We have used Evergreen for a few years now. They are efficient. The office staff is always courteous and professional when I call in. Our lawncare crew has been consistently exceptional. We always have the same crew team leader and he is first rate. I wish I knew his name. Our yard is always meticulously mowed. The driveway is always cleared of clippings and they even blow leaves off of my front porch each time which requires climbing several stairs. We have used Evergreen for moving rock which required heavy equipment and we have used them for trimming thick shrubbery. This is a very versatile company that truly can handle all your lawn and landscaping needs. We would not use anyone else.

I caught Evergreen damaging my car on camera. I also caught them trying to cover up the damage, then ultimately leaving without letting me know. This is not the first time they have damaged my property without letting me know. 3 other instances to be exact. All without notification. When I sent them the footage, they offered me a $22 credit towards my bill. I stated I simply wanted it fixed. They told me it was already broken, even after admitting fault on recorded voicemail. I have the footage of them clearly breaking the piece off. I did not hear anything back for weeks. When I finally got ahold of the manager, she said all they could offer was the credit. I would not be so quick to write a poor review had they properly notified me of the accident. A reputable business would have no issue fixing a mistake made by an employee. I’ve attached photos of the employee trying to press the broken part back onto the car then letting it fall back on the ground.

I called to have my sod cut out that's it. The guote was immediately received. When I confirmed 2 weeks went by and no indication when the job was going to b done. I contacted via email and the reply was owner said too wet and b out probably next Wednesday. My yard was dry, how did he or she know. So, next Wednesday came and left and no show or communication what was going on. Friday I emailed to say I don't need ur services. Well, no response. My job was probably 130.00 total. I believe they didn't want to do it because it wasn't worth the time for that amount. I did landscaping. Sod and irrigation install for 17 yrs in tampa. I didn't want to take the time and rent a sod cutter and do it my self. That's why I contacted them. Long story short even if I didn't want to do the job, I let the customer know. Say want u want about my review to this company, but they are unprofessional.

I have been with them for a month now and we love it! I have quality service everytime. Matter of fact they are coming today and I cant wait to have a fresh looking lawn again. You guys are awesome thanks so much for taking care of our lawn like ya do!

Disappointing. First time came at 5:30 PM and did a great job. 2nd time no show.
