Had some serious flooding issues in my basement due to the grade of my yard. I called Lawn Care Pro LLC and spoke to Raul who came out to my house the same day to discuss what could be done in terms of grading and provided me with a plan. Within a week he started the project and was keeping me informed every step of the way. The project turned out great and I am very happy with the work that has been done. 10/10

My initial contact with the owner was pleasant and I received my estimate timely. However, when it was time to complete the contract and select a date, the owner didnt get back to me as promised. When I finally heard back from him, he mentioned that he would give me a call before close of business that day, I didnt hear back from him. A couple of weeks later I reached out- the date and time was confirmed, but I never heard back from him. I was extremely pleased with Lawn care Pros work ( pictures and reviews) however, my experience with this company was unpleasant and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

We originally hired Raul and his crew to maintain the lawn, and clean up the overgrown landscaping in our large yard. We discussed issues with erosion, and they installed a natural swale that ran the width of our yard ending at the ravine at the edge of our property. This swale was put to the test soon after completion as we had strong storms come through the area. Stormwater was successfully diverted and we have been very pleased. We had been getting quotes from other companies for hardscapes, and ended up giving that work to Lawn Care Pro, as well, and they have since extended our retaining wall, added additional space to our driveway, and installed new steps that lead up from the patio to the back yard. All work done to date has been completed swiftly and competently, and at a reasonable price. We couldn t be more pleased.

This is the second time I have used Raul to handle the care of my Lawn. He did my front and backyard to my townhouse which sold in 3 days after listing. I m pretty sure the beautification of the front and back yard helped with that quick offer. The second time is when I finally asked him to finally take care of the front and back yard at our new home. I was very happy with his work and his crew that I offered to buy them lunch in one of the days they worked at my house. My neighbors were impressed as others inquired about his work.

This was a very pleasant experience hiring this company. Very professional, easy to talk to. Their work was very well done.

After contacting Lawn Care Pro, Raul was here the very next morning, and on time. After a walk-thru, his estimate was detailed and clear. The work was started and done the following morning. It went far beyond our expectations. My wife came to inspect and was VERY impressed. Raul (the boss) worked together with his help, a nice touch. Many small details were done that were not really expected. The business looks amazingly better. We will be using Lawn Care Pro for additional work and maintenance needed.

Raul and his team are great! He came over a couple of times to give us different quotes and estimates. When we finally decided to move forward, he responded right away and showed us a mock of what our landscaping could look like. They came on a day that the weather turned bad, so instead of rushing, Raul came back with his team on the next nice day. Our landscaping was completed and then there were severe storms causing some minor damage to the hard work Raul had done just a day prior, so he came back and delivered/reapplied mulch that had washed away. Raul and his team are friendly, professional, and great at what they do! Call Raul!

Raul is very professional and always has a smile. Hes transformed our empty lot into a beautiful landscape. He has great ideas and the quality of work is exceptional.

I had only two requests for this company. The first was not to mow or trample on an area in the front yard where I had just planted grass seed, and new grass was sprouting. The second was to mow the entire backyard, rather than weed wack it. When I contacted them to indicate my displeasure regarding the state of my lawn after just three mows, they told me to find someone else. Both I and my neighbor had to hire another lawn service.

Lawn Care Pro is a great company who did an excellent job on our back yard. We needed extensive work done; we had a yard overgrown with bamboo, poison ivy, brush, and trees, and there was an old, rotting deck and bridge, a broken down shed, and a small, leaf-cluttered fish pond. It was an absolute mess, but Raul and the guys from Lawn Care Pro had it cleared and leveled in just a week. We ve got a beautiful yard with a growing lawn now! Raul and his employees were great to work with and very accommodating to our needs. We really appreciate how easy he is to get along with because before we found him, there was another guy who was going to do the work but he wouldn t work with us at all. Raul was very responsive and listened to what we wanted and gave us just that. We ll be happy to work with him again for our landscaping projects in the future!

I use this Lawncare Pro -the entire summer and unfortunately the level of service diminished with each cut. I sent pics of the weeds which were taking over after paying 800.00 for mulch which I thought was to control weeds. Rauls explanation was that he assumed I knew the fee didnt include a weed barrier. I sent numerous pics of the unfinished work on several different occasions,from grass growing in the seams of my concrete around my yard. He arrived this morning to cut and I pointed out the weeds in my front yard. His response was condescending and smug. I terminated his services due to his nonresponsive attitude which bordered on contempt. I hired him because he assured me he would treat my lawn as his own. TOTAL LIE.

Good quality company. I was impressed by their professionalism, value, and none pressure business sales model. They are also licensed and insured.

I was nervous about hiring landscapers due to past experiences. However, Raul and his crew, exceeded my expectations. Raul was extremely professional. He provided a prompt estimate and also suggested ideas on how to direct the flow of water away from my property. Prior to the start of the project he emailed a picture using graphic design on how the finished project would look. After the project was completed and payment was rendered. I had a question and Raul did not hesitate to address it. I am certain that I will contact this company again with any of my future landscaping needs.

Raul exceeded my expectations. First he responded the same day I sent a message that I was interested in his service; second, he was on-time for our first meeting. He photographed my yard and shared his vision for my yard. He did exactly what I asked and more. While he was picking out plants/shrubs and planting them, he was educating me on the best options for my yard, my community and how I could protect my plants from the wildlife. He was protective of the birds nest in my tree which may seem like a small thing for some, but it was huge for me!. I plan to use him for ongoing lawn care as well as snow removal. I trust him because he has shown me nothing but the highest level of integrity. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Lawn Care Pro did a beautiful job on our townhouse front yard. They mulched, trimmed bushes, weeded, edged the flower beds, and installed netting so that the deer (hopefully) wont eat the hostas..Raul told usup front what he would do and how much it would cost. We have already discussed two other jobs that we want him to do for us in the very near future..His price and performance are right! We definitely recommend Lawn Care Pro.
