People are scam artist! Bring in something to get fixed and they text and tell you 4 other things are wrong that wasn t wrong when you dropped it off. Example.. if I drop a mower off to get oil change they ll tell you something on the engine is bad and charge you 6x what the part cost..

Whether you are buying or getting repairs, this is the go to place for lawn equipment. I have them pick up my Scag mower every year at the end of the grass growing season. They service it and fix any and all problems that have serviced during the past few months. When it is returned to me, it is like a totally new machine. They are true professionals who are always friendly and eager to answer questions or help in any way they can. I love Oviedo Mower. I would never buy a mower any where else. It makes no sense to buy a good mower where you cannot get it serviced. No one services lawn equipment like Oviedo mower. Over the years I have purchase lawn equipment and mowers from Oviedo Mower and Ive always been happy. I appreciate being able to get the lawn equipment serviced here, especially the mower. I have learned over the years that having a good mower that is well serviced with a sharp blade that DOES NOT cut the grass to short is the way to go. In the winter months Im mainly bagging leaves with my mower. I highly recommend Oviedo Mower and I encourage any home owner who cuts their own lawn to buy your mower here.

I brought my recently purchased chainsaw in as it was difficult to cold start. They called out Jimmy to meet me out front. He quickly evaluated it, showed me how to start it and made an idle adjustment all in about 10 mins. I will be bringing all my equipment here for repairs and maintenance.

I cannot remember any time when the parts I needed were not in stock, Keeping in mind I never buy equipment from the big box stores. Oviedo mower is always my first stop for my equipment repair and/or replacement.

Old fashion customer service is not dead. Everyone was friendly, in a good mood, and helpful. They took the time and diagnosed my problem on site and fixed it in front of me. They could have easily charged me over $100 and I wouldnt have known the difference, but they didnt even charge me half. I will be back for new equipment and all service. I will also be referring them to everyone I know as well.

Took my weed whacker to Stahl & mower a place on east colonial. They told me that my equipment was to old to fix and wouldnt touch it. So I decided to take it back to Oviedo mower,which is further for me but I took it anyway. Upon arriving they took the time to listen to what was wrong with my weed whacker than Jim said that it was a 20 year old piece and they probably dont make parts for it anymore (but) he then said to leave it anyway and he would try to fix. Well they did. Upon picking it up he again told me that its on its last working condition. Oveido mower is the best by far to take you equipment to get fix they are respectful and have a courtesy to call and let you know how much its going to cost before you pick it up which is awesome. Thank you Mr mechanic.

so i walk in to the store today,looking for a mower for the property i just bought. 5 people that worked there totally ignored me for at least 5 minutes. did not even speak to me. they were not busy, one guy said he was going out for a smoke. i left. guess you dont need my business.

Great service even in the summertime for Skaggs Echo and still equipment. I do believe they have Snapper and grasshopper brands also. Lots of chainsaw parts two-cycle equipment Galore... Jim is a southern gentleman are eager to help with whatever your needs might be.

Jim is one straight from the hip shootn hombre. I am on a budget and Jim gave me a deal on a used edger. I could have purchased a used edger elsewhere but Jim gave me a 30 day warranty, a tune-up with air filter, an extra blade and the original manual. Just edged my property and it worked great. I am much obliged.

These guys were fantastic after the storm. We had 2 downed trees I needed to remove. I bought a saw from a big box store as it was the only one I could find. But the reviews were horrible and I really didnt want it. I stopped by Oviedo Mower and asked if they had any. They said they didnt right then but would get a shipment in around 4. So my daughter and I went back at 4 and sure enough they had some. We got a Stihl for about the same price as the box store junk... Jim was very helpful and even started it up for the first time and showed me how to it. These guys are really great!

Great place to buy certain things that you need for your mower or weed eater and others

Took my trimmer here for repair, and was rudely turned away because as the owner put it, if I service every trimmer Id be out of business, and Im trying to put my daughter through college. Well hell I am in college too and that is why I was looking to repair a trimmer and not buy a new one. There are much better ways to talk to customers and this owner doesnt seem to care.

The rudest man I have ever dealt with works here. I dont know if hes an owner or employee but very rude. I walked out after he told me he did not care that I needed a repair bc I did not buy it from them. I just moved to Florida from another state. Low class. Very very rude. Take your repair to someone who actually wants your business. I bet this guy turns away a lot of customers .
