Customer Service is terrible unless they are trying to upsell you with some of there Extra services. They should pay the most attention to the customers and less attention on Upselling there services.

Scummy marketing practices when there is no interest in their services. Will not leave me alone.

I ve been with Weedman for 6 years now. Two different homes. Each yard that we took over was under nourished and patchy. After two full years of treatment at each yard they became the best lawns in the neighborhood. If you are looking to have a lush full lawn go with Weedman!

My neighbors lawn looks horrible. Full of weeds, dandelions, and Dead spots. Mine looks like a million bucks. Green grass, no weeds and no bare spots. Lush grass that looks like a golf course. I owe it to Weedman for this transformation and keeping it looking great all year long.

Absolutely the worst lawn care company Ive ever worked with. Technician was rude to me at the door and seemed like he was in a rush. Worked super fast and definitely didnt spray/fertilize my entire yard. Left fertilizer all over my driveway, sidewalks, and back porch area when the sales person told me before I bought that all of that would be cleaned up before they left. I watched them spray weed control on my dogs toys and drinking bowl because it was in their was apparently. They claim that its pet, child, and eco friendly but if it kills weeds it can kill animals and children with a high enough ingestion. Not what I thought Id be getting at all. Then after all of that they still tried to bribe me to give them a 5 star review and said they would donate to the Ronald McDonald foundation or something. I guess they try to do half the work then bribe people for their reviews and that has to be the only reason theyre at 3.9 stars as it is.

Josh and his co-worker did a great job and paused long enough to fully explain the results that I could expect this application to produce. Very impressed with their professionalism!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They never show up when they say they will. Theyve burned my lawn with fertilizer multiple times, said it would be fixed and never fixed it. Sprayed weed control in my flower beds on the flowers that I just bought and killed all of them. My back gate was also left open and if I didnt see it I couldve lost my kids new puppy too. Just an absolutely terrible experience overall. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. Pretty strange that you all dont have records of anyone that leaves negative reviews.

We live in a rural area with lots of trees and a slope to our yard. Our yard was never pretty. It always had lots of bald spots and thin grass. Once Weed Man started taking care of our lawn, things began to change. The grass is thicker and the bald spots are gone. Our neighbors have commented on how beautiful our lawn looks. I can honestly say we enjoy mowing. Thank you Weed Man.

One of their sales associates came to my home today to try and get me to sign up. My son opened the door and my dogs slipped out. My front door security camera caught him KICKING my smaller dogs into my front step, and when confronted by my son he tried to start a fight with my 15 year old son - then COMPLETELY denied doing anything to my dog when my mother came to the door to confront him. My other dog that slipped out he tried to kick and raised his fist like he was going to hit her, causing her to run into the street and hurt herself. I will make sure NO ONE in my neighborhood uses you and knows how your salesman treated my family and pets.

The individual who fertilized our lawn was professional and made sure that he cleaned our sidewalks off after the application. He even made sure that our dog run was clean do fertilizer. Very good.

This has nothing to do with weed control. The challenge was looking at my bank acct and having two applications charged when I only approved one. It was late in the season. I had missed first. I was starting with the second. My bank account is not open to withdrawals without my permission. It is not even that they did an extra application. It is the trust factor was destroyed. My bank account is not open for service without permission. Use a visa so you have recourse of refund. Now there has been time to review how my yard did with those two applications. A month out? I think they planted more weeds. Back yard was hideous. Front yard? No better. A little greener. Saw some weeds dead. But as I mowed it was apparent that the weeds were still out of control. One app give to me at 50%. The other full price. With $160 taken out of my account this ranks right there as one of my worse deals ever. If they did spray the backyard, it must ve been in the corner I can t see. Overall, save your time and money. I went and got a bag of weed and feed and seed to put on at the end of season. I usually do this every spring. It always looks wonderful. Scotts weed and feed and save a lot of money. There is no confusion. The first application was suppose to be skipped. They applied it the took 2 fees out of my account. Yes as the applications are applied we pay. Challenge is I approved ONLY the second application. The first was too late to apply.

Most weeds are gone. But there is a small leaf weed that has been taking over my yard for the last 3 years. Guess that is better than before I started with weed control I had dandelions and thistle. Dont think they know what to kill it with. Ive tried a couple things and not worked.

Scheduled initial treatment of my yard. They were not supposed to charge me until someone showed up. Instead, they charged me for a years worth of service and never showed up. When I figured out they charged me for a years worth of service. They refunded all of it except for the first visit which they never showed up for and then I called them. They never called to say why they werent coming or that they werent coming. They said separate date they did not show up. Ask for a manager to call me back. No one ever did. Instead I got a sales call trying to sell me other services from them. As I explained to the salesman, I would never pay for additional services. When I still havent received the services. I was promised that theyve already taken out of my bank account. They did refund the rest of the years worth of service but they still kept my other money. Theres supposed to be refunding that horrible customer service. Horrible everything. The weed man must be smoking weed on the job

The Facebook ad is a bait and switch. I was charged more than double . I was told I would start seeing results within 7-10 days . After 10 days I called to let them know I have seen zero results. The rep transferred me to the retention person who made ME feel like I had done something wrong. She told me that I had been given misinformation and it was her job to tell me the TRUTH uhhhh WTH? Do not use this company. The kid that came out to do my lawn was rude to my neighbor and barely spoke to me . I have a large corner lot and he did my yard in under 30 min . I knew then and there I had wasted me money .

