Hot Desert Landscaping in Pahrump

I enlisted services a month and a half ago. While I was told the weeds were sprayed, there has been no improvement since they’ve grown back. I’ve tried reaching out the past two weeks to enlist services again but no returned phone calls.

When Joe and his crew showed up to plant 8 trees they were very meticulous on their work communication was great as to where to plant trees they put everything back in place when they got done attention to detail was a 10. I paid several hundred dollars for some work to be done on my sprinkler lines. The problems were not fixed, and they have not returned my calls. Edit; they came out twice and were paid in June of 2023. The second time was because I called back after they were "done" the first time to ask when the rest would be fixed. The work was never completed. They didn't fix the fountain, and said "I'm not an electrician" and they fixed a few of the sprinklers but not all of them, didn't fix the irrigation in the tree line, and DID leave trash all over my yard despite my asking them to pick up the little plastic pieces so my toddler and dog wouldn't. I've called almost a dozen times since then, my most recent call leaving a voicemail was 02/13 at 10AM.

Hot Desert Landscaping was very responsive including on a friday. They were great about making sure we didnt do unnecessary work.

Hired them to do some decorative accent rock around our new construction home and pool. All we provided them was a rough sketch of what we had in mind. What they produced was more artistic and beautiful than we had imagined. Plus their three person crew works together with good humor and impressive efficiency.

Ray and his crew did an excellent job on our yard. They trimmed our trees and our palms, and generally cleaned up all of our landscaping and rocks. We signed up for bi weekly service and they are attempting to save some of our trees which have had some insect problems. So far we are very happy with their service.

Contracted Hot Desert Landscaping to do a makeover on my front overgrown yard, with the installation of plastic sheeting below my gravel desert landscaping to address a recurring weed attack. Very Fair Price and a Super Job all the way around from Ray & Miles who busted their Coola's... Looks so good, I'm thinkin' about selling ! These Guys ROCK !!
