We hired the service to transform our front yard landscape. The overall design we are satisfied with, and would recommend this business if customer service isn't a priority. Very disappointed in the unprofessional communication after expressing a problem with few of the shrubs beginning to die three weeks after installation, despite a regular watering regiment as recommended. Full payment had been rendered by this time.The owner first communicated that they would come out and view the issue when returning from out of town. With no date provided, we reached back out 6 days later to follow-up. After a few text exchanges and finally a call, we were told that we would have to wait as we were on their time. So, essentially, our concerns were not a priority any longer. Again, full payment for materials and labor had been made, but because the owner felt "harassed" by our communications in trying to reconcile this issue, they instead sent a partial refund for the shrubs back to our original payment method, never coming out to actually see the issue. Not wanting to continue engagement with this business, we dug up and took the plants to a reputable garden center in Virginia and found out that particular shrub was an inappropriate selection for the amount of sun the area received. We were able to get a more hardy, ornamental shrub for install. The other plants are thriving and our landscape is healthy, but I would not utilize or recommend this business.

Wow! Faulkner Lawncare and Landscaping did a fantastic job! I have searched for several years for reputable, knowledgeable and affordable company to redo my entire landscape. Faulkner Landscape fit the bill and then some. I would highly recommend their company. I have added a before and after picture of a small portion of the transformation. I definitely plan to keep use them again for the upkeep and maintenance of my beautiful landscape.

I contacted Faulkner Lawn Care Services for an estimate to sod my backyard. Gary provided the estimate and explained all that was required to complete the project. I decided to hire him for the project. The project was completed in two days. They cleaned the entire space of all the weeds and debris the first day and returned the next day for the sod install. My yard has been transformed into an outdoor living space that we will definitely enjoy this summer! Gary and his team were very professional and provided outstanding service. I will definitely hire his company again.