Decided to farm out my yard work this past year to Weed Man and I must say that it looked great and the weeds from the adjoining pasture were held back for another season. Makes it a pleasure to mow and relax in. Good people to talk to on the phone and service was exactly what I paid for.

Called for a quote, sales person was pushy after I had told them I needed to confer with my household before making any commitments. They tried to talk me into going ahead and starting to register just so I would be set up in case I decided to go ahead with working with them, which I thought made sense. However, by the end of the call the sales person had changed their language and they were telling me that I needed to go ahead and give them my card number so they could start auto-charging me for the lawn treatments. I thought this was a very dishonest way to treat a new customer, and told them as much before thanking them for the call and saying goodbye.

A salesman showed up at my door yesterday and acted rudely. Gave his sales pitch and demanded my phone number to set up a quote without asking if I was even interested in services. I politely told him I already had weed control through Ryan Lawn & Tree and wasnt interested. He continued with his pitch and asked what my goals were for my lawn. He insisted it wouldnt cost anything to hear a quote, and AGAIN asked for my phone number. He was very nosy and impolite. I ended up closing the door on him because he wouldnt take no for an answer.

My family has not decided yet on if we will do our lawn this year. Both the reps I spoke with were very professional.

This company has twice added services we did not authorize. And refuse to remove the charges. BEWARE! Very unethical.

After 2 years I have not seen the improvement I have seen with other yards in the neighborhood that use other companies. I did give them 2 years as the lawn had not had any attention before I purchased it. Weeds have never been controlled, hence the name Weedman you would think they could handle weeds, unfortunately not. Today when I called to cancel, they were not friendly at all, at least they didnt push to retain the account. Kim came on the line and stated your account is cancelled rather curtly.

In the world of lawn care companies, Weed Man is the Top Gun of all of its competitors. The Weed Man technicians always provide an accurate and full range assessment of your lawns needs and provide the services to attain your healthy lawn goals. If I was able to join their team, I wouldnt hesitate to do so. If you see a Weed Man lawn treatment lawn stake, you can be sure that homeowner knows quality and appreciates perfection.

My wife let them handle our lawn care for a couple weeks at our new home before I took it over. We canceled the service but they will NOT STOP CALLING US. We get calls every single week from these people for the last TWO YEARS. We told them to take us off their call list. Argued with them on the phone for for over an hour and still. Keep. Calling. Please for the love of God if you read this leave us alone!

I have received repeated calls from this company with your unsolicited I have told them repeatedly I am not interested in their services and to stop calling yet it comes up on my caller ID again. If a customer wants your services they will call you.

Called to get a quote on weed control, I tell them i have 2 gravel lots done and the response i get is we dont use the right kind of weed killer for gravel lots. Can some explain why a company would focus on killing weeds not be able to kill weeds? I was told before i call not to bother calling and now i wish i would have not wasted my time.

My moms lawn has never looked better. So glad I decided to get her the full program for Christmas.

Have used them for 6 months and they have done a good job of getting rid of dandelions and clover. Also, used pest treatment and it reduced Japanese beetles and mosquitos.

I would only recommend that you record phone conversations that you have with them. I called back in September to cancel aerating the lawn, along with regular service since we had weeds show up where we never had weeds before. They treated the lawn in October, even after I had cancelled. We paid them for that service. We received a door hanger for services that were done in December. My husband called and said he didnt feel we should pay for this since I had called and cancelled. I had called today and spoke with the supervisor to explain that we cancelled in September. The lady said all the notes said was to cancel the aerating not the whole service and the lady that I spoke to in September is not able to cancel services anyway. How am I supposed to know that? I was not happy with the service, I cancelled it. It should be the end of it, but instead they kept coming out. Not my problem their people are not trained correctly. I dont know who I am supposed to speak with. I just wanted my services cancelled.

Decided to try weedman last year for the first time. My lawn wasnt in the worst shape, but they made it look better than I expected. I am definitely staying with them this year and would recommend giving them a try.

DO NOT HIRE WEEDMAN. Ive been in the mowing industry for over 10 years and have been doing some weed control for 2 years. I have a new client who prepaid weed man for a year of service and every week I mowed I noticed dandelions never died along the fence or throughout the yard, yet they treated 5 times this year.. The stuff I use takes 1 treatment to remove ALL broadleaf weeds for the entire spring and summer. Its sad when companies specialize in one area and have to dilute their product to keep job security. DO NOT HIRE WEEDMAN

Had them do my lawn last year, although Im pretty sure they didnt actually do my lawn and think they mustve been at the wrong address. They even said they left a receipt, which I never found. My lawn was no different after. I called and told them I think they treated the wrong yard and they didnt seem to care even a little and even proceeded to try to sell me additional services! They also called and called for months trying to sell me more stuff. Definitely wouldnt recommend.
