annual maintenance. You dont have to worry. the work gets done.

They never showed up for me!! They called, very nice. They even called 2 confirm our appointment and then left me waiting all day! I called them to follow up and they acted like they didnt even know what I was taking about! That does not seem professional or reliable at all!

We have loved our weed and fertilization treatments! Our lawn looks amazing and there are no weeds to be seen on the property. The technicians are all professional and dont mind explaining the service when needed.

I recently had a family member pass away and was trying to take care of things at there home in Colorado. They were able to come the next day and help me winterize the underground sprinkler service as well as taking care of the swamp cooler for me. Lush Green Landscapes helped me in my time of need and greatly appreciate there people and services.
