I have used Weed Man Lawn Care services for 3 years and their service has been great. I had an issue this year for the first time with both grubs and army worms killing a lot of my lawn. After a few visits and a few calls from Weed Man, the receptionist was able to help get my lawn issue resolved and my lawn is looking great again.
Receptionist was very helpful and gave positive attitude need more people like her in your company I was told someone would be calling me about my questions that not happening been probably two weeks
Today, our lawn was treated for control of crabgrass and broadleaf weeds. Nathaniel Housden (Nate) was efficient and thorough. Nate took the time to talk to us about what service was done and answered all my questions. Keep up the good work.
I wouldn't even rate it one star. Like flushing money down the toilet. Heed the warning. I feel like I was robbed by this place. I've been a customer for almost 3 months and the weeds in my yard are laughably noticeable. According to the charges on my card and the bills they put on my front door after their "treatment" they've been here 3 times. I've been charged nearly $400 and for all I know they drop off a bill and leave. This is the first time we've hired someone else to do our yard. We've both been so busy and thought this would alleviate some of the stress. It in fact has done the opposite. After seeing another charge on my account I called Weed Man to cancel our service. I went on to explain that I nor my husband could tell that anything was being done at all. Our only proof that they'd actually been here was the bill. Otherwise, I'd thought it was a scam. They told me they would cancel my service but If I did I would have to pay off the rest of my balance, of $250. Balance?!? Balance for what?? I call to cancel my service and hopefully receive at least a partial refund and they hit me with that. As you can imagine I'm livid. The whole time I'm looking at my front yard which is proof of everything I'm telling you and their only concern is more money. They didn't seem to care that the work I was paying them for wasn't getting done. It's the worst ran business I've ever dealt with and there's an obvious disconnect between office staff and field employees. Unfortunately, the customers will suffer the consequences.
We have used other area lawn services in the past. With each season our yard had more weeds and less grass. A Weed man representative was walking down our street late one summer evening and handed me a pamphlet about the services they offered as well as pricing. We have been with Weedman now going on four years. Our yard has never looked better summer or winter. They are always available to take my call and answer any questions. I cannot recommend this local yard care service enough.
I have always been pleased with the Weedman. They are reliable and professional. I saw a big difference in my lawn once I started using them a few years ago. If I see a patch of weeds, which is inevitable, they always respond quickly if I want them to come and reapply some weed control. They are also friendly and helpful whenever you call the place of business.
Called them for a weed problem, they showed up with a pre summer fertilizer treatment that they just did a week earlier. They fertilized again but when I told the technician that I had a major nut sedge problem he said that they were not spraying for that yet. He said he only had a backpack sprayer but would spot treat the yard. This is a new sod yard put in fall of 2021, zoysia grass.. treatment killed the grass in spots. Office said someone would come, never came, said someone would call, never did.
This branch was good when we first started using them a couple of years ago but it has gone downhill rapidly. Management is not responsive at all. Service quality is now very poor...I won't elaborate more to save the corporate brand embarrassment. I've used Weed Man before at other residences and they've always done well. But this branch has fallen apart for some reason. Maybe it was sold to new owners?
I regret ever using this lawn care company. In 2022-2023, I hired them for a year and even paid extra to have my yard reseeded. Unfortunately, they only reseeded the front yard and completely skipped the back. When I brought this up, they claimed their equipment showed the back was done. Come spring, it was clear as day that the back was untouched. No refund, no apology, no discount just excuses. I canceled my services, thinking that would be the end of it, but no. They call me two to three times a year, trying to get me to sign up again, despite repeatedly telling them about my bad experience and asking to be put on their do not call list. Clearly, they don t know what that means. I hope this review finally gets the message through: don t call me again. To anyone considering this company save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Weedman has my lawn looking greener, thicker and more weed free than it has for years. Wes, I think is his name, (my usual tech) always lets me know he is here and always leaves a statement showing what he did, and the materials/amounts he used. Shane, the manager, has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions. Also, because of my semi-invalided condition he helped me fill 3 holes that physically I just wasnt up to, and refused payment when I offered him money. I am a former business owner, and appreciate what I refer to as extraordinary customer service! Weedman in general, and Shane in particular certainly qualify for that rating!
I had them seed and treat my lawn. I saw no changes. I called and complained and never got a call back. They finally returned my call a month later and told me i just did nit water ut enough. (i watered it everyday) Do not use them unless you want to waste your money. I wasted almost $1000 and got nothing out of it

Customer service guaranteed when they sprayed for weeds in the Winter that it would kill them all or they would come back when I called them to tell them that it hadnt killed them all I was told to wait until January. When I called back in January they said it had been too long and they wont come back. Poor customer service and actually false advertising from the girl on the phone...to many good lawn services out there that are honest to use them again...
Poor customer service. The quote did not match bill received in the mail after work was performed at our home. They were very unhelpful when we contacted them regarding the significant difference in cost. We received three bills and paid each of them. Five months went by and we didn t receive any contact from Weed Man other than a young lady wanting to quote our yard again when it was dark outside. My husband received a phone call today that we still owe money followed with another bill emailed to us. It appears the right hand doesn t know what the left hand is doing there. Confirm your quote is what you re going to be billed.
