Natural Innovations designed and built a beautiful paver patio in our back yard, working to accent our decorative koi pond and fitting it nicely within other natural features. The owner, Michael was communicative, timely, budget conscious and completely professional. In fact, he was on site for much of the work and everything turned out beautifully, as described and on budget. I highly recommend this company.

I had a deck and shrubs removed and replaced with a paver patio last year. Mike of Natural Innovations worked with me every step of the way. He created a custom design, fitting it around a shade tree I wanted to keep and creating different functional areas. His suggestions for a sitting wall and lighting were inspired. I asked for a couple changes during the project and Mike was extremely accommodating and transparent regarding changes in his quote. The finished product is beautiful and includes everything I wanted when we first started discussing the project. It s an incredible outdoor living space. The work was completed on time and his crew was very helpful, friendly and professional. Mike s knowledge is invaluable and his workmanship and attention to detail is impeccable. All inspections passed without a hitch and the inspector was impressed with his work. You couldn t ask for a better contractor for a hardscape project!

Michael is an absolute perfectionist and artist. Admittedly, I was a little lost with the process and did not know where to begin. Luckily, Michael came in with original ideas and an artistic eye that made the process so much easier. He worked on both our front porch and back patio and elevated the look of our house so much with his design. On top of that, he is absolutely meticulous. He would spend hours rearranging the bricks of the patio to make sure that the design was just right. he is also very responsive and sets realistic expectations for how long the project would take. In our case it took a little bit longer than we had anticipated, but he was very good about keeping us abreast of the situation, so we were not in the dark wondering how much longer . I would definitely recommend Michael and his crew and use them again in the future!

Mike came out in 2020 to do paver maintenance and restoration of my paver patio. He explained the process, completes the work in a timely manner, and the quote was reasonable. He came back out recently as I requested paver restoration (suggested service is every 3-5 years). Mike didn t push a sale, walked the patio, and suggested getting in touch next year to have them take a look. They re a trustworthy company that does really quality work at every budget level. We had the privilege of working with Natural Innovations this summer of 2023. We were very happy with the entire process-from creating designs to the final plantings. We had a custom back patio complete with fireplace, seating wall, and grill/bar installed. It has a timeless look and feel and we loved spending our fall evenings in our new space! We also had a new front walkway installed with new plantings in back and front as well. Mike, the owner, was very responsive to our ideas and vision and he is very detail oriented which we needed! Mike and his team did a fantastic job restoring my unilock paver patio and front walk. They repaired some sunken pavers and cleaned, re-sanded, sealed the surfaces. They look like new! My wife and I are so incredibly happy with Natural Innovations and how everything turned out with our project! Not only were our patio and walkway total eye sores, but our patio was causing water to leak into our crawls space due to the layout and overall pitch. Mike and his crew designed and installed two beautiful concrete block retaining walls for us after demolishing our old rotting wood landscape timber retaining walls. Their knowledge in not only creating a beautiful to the eye retaining wall but a fully functioning system that includes a drainage system behind the new wall below adds so much to our property and gives us peace of mind that this wall will withstand the elements of time. His suggestion to add lights shining down from the top of the walls really make the walls stunning at night. Friends have referred to the finished products as a work of art and an amazing transformation! It was very enjoyable dealing with Mike and his Natural Innovations crew! I cannot say enough great things about Mike and his work! I had a few different companies come out and give me quotes for the hardscaping in our front yard and Mike was in a completely different league from the minute I met him. He actually took the time to walk the property, ask questions, and give me his opinion on what would look the best. I could tell he genuinely cares about his work (a total perfectionist) and really wants the customer to enjoy it, as well. He was extremely polite, prompt, and was overall a joy to have at the house. Mike was great to work with. We completely revamped the entire front of my home new front stoop, patio, retaining wall, walkway, lighting, plantings, and drainage. He presented his design and ideas in a way that really helped me to visualize the final product. They kept the site clean and organized and their attention to detail was excellent. I recently bought a home with a massive paver patio. There was some damage from the previous owners along with wear and tear from weather/neglect. Mike did a great job at installation of our patio and preparation of the site which also involved removal of large trees, regrading and sod for our yard and putting in a decorative tree. His expertise, advice and especially his idea for a patio design helped us select pavers and get a beautiful patio which without his help would have been boring. This was all at the same fair cost.
