They very patiently and sensitively listened to my concerns and my ideas for the garden maintenance - pruning, tidying and re-establishing a rambler rose on to a new support arch. Dylan repaired our fence. He replaced fence posts broken due to high winds. Dylan and his team also carried out maintenance work to bring the garden back up to scratch. I can't speak highly enough of Dylan and his team. They undertook a tricky task remodelling our back garden, which regularly flooded, and featured an ugly patio/path area. Our job required a soak-away fitting under the lawn, drainage channels installing, new fence building, and a new patio and turf laying. Dylan quickly demonstrated he was the right man for the job, taking on board our many requirements, providing a detailed quote, and then setting about transforming our garden through his brilliant eye for detail and remarkable work ethic, all at a very reasonable price. Dylan and Geoff are extremely personable and we were grateful to be kept in the loop through each stage of the project, which was completed to the highest standard. My pictures don't do Dylan's great work justice, but the Landscape Gardeners Oxford Instagram does show it off very well. We highly recommend Dylan Shellard and his team because they planned and executed the work to a very high quality and communicated and coordinated with us at every step. We wanted a large patio with a circle, which is not a straightforward task, combining brick and stone. Dylan worked through with us the design and colour scheme, and then delivered the job on schedule, often staying late to recover from delays caused by heavy rain. Even when finished, he then came back at his own initiative to get the circle looking even better. You can see the finished work on his Instagram. You wont get that sort of service from most companies or that kind of customized design. Hell work with you to give you what you want. He built us a small wall to run down out garden and complement the brickwork on the patio and re-laid our lawn. We are now waiting for Spring to get the garden furniture out again and enjoy our new garden environment.

Dylan came to see my job; removing 24 square meters of gravel in front of my ground floor flat, and 12 square meters in the rear. He came back with a quote the next day, and we scheduled the work. Dylan totally revived our outside space. We are a hotel with 62 studio apartments and Dylan and his team worked in the space without disturbing our guests. Dylan did some redesign of our beds, laid new turf and between 30-60 new shrubs - Dylan followed the brief to perfection, Dylan also gave us lots of advice and we are pleased to say we took him up on his advice and we are pleased we did. Recently we had Dylan come out and give us a quote for some backyard fence repairs. The fence was a few years overdue for some help, and was leaning quite badly. He came out promptly and provided a same day, reasonable quote for the work. As luck would have it, part of the fence finally collapsed a few days later. After I contacted him, he came and started work the next day for the quoted price. Fence was finished in 1.5 days, and is finally doesnt look like a shanty. He did a great job, and I would recommend him or use him again for any garden work.

Dylan is fantastic - he knows his stuff and has good ideas while also working with your likes and preferences. Dylan and his team work really hard and they don t just do the plants - every year they also do my decking and oil my teak bench and in winter they pack all the outdoor furniture up.
