This company claimed they would take care of most of the weeds in my lawn but said their were some species that would require a different treatment. So they added a separate treatment to their basic treatment, increasing the original yearly plan they provided. After several treatments and no difference in my lawn. I called to ask, what was going on. To what the technician said that it would take several continuous seasons (years) to see the results. I wasn't told that at the beginning of our treatment. Expectations were not set or explained. Later that year I had substantial work done to my property, where trucks basically destroyed my lawn. There were one treatment left to complete the contract. I asked if they could push the last treatment till the next season, since there was mostly dirt and 60% of my lawn was non existing. At first they agreed to push the treatment but later I got my last bill for the last treatment. I called to ask why I was billed, if treatment wasn't applied. The man I spoke with said they had been out to my property and applied the last treatment of weed control. I told him I had no lawn and had spoken to another tech and had postponed treatment till further notice. They said it was reported as done, so they had to bill me. I refused to pay because one, they shouldn't have done it, per our conversation and two my wife works from home and every other time they had been there to treat. They knocked on the door to alert us of treatment and to make sure we didn't let our dog out. Now they have send me to collection for a treatment they didn't provide.

I have been a client of Healthy Lawn Service since March of 2022. My lawn was in horrible condition after having had three very large spruce trees removed the year prior, so I knew it needed help far beyond anything I could do myself. They have educated me and more importantly, they have given me something to be very proud of. Lastly, the aeration and heavy seed service performed in late September/early October is worth every cent!! I highly recommend this company. The staff is so professional. The technician Andres F Alvarez is awesome. He answered the questions and concerns that I had about my lawn very thoroughly. Always a service with a smile. Great young man. I have definitely seen a big improvement in my lawn. Great company!

Second year/season of receiving lawn care and I am very satisfied with the results of my lawn so far. It's healthier and is weed free, which is why sought out their services in the first place. This summer's heat and sun has been intense, but my lawn still looks great.

It you want a healthy lawn, I highly recommend Healthy Lawn Services. My grass/lawn is beautiful now. It's thick, green, and no bald spots. It feels as if we are walking on lush carpet. 3 years ago before Healthy Lawn Services began treating my lawn, it was brown, dry, and bald in some spots. We also get out bushes treated to prevent bug infestation. The owner and his staff is VERY professional. If I had any questions and or any concerns, they will address all issues immediately!!! The company will call or text in advance ( customer's preference) to let the customer know when you will receive your services.
