We chose Delaturf over two other companies for our vacation home in Ormond despite their quote being slightly higher, because Alex Dieppa stood out with his thorough survey, clear explanations, and detailed sketch. During the project, we had a few questions while the pavers were being laid, and Alex was consistently available via email, phone, and text to address all of them. We experienced the same excellent customer service from Danny, who was always accessible before and during the work. Both my husband and I called Danny a few times, and he was always quick to answer every question. The workers, especially Ruben, were skilled. On the final day, Ernesto, another worker, came to finish the job and demonstrated incredible attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect. We truly appreciate the dedication from Alex, Danny, and the entire team. We ll definitely recommend Delaturf to our friends, family, and clients.

The transformation of my backyard is amazing, from uneven terrain and weeds, to even terrain and beautiful green grass! The DelaTurf team did an excellent job and were really quick. I had 1 small issue after (forgot to cap 1 irrigation line). I texted the supervisor and they came the same day and took care of it. I am extremely happy I decided to get turf and DelaTurf, they did an amazing job and their product is beautiful! I wish I could use it on my whole yard! Update...I had damage to my yard and fence during Milton, which meant my turf had to be pulled back while repairs were done and then put back. Ryan came out really quick to assess the situation and give me an estimate. I also asked for an estimate to do the side of my home in turf too, because the back yard is so good. The team came out quickly, made the repairs, and added the new turf on the sides. They did an excellent job, they had to do some regrading, especially the sides, and it came out beautiful. Our project was 3-fold. We had our backyard existing walkways replaced with pavers, a retaining wall for a gradual slope behind our pool, and added a putting green as an extension off our pool. All in a long, narrow space! Josh s team worked some long hours and did a great job. We were very pleased. The communication was exceptional during the job! Even though the weather caused our sealant to be delayed for almost 2 months, they made sure our pavers were pressure washed to remove some stains before sealing. Thanks Delaturf!

If you are looking for a company to do turf, look no further than Delaturf. We went back and forth for months on what to do with the rest of our outdoor space and decided to put in a putting green to complete our dream backyard. After getting another quote that was much higher who hadn t even been onsite- we found Delaturf. Once I submitted an inquiry on the website, Ryan called and texted within an hour to talk about our project and made it out just a few days later to sketch and plan it all. Ryan walked us through to ensure it was everything we were looking for and made it well above schedule to actually complete the job in just one day. His crew was very clean and left behind no trash and the quality is great, we can t wait to play!

We asked DelaTurf to help us design and create a large patio surface for relaxing and entertaining. We had a patio enclosed by a screen already, but Ryan at DelaTurf came up with a paver design to recover our existing patio, continue beyond our screen to a large half-moon shaped and added a separate area under a shade tree with a bench seat and pedestal lamps. He also wrapped to the pavers around bth sides of the house to the back gates. They re-fit the doors to our screened area and added a small concrete slope to keep water from seeping in. We love having the expanded space. The team finished the job in just three days and did excellent work and took care around our house and plants. We highly recommend DelaTurf for the job!

If it seems to good to be true, it probably is. Why the rating? 1 star for the hard workers that actually laid my pavers. (-4) stars for Danny the General manager. I did my due diligence, read some reviews, amazed by the 5 star rating. So I gave them a call. The deal was great. I was told that since my patio was only xx sq. feet that they had leftovers in the warehouse of the color I wanted that was enough to cover my patio. Since it was leftover stock they would also give me a 40% discount to move their leftovers. How awesome?!! I agreed on one color, signed the contract, and with in a day or 2, heard back about the installation. Was told they didn t need me outside with them so I let them work. Only problem was they laid 3 different color tiles. I quickly texted the sales guy and was told that sometimes the batches of tiles could be slightly miscolored. To wait until they were sealed and the colors would blend together. Only they didn t. So I drove to the store and a man came out to greet me. Told me he was Danny the GM, listened to my story and said oh yeah, that was me, I made the call, I put the different colors together. Does it REALLY look that bad? After telling him I didn t agree on that or consent to it. He told me I should be lucky he gave me a good deal at all. No one has responded to my comments, via email or text. And I still have tiles that were broken upon installation. Good luck with this company. Pictured is the clear difference between tiles.

