Adam was awesome. We are so impressed with the customer service level that we were given by Adam. He even blew off our driveway and sidewalk when he was through. Very impressed with him and TruGreen. Will definitely be using them throughout the year.
Three years ago, I could not work in our yard, because the mosquitoes were so bad! I contacted TruGreen and contracted with them to treat my yard and my rental house yard, too. It has been an amazing experience. My husband didn’t believe that it would work, but it has worked from the first treatment. We will continue to use TruGreen! A real person answers their phone and addresses any issues immediately. Superior job!
They are great. I’ve been using them for years and highly recommend them. I love having a nice lawn and this is the best investment I make in that each year. They are professional, have great equipment and take pride in their work.
This summer my yard ended up with brown patch fungus. It killed my whole back yard. Tru Green came out and reseeded it. Not even a month it started to grow except in patches. It actually looked like a creek was going through my back yard where the grass didn't grow. Just 3 days ago a whole crew came out and surveyed it, after looking at it they reseeded it and other maintenance to the yard. These guys are awesome to care the way they do about their customers. Thanks Derek, Mike and the rest of the crew.
I had service with TruGreen and it was fine. They went up on their price so I found somebody else. I have no contract with TruGreen. Last Friday my yard was treated by another provider. Yesterday TruGreen treated my yard again without a contract. I pray it does not burn my yard.
Firstly: i thought the physical service provided was acceptable I initially left a very detailed negative review with one star due to billing issues with this company. Since then the owner, mike, reached out to me and attempted to correct the situation after he became aware of the matter , which is respectable and is the reason I've ammended my review to reflect a higher rating. Ultimately I am trialing an alternate company but I think the work trugreen did was worth what I paid. In my conversation with the owner he assured me that he's taking steps to correct the aforementioned billing issues so customers in the future won't encounter problems. At this point I would consider utilizing this company's services in the future if the alternative company I'm trialing doesn't work out.
Sprayed for disease and yard juat looks awful. Overall very good service and guys are friendly. Just disappointed with amount of. $$$ spent for the results
I've used TruGreen for two or three years and my yard looked excellent. This year I noticed on my security cameras their technician wasn't treating my back yard. The first time, I politely called and complained and the manager argued with me about it. The second time I called and complained again and was asked to "recheck my cameras and verify the problem" I requested to cancel service and they just said, no problem. It's a shame because when they did their job correctly my yard looked great.
Ive been with this company a long time my worry may not be able to use all thats available because of cost.But will do what i can everyone tells me what a beautiful yard i have an always tell whos takig care of yard

If you want to have the nicest yard on the street Trugreen is a must! We have been using Scotts and now Trugreen for over 10 years and our lawn couldnt be thicker or greener. Thanks Trugreen!!!!!

I didn t see a sign yesterday in the lawn. My sprinklers came on as usual. That s bad for the treatment. Went outside and the sign was laying flat on the ground. I hope the treatment works.

This is a service that truly works. We have no mosquitoes since they have been spraying. It it well worth the time and money if you are bothered with mosquitos.