Our backyard was awful due to the type of land our house is built on and of course, we have 3 dogs. We had always talked about putting down turf but never got around to looking into it until we saw our friends backyard. We decided to get a few different quotes from lawn companies and DelaTurf. Not only did Danny come out quickly and offer a variety of turf, he also explained the difference between them in detail and also was honest enough to not just try and sell us on the most expensive one. He also saved us $8k (difference from the lawn company). It took a few weeks to get on their schedule, but it was worth the wait! Their work is meticulous and am so happy we decided to go with them. My travertine pool deck looks beautiful. I am just waiting for them to come back out and fix one little problem. Then I will change it to 5 stars. I Changed it to 5 stars... they did come back out and fix it and in all fairness to them, the mistakes that were made were my fault. I did a second smaller area done after the 1st one and needless to say, that months later, the lots were different. Of course they were, I know that because Ive had wallpaper done. And the second mistake, again my fault, what not having my sprinkler guy come out. If I had , I would have realized that the box that controls the sprinklers was under the second deck. But Danny, true to his word, send his guys out to fix it as soon as I told him the box had been moved. And also, I have to say you are a true gentleman Danny for not yelling back at me when I was yelling at you. Please accept my apology. They are the best!

This company did a fantastic job installing our large paver driveway and new patio with fire pit in the back yard. Ryan with our sales rep and explained everything thoroughly, we never felt like we were being pushed into anything. In fact, we plan on using them again when we put in artificial grass in the backyard. They showed up when they said they were going to and completed the job within 4 days and kept the job site clean and organized at the end of the day. We look forward to working with them again.

5 stars feels like an understatement here. Want to highlight that I m a huge golfer so am reviewing mostly on that perspective. Alex provided the single greatest service I think I ve ever received during the full process. First, I ll start with the quality. The key to my project is it had to be durable and have space for my kids to play with their toys and run around. However, I was also very particular about the golf green quality. Alex helped with the design, and allowed me to use my own custom sized hitting/chipping mats, which the installation team built perfectly right into the rough turf. Chipping into the green feels EXTREMELY realistic. Moreso than I thought was possible. The green also rolls at least a 10, pushing an 11. Most research I did on DelaTurf highlighted their service and overall hardscape/Turf. I m here to say they 100% cater to serious competitive golfers too. Lastly, the service is unmatched. Alex showed up on a Saturday with Pops. They spent about an hour measuring, listening to my ideas, and building our backyard dream. That night, Alex sent me all documents I needed to get HOA approval. Then within 3 days of getting HOA approval, I spoke with Danny. I asked when the earliest time the crew could be out to get started, and he said TOMORROW. What kind of service is that?! The crew came out first thing in the morning, and finished the entire project in less than 36 hours, just in time for Fathers Day. Throughout this period, Alex helped answer my questions at all hours. Nights and weekends. I made multiple adjustments to subtle undulation changes in the green, chipping mat placement, and hole placement. Alex is a wealth of knowledge and also knows what golfers are looking for. Last thing, price is as competitive as you can find for the quality. I know what some friends spent on their setups, and I don t think I would have found anything remotely close with another vendor. I d give 10 stars if I could. Just incredible in today s world to have such caring and wonderful service!

This is the second time using this outfit, the first time was installing 2,000 square feet of concrete pavers for a new driveway...this job was awesome and we obtained a lot of compliments from neighbors. This time was blacked slate Rock on the perimeter of the home, this was gruelling work and required paver borders for a professional looking finish, set with concrete.The finished product was once again amazing. The attention to detail as well as the genuine customer service was present from the beginning with an initial estimate from Danny and the attentiveness of Hector who had the greatest disposition delivering this job which took 7 tons of slate chips. Can t recommend this company enough. From the time I reached out for an initial estimate to the time the job was completed, the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to explain the finer details to me. He taught me more about pergolas than I ever thought I d learn; additionally, he gave my fiancé and I a wealth of advice regarding aesthetics. Josh and his crew provided fast and efficient repair of our turf. We had a capped sprinkler line develop a leak and had some minor settling due to fire ants. Dela Turf performed the original turf install. So, we called them for the repairs. They were on-site within 48 hours to make the needed repairs. They are always courteous, prompt and stand behind their work. It is nice to find companies you can depend on and go back to when needed. So full disclosure I have not had any direct work from DelaTurf, but my neighbors have and I think it looks great. I am writing in because I am highly impressed with the level of care their driver used while coming through our neighborhood. Ryan arrived on Monday at 3pm, he explained the material and the process of installing artificial turf. After reviewing cost we was happy with the estimate and agree to start work. Dan called me within 20 minutes and said they can start installation tomorrow. The installers did a great job they kept the work area clean and did a professional job with installation. They did a great job fixing a dangerous part of my driveway and making smooth accessible walkways and ramps (I happen to have a wheelchair right now due to a broken ankle so I took it out for a test-roll). The crew was very hard working and Ryan Church was quite helpful in addressing the couple of minor issues that came up. The only bad thing is that now the remaining part of the driveway looks very sad so Ill probably have to get them to fix that too.

THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST. We had a putting green installed by another company and it was horrible. I contacted Delaturf and within a day I was in communication with Alexander who came to assess the situation and gave us multiple options to try and fix the problem. We had family coming and needed the fix quickly. They were able to come through and not only completely transform the putting green before family and friends arrived they also installed a dog area for our pups. The installation was nothing less than perfect from start to finish. Josh and Noel and the crew showed up ready to work. WOW Dela Turf came through again. We installed a putting green and a pet area first. Loved it so much decided to turf the rest of our backyard. The result is nothing less than AMAZING. My sales guy (Alex) was awesome. I had a ton of questions and he was always patient and willing to work though the details. The final product looks amazing and their prices are very reasonable! I would recommend going to the showroom for larger scale displays of the turf and color options for pavers. They did the turf and landscape retaining wall in the back. I highly recommend Josh as the installer. Ask for him and things will run very smoothly! I deducted a star due to install delays, but once Josh was brought on board, he made it right. Additional Comments Based on Owner Response: Scheduling was fast, but I was told this was a 1-day job and it took 3 days. This was a small job and only about 500 sqft. The first crew messed up in several areas (e.g., seams, material mix-ups, and crooked/chipped wall blocks). Josh was called in to fixed everything (which he did). While the final product is 5 stars, it took a lot effort on my part to get it there (hence, my 4-star review).

10/19 update- had HendyTurf repair. Workmanship is 200X More White Glove. DelaTurf responded by blocking me on Facebook so I wouldn t post pictures of their NOT so white glove quality. Update - 15 months later I have had to make 2 maintenance calls on the AWFUL seam job that was done and now a 3rd call for seams again and the foundation now is falling apart. I had another turf installer come out and it was stated that the installation that was done is a complete embarrassment. I need major repairs done and possibly a tear out and re-do. DO NOT use Delaturf. There is ZERO integrity in workmanship or accountability. And they send workers out that don t know what they are doing and cannot speak english, so forget about communicating. POOR. SHAMEFUL. My little backyard has been transformed into a beautiful scene. I could not get grass to grow and it was an eye sore. The puppies love it and we love it! The workmanship is fantastic!

These guys are awesome! We had a few quotes from others but the folks we were working with just put off the wrong vibe. Delaturf was doing a job in my neighborhood and I saw their trailer. I figured I d give them a buzz and see what they had to offer. Kam came out and gave a solid quote in no time. I was a little nervous by how quick he was able to put this together so we searched Delaturf reviews. While there were a few negatives the quality of work was never an issue in the reviews. So we committed and gave them a solid timeline which put our job out a bit but Delaturf was cool with it. They knocked the job out in one day and the work is stunning. They even came back to satisfy some of our directions after the job was complete. If I could offer one area of opportunity for Delaturf, the communication for setting the job up was a little from the hip . The office said they would call to schedule the job but the call we got was hey, our guys will be there in about an hour to get started . I was traveling out of town and not able to be there to confirm the scope of work but we worked that out. It s easy to look past the communication because their work is top notch. Overall, two thumbs up for these guys!

We have been looking for turf for our backyard for while and it was hard to find the perfect company but DelaTurf is it. Used the form on their website to ask for a consultation and within the hour Ryan contacted us to set up a time to meet. Ryan was awesome. We had an appointment on 11/30/2021 @ 9AM and I waited and no one showed up. I called their contact number and got an answering machine. They did not call back until about 1:30PM. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend their service. The company owner called me back 2 days later and they sent someone out to give me a quote. They were very professional and had everything as I wanted so I chose to go with them. During installation, the installation went well with some minor hiccups. The foreman was not on site til the end so some of the work had to get fix to specifications requested, but overall they did exactly as asked and were very helpful. I would recommend them for your turf needs, just be aware that with all service industries, there is issue with getting things done without issues.

I am so disappointed, we had a small patch that we needed cover for the dogs to use and still have it look good and not smell. We paid the minimum $3000 for the patch which was supposed to include odor control. A week later the area smells of dog urine. They have promised twice to come fix it, still nothing. What a waste of money.

Josh s crew did a fantastic job putting down our artificial turf! We had certain requests for the job and the guys were happy to accommodate. I m so relieved that we don t have to worry about weeds or lawn maintenance anymore !

My husband and I hired DelaTurf to re-do our backyard. They installed turf, a putting green, and laid pavers for a new patio. Our project manager Josh and his crew, Noelle, Miguel, and Cecilio, were wonderful. I was incredibly impressed with how hard and well they worked. The guys were friendly, courteous, and efficient. They did a fantastic job and addressed every area we were concerned with. We are very pleased with how our yard turned out. The ladies in the office, Vickey and Angela, were also great - responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend the company.

Lot of great things to say here about the team. Ryan was my rep who came out to the house to do an initial walk through. Answered so many questions about the design and excavation of existing landscape materials. He had answers about everything and made me feel extremely comfortable with the investment I was making. Project was a little delayed due to Hurricane Ian. Totally understandable. Would say scheduling projects might be helpful because had to adjust my own calendar when I received the call the project was ready to start. Joshua was the site project manager. He and his team gave what I would consider to be a white glove service. The entire team was great to accommodate all my questions about shaping the green and taking care of it after they were gone. Their team was in and out in two days and honestly I thought that was going to be quick but it was more than enough time to finish the project. Overall recommend them and would work with them for future projects.

I was fed up with my dogs destroying my side yard when they would go outside to do their business. I reached out to DelaTurf because I saw on their website that they specialize in turf for pets. After talking to Vicki on the phone, and seeing some of the work they had completed on their instagram, I decided to replace my old dead lawn with pet-friendly artificial turf. I couldnt be more happy with the end result. My pups Ozzie and Brutus love it too. Super easy clean up for me, and the turf looks and feels like real grass. I would highly recommend DelaTurf to anyone who is tired of trying to maintain a yard that is constantly getting destroyed by foot-traffic from humans and pets alike. DelaTurf was super responsive to any questions I had, and their install team finished in a day which was awesome. Honestly, I wish I would have made the switch to turf years ago. Amazing work delaturf has provided. They recommended k9 turf for my 4 dogs and it came out amazing!!! My dogs love it they aren t able to dig holes and cleaning up there mess is made a lot easy then trying to find it in a maze. I would recommend Delaturf for any turf project. thank you guys for your hard work we love it !!!!!!!

I am absolutely blown away by what a difference delaturf made in my backyard! The turf is so beautiful and natural looking and really gives my backyard a manicured look without all the hassle. The owner, Vicki was so professional and nice she helped my vision come to life in no time at all. The installation crew were on time and really went the extra mile after the job was complete to put my trinkets back how they were. My Great Dane loves to sunbathe on the turf in the mornings. She is now the happiest dog on the block thanks to delaturf!!

We had a wonderful experience with Dela Turf and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future. I reached out to them and within 24 hours I had an in-person estimate and a scheduled installation date the next day! Our sales representative was very friendly and gave an good estimate for the value. Our installation team, Joshs Crew, was on time and very professional. They worked hard and got the turf installed quickly. We love how great the turf looks around the pool on both sides. The turf is comfortable to walk on and our dogs love it!

I am so pleased and love the transformation of my courtyard. Josh, Juan, and the crew were exceptional. The result exceeded all of my expectations. I appreciate that the turf is produced in the United States (yeah) so there was no delay in product availability. DelaTurf installed a short retention wall to connect to an existing wall seamlessly. DelaTurf made our putting green vision come to life! Turned out as great as we hoped!! Ryan worked with us on the proposal and was extremely professional all along the way. Josh s crew did the install and got it all tuned in and did an excellent job!! I recommend working with DelaTurf and I am thinking about having them enhance my grilling area and do an outdoor kitchen!

Not professional or responsive. A). Putting green surface is super slow. Best they could get roll with stint meter was 6.5 ft when in contract for roll of 10ft. Do not use company if you want a somewhat professional green to improve game. For kids putt putt, no problem. B). Paid extra for Tcool infill on all fringe and only small amount installed on outside area of lanai when in contract for all fringe. Also recommend asking how many pounds/per square foot they are installing and include in contract. C). Brand new lanai cage installed 2 days prior turf installation. Deep scratches etched along entire aluminum kick plate. They wanted to fix by spray painting the panels. Small part tested and now just a hazy finish that accentuates scratched area. D). They finished in the early evening when almost dark and requested payment which we made, and asked to leave a review that night. When asked about cleanup, they noted it was in our contract that it was our responsibility. Again, brand new screened in cage trashed after 2 days. E). Have tried to give plenty of opportunities to fix cage or speed up green since 11/17. They came out once but could not get roll past 6.5 and they they would come back later on really dry day. Company doesn t call back and install manager says he s busy and green is just slow because it s wet even though it hasn t been raining. Leaving review now as no expectations that they will follow through on contract, no 1 year labor warranty, and just hope the manufacturer warranty of 15 years is true. We paid a lot of money to have this professionally installed and to have a putting green superglued to our concrete. We would definitely do ourselves next time with better turf material and industry standards of infill application and still be only 1/9 of the cost this company charged us.

My husband called to inquire about installing landscaping turf behind our fenced in townhome. According to the sales attendant this company only does larger jobs with a minimum price point of a few thousand dollars. He also stated that the sales attendant was not very helpful. Thought I d share this information for others researching having artificial turf installed for smaller projects.
